Abstract
Description
本願発明は、研掃材としてドライアイス粒を用いるドライアイスブラスト装置に関する。 The present invention relates to a dry ice blasting apparatus using dry ice grains as a polishing material.
While dry ice blasting using dry ice grains as the abrasive can be expected to have the desired abrasive effect, the abrasive is sublimated after the abrasive, so that no means for recovering the abrasive is required. Have For this reason, dry ice blasting has the advantage of being able to perform blasting even on objects in environments where it is difficult to collect the abrasive, such as food production process equipment and chemical production process equipment. It is expected to be used in fields that could not be considered by ordinary blasting using alumina or the like as an abrasive material, such as in-tank cleaning and cleaning in an open environment.
The inventor of the present application has already proposed a dry ice blasting apparatus in which dry ice blasts are mixed in a low-pressure and high-speed air stream by paying attention to the advantages of dry ice blasting as described above (Patent Document 1). The dry ice blasting device disclosed in the same document is configured such that air generated by a low-pressure air generation source is conveyed by an air conveyance path and is ejected from a nozzle provided at the tip of the air conveyance path. The dry ice particles are mixed in the air flow. The dry ice particles are mixed by gravity drop from the hopper through the rotary valve into the air flow.
しかしながら、上記構成のドライアイスブラスト装置においては、ロータリーバルブにより、一定量ずつのドライアイス粒が空気流に混入されるとはいえ、単に重力落下させているだけであるため、空気流に混入するドライアイス粒の量に大きな変動が生じる欠点があった。 However, in the dry ice blasting apparatus having the above-described configuration, although a certain amount of dry ice particles are mixed into the air flow by the rotary valve, they are simply dropped by gravity, and thus mixed into the air flow. There was a drawback that the amount of dry ice grains varied greatly.
本願発明は、上記した事情のもとで考え出されたものであって、空気流に混入させるドライアイス粒の量の変動を抑制し、このドライアイス粒がより安定して高速空気流に混じって噴射されるようにしたドライアイスブラスト装置を提供することをその課題としている。 The present invention has been conceived under the circumstances described above, and suppresses fluctuations in the amount of dry ice particles mixed into the air flow, so that the dry ice particles are more stably mixed into the high-speed air flow. It is an object of the present invention to provide a dry ice blasting apparatus that can be jetted in the process.
上記の課題を解決するため、本願発明では、次の技術的手段を採用した。 In order to solve the above problems, the present invention employs the following technical means.
That is, a dry ice blasting device provided by the present invention includes an air flow generation source, an air conveyance path for conveying an air flow generated by the air flow generation source, and a nozzle provided at the tip of the air conveyance path And a dry ice blast supply means for mixing dry ice grains in the air flow flowing through the air conveyance path, wherein the dry ice grain supply means is connected to the air conveyance path. A cross section of a predetermined length range in the axial direction including a portion to which the dry ice grain dropping tube is connected in the air conveyance path, and includes a connected dry ice grain dropping pipe, the upstream side and the downstream side of the range. It is enlarged with respect to the cross section of an air conveyance path.
このような構成によれば、ドライアイス粒落下管から空気搬送路に落下させられたドライアイス粒は、空気搬送路の断面拡大部において攪拌させられた後に下流側に送り込まれるため、安定的にドライアイス粒混じりの高速空気をノズルから噴射させることができる。 According to such a configuration, the dry ice particles dropped from the dry ice particle dropping tube to the air conveyance path are sent to the downstream side after being agitated in the cross-sectional enlarged portion of the air conveyance path, so that the stable High-speed air mixed with dry ice particles can be ejected from the nozzle.
好ましい実施の形態では、上記空気搬送路における上記ドライアイス粒落下管が接続された部分を含む軸線方向所定長さ範囲は、所定長さの大径管の形態を有しているとともに、この大径管は、下流側に向かうにつれて次第に縮径する縮径部を介して下流側の上記空気搬送路に連続させられている一方、上流側の上記空気搬送路は管状となっていて、上記大径管の内部に上流側から所定長さ進入する進入管を形成している。 In a preferred embodiment, the predetermined length range in the axial direction including the portion to which the dry ice drop tube is connected in the air conveyance path has a form of a large-diameter pipe having a predetermined length, The diameter pipe is connected to the downstream air conveyance path via a diameter-reducing portion that gradually decreases in diameter toward the downstream side, while the upstream air conveyance path is tubular and has a large diameter. An entrance pipe that enters a predetermined length from the upstream side is formed inside the radial pipe.
好ましい実施の形態ではまた、上記進入管の先端は上記縮径部の途中で終わっており、上記縮径部の内周と上記進入管の先端部外周との間には、環状すきまが形成されている。 In a preferred embodiment, the tip of the entrance pipe ends in the middle of the reduced diameter portion, and an annular clearance is formed between the inner circumference of the reduced diameter portion and the outer circumference of the tip end of the entrance pipe. ing.
このような構成によれば、ドライアイス粒落下管から空気搬送路に落下させられたドライアイス粒は、大径管の内壁と進入管の外面との間の空間において滞留、攪拌された後、進入管の先端から噴射する高速空気に吸い出されるようにして混入させられるので、より攪拌の程度が高まり、ドライアイス粒混入量の変動がより少なくなる。 According to such a configuration, after the dry ice particles dropped into the air conveyance path from the dry ice particle dropping tube are retained and stirred in the space between the inner wall of the large diameter tube and the outer surface of the entrance tube, Since it is mixed by being sucked out by the high-speed air jetted from the tip of the entrance pipe, the degree of stirring is further increased, and the variation in the amount of dry ice particles mixed is further reduced.
好ましい実施の形態ではさらに、上記ドライアイス粒落下管は、それより上位に配置されてドライアイス粒を貯留するホッパにロータリーバルブを介して接続されている。 In a preferred embodiment, the dry ice grain dropping tube is further disposed above and connected to a hopper for storing dry ice grains via a rotary valve.
好ましい実施の形態ではまた、上記ロータリーバルブは、水平の軸線を有する円筒状内面を有するケーシングと、このケーシング内で上記軸線を中心として回転し、上記空気搬送路から導入された空気圧を受けて上記ケーシングの上記円筒状内面に摺接する複数のブレードを有するロータとを備え、上記ケーシングの上部壁にはドライアイス粒受け入れ口が開口しているとともに、上記ケーシングの下部壁にはドライアイス粒投下口が開口している。 In a preferred embodiment, the rotary valve has a casing having a cylindrical inner surface having a horizontal axis, and rotates around the axis in the casing and receives air pressure introduced from the air conveyance path. A rotor having a plurality of blades slidably contacting the cylindrical inner surface of the casing, and a dry ice grain receiving port is opened in the upper wall of the casing, and a dry ice grain dropping port is formed in the lower wall of the casing Is open.
好ましい実施の形態ではさらに、上記ロータは、上記複数のブレードを上記ロータの半径方向に移動可能に支持している一方、管路を介して空気圧が導入されており、この空気圧が各ブレードを半径方向外方に向けて押圧している。 In a preferred embodiment, the rotor further supports the plurality of blades so as to be movable in the radial direction of the rotor, while air pressure is introduced through a pipe line, and the air pressure causes each blade to have a radius. Pressing outward in the direction.
好ましくは、上記空気圧は、上記空気搬送路から上記管路を介して導入されている。 Preferably, the air pressure is introduced from the air conveyance path through the pipe line.
According to such a configuration, the dry ice grains put into the casing from the dry ice grain receiving port are transported while being confined in the space between the blades as the rotor rotates, and are dropped from the dry ice dropping port. It is done. Therefore, even if there is a difference between the pressure of the dry ice grain receiving port and the pressure of the dry ice dropping port, it is possible to reliably drop a certain amount of dry ice particles toward the dry ice dropping tube. Further, since the plurality of blades are brought into sliding contact with the inner wall of the casing by air pressure, the blades are radially inward even if dry ice particles may be caught between the blade and the inner wall of the casing. Can be evacuated. Therefore, there is no situation where the rotation of the rotor is locked due to the dry ice particles being caught between the blade and the casing, and the stable supply of dry ice particles to the dry ice particle dropping tube is prevented. Can continue.
好ましい実施の形態ではまた、上記各ブレードの半径方向外端部には、上記各ブレードの長手方向に延びる凹溝が形成されており、この凹溝の底部には、上記管路と連通する空気噴射孔が形成されている。 In a preferred embodiment, a concave groove extending in the longitudinal direction of each blade is formed at the radially outer end of each blade, and air communicating with the pipe line is formed at the bottom of the concave groove. An injection hole is formed.
According to such a configuration, each blade is constantly pressed against the inner wall of the casing by the air pressure as described above, but is constantly air film against the inner wall of the casing by the air ejected from the air injection hole at the bottom of the concave groove. Will slide through. Therefore, the frictional resistance between the blade tip and the inner wall of the casing is reduced, and the dry ice particles get caught between the blade and the inner wall of the casing by the dynamic pressure of the air flow forming the air film, and further bite. Can be avoided, and this ensures smooth rotation of the rotor.
好ましい実施の形態ではさらに、上記ホッパの内部には、下端が上記ケーシングのドライアイス粒受け入れ口まで延びて開口し、上端が上記ホッパの内部空間に連通する通気管が設けられている。 In a preferred embodiment, the hopper is further provided with a vent pipe having a lower end extending to the dry ice grain receiving port of the casing and an upper end communicating with the inner space of the hopper.
According to such a configuration, every time the blade moves to a position corresponding to the dry ice grain receiving port of the casing, the air ejected from the air injection hole formed in the concave groove of the blade enters from the lower end of the vent pipe, and Under the influence, air is injected from the upper end of the vent pipe. The air thus jetted stirs the dry ice particles stored in the hopper, and the dry ice particles freeze, so-called bridges are generated, and the situation where the fluidity of the dry ice particles in the hopper is impaired can be avoided. it can. This means that the dry ice particles in the hopper can be smoothly supplied to the dry ice particle dropping tube or the air flow in the air conveyance path to be mixed with the dry ice particles through the rotary valve.
好ましい実施の形態ではまた、上記通気管は、上記ホッパの内壁に一端が連結されかつ弾性変形可能なブラケットを介して上記ホッパ内で上下動可能に保持されているとともに、下端に上記各ブレードと接触しうる伝動部材が設けられており、この伝動部材が各ブレードと接触することにより、上下振動する。 In a preferred embodiment, the vent pipe has one end connected to the inner wall of the hopper and is held in the hopper so as to move up and down via a resiliently deformable bracket, and the blades are arranged at the lower end with the blades. The contact member which can contact is provided, and when this transmission member contacts each blade, it vibrates up and down.
According to such a structure, it can prevent that a bridge | bridging arises in a dry ice grain because the ventilation pipe in the state buried in the dry ice grain in a hopper intermittently vibrates up and down. In addition, since the vibration of the vent pipe is transmitted to the inner wall of the hopper through the bracket and the inner wall of the hopper also vibrates, dry ice particles freeze on the inner wall of the hopper, that is, a bridge is formed between the inner wall of the hopper. It can also be effectively prevented. This also contributes to ensuring the fluidity of the dry ice grains in the hopper.
好ましい実施の形態ではさらに、上記ホッパは、その外面を所定のすきまを介して取り囲むカバー体で覆われており、このカバー体と上記ホッパの外面との間の空間で冷却された空気が、上記空気流発生源の冷却用に用いられる。 In a preferred embodiment, the hopper is covered with a cover body that surrounds an outer surface of the hopper via a predetermined gap, and air cooled in a space between the cover body and the outer surface of the hopper is Used to cool air flow sources.
このような構成によれば、空気流発生源で発生させられる空気流の温度を下げることができるので、この空気流に混入されるドライアイス粒の空気搬送路を流れる間での昇華を抑制することができる。 According to such a configuration, since the temperature of the air flow generated by the air flow generation source can be lowered, sublimation during the flow of the dry ice particles mixed in the air flow through the air conveyance path is suppressed. be able to.
好ましい実施の形態では、上記ノズルの先端には、このノズル先端を取り囲むように形成された環状ノズルが設けられており、この環状ノズルから高速空気流を噴射させるように構成されている。 In a preferred embodiment, an annular nozzle formed so as to surround the nozzle tip is provided at the tip of the nozzle, and a high-speed air flow is ejected from the annular nozzle.
このような構成によれば、ノズルから噴射させられるドライアイス粒混じりの空気流の流速をより高め、総合的な流量増加をも達成し、より効率的なドライアイスブラスト処理を実現することができる。 According to such a configuration, it is possible to further increase the flow rate of the air flow mixed with dry ice particles ejected from the nozzle, achieve an overall increase in flow rate, and achieve more efficient dry ice blasting. .
好ましい実施の形態ではさらに、上記環状ノズルは、上記ノズルの先端部に外嵌された環状の補助部材の内周面と、上記ノズルの先端部の外周面との間に形成される。 In a preferred embodiment, the annular nozzle is formed between an inner peripheral surface of an annular auxiliary member fitted around the tip of the nozzle and an outer peripheral surface of the tip of the nozzle.
このような構成によれば、環状ノズルを設ける場合と、設けない場合とを容易に選択することができ、利便性が高まる。 According to such a structure, the case where an annular nozzle is provided and the case where it is not provided can be easily selected, and convenience is enhanced.
本願発明のその他の特徴および利点は、図面を参照して以下に行なう詳細な説明から、明らかとなろう。 Other features and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the detailed description given below with reference to the drawings.
以下、本願発明の好ましい実施の形態につき、図面を参照して具体的に説明する。 Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows the overall configuration of an embodiment of a dry
可搬フレーム110は、全体が所定の大きさの矩形ボックス状をしており、下部に複数の車輪111を有していて、地面上を容易に移動可能である。この可搬フレーム110の適部にはまた、1または複数の把手112が設けられている。
The
For example, a
空気搬送管200の上記ドライアイス粒混入部250には、ロータリーバルブ400を介してドライアイス粒貯留用ホッパ500が接続されており、このホッパ500に貯留されたドライアイス粒は、ロータリーバルブ400によって一定量ずつ割り出されながら、上記ドライアイス粒混入部250において空気搬送管200を流れる空気流に混入されるようになっている。かかる構成は、本願発明におけるドライアイス粒供給手段300を形成するものであり、以下、具体的に説明する。
A dry ice
As shown in FIG. 3, the dry ice
A dry ice
The
ロータ420は、回転軸430と、蓋部材412の内面に接するようにして回転軸430と一体となって回転する一対のブレードガイド板440と、このブレードガイド板440に両端を保持されながら、回転軸430の半径方向に移動可能な複数のブレード450とを備える。
The
Both ends of the
The
The
ブレード450はまた、その底面が平坦状となっているとともにこの底面に凹陥部451が形成されている一方、頂部はラウンド状となっていて、長手方向に延びる凹溝452が形成されており、かつ、この凹溝452の底部には、上記凹陥部451と連通する空気噴射孔453が開口させられている。
The
回転軸430の一端には、ギア433が取付けられているとともに、このギア433には、駆動モータ491の出力軸に取付けたピニオン492が噛み合わせられている(図2参照)。このようにして、駆動モータ491の動力を受け、ロータ420は回転軸430を中心として回転させられる。
A
回転軸430の一方端部には、スイベルジョイント480を介して空気搬送管200から枝分かれさせられた管路490が接続されており、これにより、この管路490と上記空気圧導入路470とが連通させられる。したがって、このロータリーバルブ400においては、ロータ420の回転中においても、空気搬送管200からの空気圧が、回転軸430に形成した空気圧導入路470に導入させられることになる。
A
Then, the air pressure introduced into the air

Inside the

In this embodiment, an
FIG. 7 shows the configuration of the tip of the

The dry
ホッパ500には、所定量のドライアイス粒が充填される。ルーツブロア120aが動作を開始すると、低圧大流量の空気流が発生させられ、この空気流は、空気搬送管200を介してノズル201まで運ばれ、このノズル201から高速で噴射される。ノズル201から噴射させられる空気の速度は、100〜200m/sにも及ぶ。
The
ロータリーバルブ400が作動を開始すると、ホッパ500内のドライアイス粒が一定量ずつドライアイス粒落下管550に送り出され、その内部のドライアイス粒は、重力によって空気搬送管200におけるドライアイス粒混入部250から高速空気流に混入される。
When the
That is, the dry ice particles dropped into the space between the
As described above, each
The dry ice particles falling in the dry ice
During the operation of the
Further, the
さらに、ノズル201の先端に設けた環状ノズル600を作動させる場合には、上記したように、ノズル201から噴射させられる空気流の流速がこの環状ノズル600から噴射させられる空気流によって助勢される。これらの空気流は、高速であり、乱流としての性質をもっているので、ノズル201から噴射させられた後、適度に混じり合い、その結果として、より高速大流量のドライアイス粒混じりの空気流を形成することができる。これにより、より効率的なドライアイスブラスト処理を達成することができる。
Further, when the
この発明の範囲は、上記した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、各請求項に記載した範囲内でのあらゆる変更は、すべて本願発明の範囲に含まれる。 The scope of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and all modifications within the scope described in each claim are included in the scope of the present invention.
たとえば、実施形態では、ロータリーバルブ400において、各ブレード450は、空気圧によってケーシング410の内壁に押圧されるようにしているが、これに加えて、圧縮コイルバネ等の弾性体を各ブレード450の底部と回転軸430の外周との間に介装し、空気圧による各ブレード450の押圧を助成するようにすることもできる。
For example, in the embodiment, in the
さらに、実施形態では、ロータリーバルブ400のロータに導入する空気圧は、空気搬送路200から得ているが、ノズル201の先端において補助部材610に高圧空気を供給するための圧力源からの圧力を導入するようにしても、もちろんよい。
