Abstract
【解決手段】多孔フィルム10は、孔12がスフェロイドの足場となる細胞培養基材として用いられる。多孔フィルム10は、一方向Aに向かって径が漸増する複数の孔12を有する。すなわち、多孔フィルム10の方向Aで選ばれる3つの第1〜第3エリアP1〜P3の孔径がこの順に次第に大きくなるように、複数の孔12は形成されている。複数の孔12は、方向Aの距離に比例して径が増大する。また、複数の孔12は、方向Aの距離に比例して深さも増大する。

Description
ポリマーとしては、疎水性のポリマーとすることが好ましい。なお、この疎水性ポリマーに加えて両親媒性化合物を用いてもよい。両親媒性化合物は親水性をもつとともに親油性をもち、具体的には、親水基と疎水基をもつ化合物であり、これを用いることにより、流延膜の露出面に水滴をより形成しやすくなる。

Claims (4)
- フィルム面に設けられ、一方向に向かって径が漸増する複数の孔を有し、
ポリマーからなることを特徴とする多孔フィルム。 - 前記複数の孔は、前記一方向の距離に比例して径が増大することを特徴とする請求項1記載の多孔フィルム。
- 前記一方向の距離に比例して前記孔の深さが増大することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の多孔フィルム。
- 前記孔は、細胞が培養される培養エリアとなることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3いずれか1項記載の多孔フィルム。
