Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an epoxy resin sealant and an X-ray detector, and more particularly to an epoxy resin sealant and an X-ray detector that suppress moisture entering from the outside of an electronic device and have high moisture resistance.
CCD(Charge Coupled
As a new generation detector for X-ray diagnosis, a flat detector using an active matrix has been developed. This flat detector is a sensor that outputs an X-ray image or a real-time X-ray image as a digital signal by detecting an X-ray irradiation amount. In this flat detector, X-rays are converted into visible light, that is, fluorescence by a scintillator film, and this fluorescence is converted into an amorphous silicon (a-Si) photodiode or a CCD (Charge Coupled).
An image is acquired by converting it into an electrical signal with a photoelectric conversion element such as Device.
The scintillator film is generally made of cesium iodide (CsI): sodium (Na), cesium iodide (CsI): thallium (Tl), sodium iodide (NaI), or gadolinium sulfate (Gd 2 O 2). S) or the like is used to form grooves by dicing or the like, or to deposit by a vapor deposition method so that a columnar structure is formed, so that the resolution characteristics at the time of X-ray detection can be improved. In order to improve the X-ray sensitivity characteristic by improving the use efficiency of fluorescence from the scintillator film, there is a method of forming a reflective layer outside the scintillator film. That is, in this method, the fluorescence emitted from the side opposite to the photoelectric conversion element is reflected by the reflection layer, and the fluorescence reaching the photoelectric conversion element side is increased.
Many of the materials used for the scintillator film in the X-ray detector exhibit strong hygroscopicity, and if left in an air atmosphere, the crystal structure is destroyed by the ingress of moisture, resulting in deterioration of X-ray sensitivity characteristics and resolution characteristics. Sometimes. Therefore, in order to prevent the deterioration of the characteristics of the X-ray conversion film used in these direct type flat detectors and the scintillator film used in the indirect type flat detector, it has a shielding property against the air and moisture, and a permeability to X-rays. A moisture barrier is needed. As this moisture-proof layer,
However, an organic film formed of xylene-based resin or the like as disclosed in
As described above, the conventional sealant did not have sufficient performance for moisture resistance, adhesion, storage stability, and low-temperature curability. When the moisture-proof performance of the sealing agent is inferior, the scintillator film deteriorates in the X-ray detector, leading to a decrease in light emission and resolution, and has a large problem in the performance of the X-ray detector. Furthermore, even when the sealing agent has poor adhesiveness, it is not possible to suppress the ingress of moisture from the outside, and similarly, the light emitting property and the resolution are reduced. Further, when the end of the moisture-proof layer is shielded, there is a problem that the viscosity of the sealant increases, the film thickness of the sealant becomes unstable, and it is difficult to stabilize the X-ray image output.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, suppresses moisture entering from the outside, prevents deterioration of the scintillator film that converts X-rays into visible light, and maintains high X-ray detection performance over a long period of time. An object is to provide an X-ray detector.
In order to solve the above problems and achieve the object, the epoxy resin sealant and the X-ray detector according to the present invention are configured as follows.

The
With the above-described configuration, the
Note that the groove can be in a vacuum state. In the examples described later, a vapor deposition film of CsI: Tl film was used. The film thickness was about 600 μm, and the thickness of the columnar structure crystal (pillar) of the CsI: Tl film was about 8 to 12 μm on the outermost surface. Next, the

Moreover, the polymerization temperature of the said epoxy resin is 40-150 degreeC, Preferably it is 60-130 degreeC, More preferably, it is the temperature range of 80-120 degreeC. When the polymerization temperature is higher than the upper limit temperature in the above temperature range, the polymerization becomes unstable and a large amount of high molecular weight compounds are formed.
As described above, in the present embodiment, various epoxy resins can be employed, but the epoxy resin constituting the epoxy resin homopolymer that does not include a polymerization component other than the epoxy resin is particularly excellent in solvent resistance, In addition, it is preferable because it has excellent mechanical properties as a coating agent for electronic devices.

Among these, from the viewpoint of practical use, aromatic iodonium salts, aromatic sulfonium salts, aliphatic sulfonium salts, aluminum complexes and zirconium complexes and triphenylsilanol or phenol compounds can be mentioned, and these cationic polymerization catalysts are photoinitiators. As such, it may be used in combination with one or more conventionally known photopolymerization accelerators such as benzoic acid type or tertiary amine type.
In addition, the cationic polymerization catalyst according to the present embodiment can be appropriately adjusted in consideration of curability due to application of heat and ultraviolet rays, and the amount of the total cationic polymerization catalyst added is the epoxy resin according to the present embodiment. It is preferable to contain 0.1-10 mass% in a sealing agent. If it is less than 0.1% by mass, the effect of addition cannot be obtained and the epoxy resin may not be cured. If it exceeds 10% by mass, the hygroscopic property of the cured product is affected, and the mechanical strength is lowered, which is not preferable. In the case of polymerization by application of heat, heating at a temperature of 150 ° C. or lower is preferable in terms of not causing deterioration of the substrate constituent material, and more preferably, the temperature is 120 ° C. or lower.
In addition, as a light source used for polymerization in the case of using an ultraviolet curable photoinitiator, for example, a conventionally known light source such as a high-pressure mercury lamp, a metal halide lamp, or a xenon lamp can be used. The epoxy compound is cured by releasing a Lewis acid from the resin. As the light source, a light source having a wavelength of 400 nm or less is effective. Any of the conventionally known epoxy resin curing methods can be applied to the epoxy resin composition according to the present embodiment.
Hereinafter, the inorganic filler will be described in detail. Examples of the inorganic filler used in the epoxy resin sealant according to the present embodiment include fused silica, crystalline silica, glass, talc, alumina, calcium silicate, calcium carbonate, barium sulfate, magnesia, silicon nitride, boron nitride, and nitride. Aluminum, magnesium oxide, beryllium oxide, mica and the like can be used, and among these, fused silica and crystalline silica are particularly preferable. In addition, the shape of the inorganic filler can be crushed, spherical, subspherical, fibrous, or scaly, especially considering the filling of liquid resin in the fine gaps and the transparency of ultraviolet light. The inorganic filler contained in the

A fibrous filler can be used in combination for the purpose of reinforcing the crack resistance.
Fibrous fillers include titania, aluminum borate, silicon carbide, silicon nitride, potassium titanate, basic magnesium, zinc oxide, graphite, magnesia, calcium sulfate, magnesium borate, titanium diboride, α-alumina , Whiskers such as chrysotile and wollastonite, and E-glass fiber, silica-alumina fiber, silica glass fiber and other amorphous fibers, as well as Tyranno fiber, silicon carbide fiber, zirconia fiber, γ-alumina fiber, α-alumina fiber And crystalline fibers such as PAN-based carbon fibers and pitch-based carbon fibers. As the above fibrous filler, those having an average fiber diameter of 5 μm or less and a maximum fiber length of 10 μm or less are preferable from the viewpoint of filling property to details.
The inorganic filler according to the present embodiment can be used in a range of 0.5% by mass or more with respect to the total amount of the epoxy resin composition for coating. When there are few inorganic fillers, the thermal expansion coefficient of hardened | cured material becomes large and sufficient thermal shock resistance cannot be obtained. On the other hand, if it exceeds 80% by mass, the fluidity of the resin composition becomes insufficient, the filling property into the gap is lowered, and unfilling or the like occurs, which is not preferable.
Hereinafter, other additives will be described in detail. Furthermore, in order to improve crack resistance, a thermoplastic resin, a rubber component, various oligomers, and the like may be added for the purpose of reducing the elastic modulus of the composition. Specific examples of the thermoplastic resin include polyamide resin, aromatic polyester resin, phenoxy resin, MBS resin, ABS resin, and the like, and can be modified with silicone oil, silicone resin, silicone rubber, fluororubber, and the like. Various plastic powders, various engineering plastic powders, and the like can be added to impart low stress. The maximum particle size of the component that imparts low stress is 10 μm or less, preferably 5 μm or less. When the particle size of the epoxy resin coating material of various modifiers in the liquid epoxy resin composition according to the present embodiment is large, the coated surface is deteriorated, the filling property to details is reduced, and voids are generated. End up. In addition, if necessary, an adhesiveness-imparting agent, a surfactant, a coupling agent, a coloring agent, etc. for further improving the adhesion to a printed circuit board, a mounted semiconductor package, or a metal terminal may be blended. it can. Furthermore, a reactive low molecular weight epoxy resin, a solvent, etc. can be added as a viscosity modifier. The liquid epoxy resin composition according to the present embodiment is composed of a filler component and a resin component using a three roll, ball mill, rakai machine, homogenizer, self-revolving mixer, universal mixer, extruder, Henschel mixer, etc. After mixing uniformly, it can be filled into a dispenser or the like and used.
