Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a waterproof structure using a vinyl chloride sheet on a rooftop or other roof portion of a building and a cushion mat used therefor, and in particular, a new PVC sheet for repair is mechanically fixed on an existing PVC sheet by a mechanical fixing method. The present invention relates to a waterproof PVC sheet structure and a buffer mat used therefor.
Waterproof sheets made of vinyl chloride resin are often used for waterproof layers on the rooftops of buildings, etc., from the viewpoint of having many advantages such as excellent workability and weather resistance, and the structure is PVC sheet with buffer sheet on the base The PVC sheet is screwed to the base via mounting brackets at appropriate intervals. The buffer sheet is used to absorb the uneven portion of the ground.
The waterproof layer made of the above-mentioned polyvinyl chloride sheet, which is said to be excellent in weather resistance, may cause a water leakage accident or the like due to aged deterioration of the vinyl chloride sheet or the like with the passage of many years, or water leakage actually occurs. For this reason, a new waterproof measure is required. For this purpose, the existing waterproof layer is peeled off to form a completely new waterproof layer on the base, or the existing waterproof layer is left as it is and a new waterproof layer is newly added to this. There are two types of measures to form a waterproof layer, but removing the existing waterproof layer increases the cost and damages the substrate when removing the metal fitting fixed to the substrate by screwing. It has a difficult face in construction, such as fear of causing damage. Therefore, today, a renovation method for constructing a new waterproof layer on the existing waterproof layer is employed.
However, existing PVC sheets are becoming brittle due to aging, and are easily broken or crushed along with the construction work.
On the other hand, the buffer sheets that have been used in the past are made of polyethylene foam (1-2 mm thick) laminated with polyethylene cloth, etc., and are easily torn. Alternatively, puncture may occur, and the effect may extend to a new PVC sheet. In addition, if a new PVC sheet is being constructed and there is a deficiency in rain curing, water leakage may occur during the construction.
The following documents exist in relation to the present invention.
However, in the above conventional method of constructing a new waterproof layer by laying a PVC sheet on the existing PVC sheet waterproof layer, the strength of the buffer sheet used on the existing PVC sheet is insufficient. It is possible to prevent the breakage and crushing by closely adhering to this, or to prevent the breakage of fragments already broken or crushed and the breakage of the crushing pieces properly, and the buffer sheet is damaged. Moreover, not only the damage of the buffer sheet but also the existing waterproof sheet breakage pieces and crushed pieces directly affect the new PVC sheet. In addition, if a new PVC sheet is being constructed and there is a deficiency in rain curing, water leakage may occur during the construction. In order to deal with such inconveniences, the inventors of the present application have previously provided the invention disclosed in
The present invention relates to a waterproof structure formed on a construction surface in which an existing PVC sheet is stretched by a mechanical fixing method on a base, a new PVC sheet laid on the existing PVC sheet, the new PVC sheet, and the A buffer mat interposed between the existing PVC sheet and a fixing bracket for locking the new PVC sheet to a construction surface; and the existing PVC between the existing PVC sheet and the buffer mat. Provided is a PVC sheet waterproof structure in which a crushing / swing suppression layer is formed to prevent breakage / crushing of the bisheet and to suppress fluctuations of the rupture / crushing piece, and to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems. .
In the above PVC sheet waterproof structure, the crushing / swing suppressing layer is composed of a fixing layer formed on the back surface of the buffer mat and an engagement layer formed on the existing PVC sheet and bonded and fixed to the fixing layer. There is.
In the above PVC sheet waterproof structure, the fixing layer and the engagement layer may be formed of a contact type adhesive.
Further, in the above PVC sheet waterproof structure, the fixing layer may be formed of a contact type adhesive, and the engagement layer may be formed of a non-contact type adhesive having plasticizer resistance.
Furthermore, in the PVC sheet waterproof structure according to any one of the above, the buffer mat may be formed of a woven fabric, a nonwoven fabric, or an elastic resin material, and may have a strength maintaining resin film on the surface.
Further, in the above PVC sheet waterproof structure, the resin film provided on the surface of the buffer mat may be provided with a non-slip treatment layer to ensure the safety of construction and the temporary waterproof function during the waterproof work.
The present invention is also a buffer mat interposed between an existing PVC sheet and a new PVC sheet in a renovation method in which a new PVC sheet is stretched on an existing PVC sheet by a mechanical fixing method to a base, a woven fabric, This is bonded and fixed to a base formed of a non-woven fabric or an elastic resin material, a resin film affixed to the surface of the base to maintain strength, and an engagement layer formed on the back of the base and applied to the surface of the existing PVC sheet. In addition to the engagement layer, the existing PVC sheet and the buffer mat are provided with a fixing layer for forming a crushing / swing suppressing layer for preventing breakage / crushing of the existing PVC sheet and suppressing breakage / fracture of the crushed pieces. A buffer mat is provided to solve the above-described conventional problems.
In the buffer mat, the fixed layer on the back surface of the base may be formed with a contact type adhesive.
Furthermore, in any of the above buffer mats, a strength maintaining resin film may be attached to the surface, and an anti-slip treatment layer may be formed on the strength maintaining resin film.
With the above configuration, the following effects can be obtained in the present invention.
B: Not only breakage and crushing of existing PVC sheets, but also breakage, crushing of broken pieces, and fluctuations even if crushing and crushing, and buffer mats and new PVC sheet breakage due to these Adverse effects can be properly prevented, and slip prevention and temporary waterproofing during waterproofing work can be performed.
B: Since the release mat is not required for the buffer mat, there is no work for removing the release paper (release film) during the construction work, and the construction efficiency is improved.
C: Conventionally, there is no generation of release paper (exfoliation film) that is indefinite and has a large capacity, which has been an obstacle to on-site work, enabling efficient construction.
C: Since there is no removed release paper (release film), not only the processing cost as industrial waste is unnecessary, but also the factor of environmental pollution accompanying the processing is eliminated.
The base of the cushion mat is made of organic natural fibers such as cotton and linen, synthetic fibers such as polyester, vinylon, nylon, aramid, and polypropylene, and inorganic fibers such as glass, and can be formed as a sheet of nonwoven fabric or woven fabric. . Usually, the basis weight (weight per unit area) is 10 to 300 g / square meter. Or it can form with the sheet | seat which consists of elastic bodies, such as a synthetic rubber and a synthetic resin. In order to buffer the fluctuation and fluctuation of broken pieces and crushed pieces and to inhibit the plasticizer migration, it is preferably formed of a nonwoven fabric or woven fabric made of synthetic fibers or inorganic fibers, or an elastic resin material.
A crushing / swing suppression layer is formed between the existing PVC sheet and the buffer mat to prevent breakage / crushing of the existing PVC sheet and to prevent the breakage / crushing piece from swinging. The movement suppressing layer is constituted by a fixing layer formed on the back surface of the buffer mat and an engaging layer formed on the existing PVC sheet and bonded and fixed to the fixing layer. The crushing / swing restraining layer allows the buffer mat to be pressure-bonded to the surface of the existing PVC sheet to prevent the existing PVC sheet from breaking or crushing, or to fix the smashing of the breaking / crushing piece that has already occurred due to breaking / crushing. In combination with the action of the resin film described later, damage to the buffer sheet and the new PVC sheet is prevented. In addition, when the buffer mat is in close contact with the existing PVC sheet, there is an effect of preventing rain during the waterproofing work from entering from the tear of the existing PVC sheet, and the temporary waterproofing during the waterproofing work becomes possible.
The fixing layer and the engagement layer are formed of a contact type adhesive using a synthetic rubber adhesive such as nitrile rubber or chloroprene rubber. The fixing layer in the buffer mat is formed during the production of the mat, and the amount of the adhesive applied at that time is preferably 2 to 50 g /
The application of the engagement layer on the base side can be performed with a commercially available wool roller or the like, and the solution viscosity is preferably in the range of 500 to 5000 cps / 20 ° C.
In addition, when the base material of the buffer sheet is composed of a nonwoven fabric, a resin film is applied to at least one of the front and back surfaces of the nonwoven fabric for reinforcing the strength of the buffer sheet, but the resin film is applied to both surfaces of the nonwoven fabric. If it is configured, the strength is improved. In this case, it is also desirable to use one film having high tear resistance and the other film having high rigidity.
Also, when a film is stuck only on the surface of the substrate, the film may be made of a double tear between a high tear resistance and a high rigidity. Considering all of the above configurations, the thickness is set to 0.01 mm to 2 mm. In addition, the resin film prevents migration of the plasticizer between existing and new PVC sheets. The resin film on the surface of the buffer mat is provided with a non-slip treatment layer by partial or full ink coating, which not only ensures the safety of construction work, but also pre-prints the fixed position of the disc with that ink Construction efficiency is also improved.
The resin film is polyester, polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyvinyl alcohol, fluororesin, cellulose acetate, saturated polyester (polyethylene terephthalate, etc.), polyamide resin, polyimide, modified polyphenylene ether, polysulfone, polyarylate, polyethersulfone, polyether. Ether ketone, polyether imide, polyphenylene sulfide, methylpentene copolymer, polyparaxylene and the like are used alone or in combination, and the thickness is preferably in the range of 1 to 200 μm.
The new PVC sheet is fixed to the base by a well-known mechanical fixing method using a disk and an anchor, but the disk is set on the upper surface of the new PVC buffer sheet and anchored to the base. May be fused and fixed by an induction heating method, or may be fixed by welding with a solvent, or the surface of a new PVC sheet may be fixed by a disk and an anchor.
