Abstract
【解決手段】二重管式熱交換器は、外管2と、外管2内に間隔をおいて同心状に配置された内管3とを備えている。外管2と内管3との間の間隙および内管3内がそれぞれ冷媒流路4,5となっている。内管3の内周面に、径方向内方に突出しかつ長さ方向にのびる複数の内部フィン12を周方向に間隔をおいて設ける。内管3の外周面に、径方向外方に突出しかつ長さ方向にのびる複数の凸条13を周方向に間隔をおいて設ける。内部フィン12のフィン高さを凸条13の突出高さよりも高くする。

Claims (9)
- 外管と、外管内に間隔をおいて配置された内管とを備え、外管と内管との間の間隙および内管内がそれぞれ冷媒流路となっており、内管の内周面に、径方向内方に突出しかつ長さ方向にのびる複数の内部フィンが周方向に間隔をおいて設けられるとともに、内管の外周面に、径方向外方に突出しかつ長さ方向にのびる複数の凸条が周方向に間隔をおいて設けられ、内部フィンのフィン高さが凸条の突出高さよりも高くなっている二重管式熱交換器。
- 外管の内周面と、内管の外周面における凸条が形成されていない部分との径方向の間隔が0.4〜1.2mmである請求項1記載の二重管式熱交換器。
- 内管の凸条の先端と、外管の内周面との間隔が0〜0.5mmである請求項1または2記載の二重管式熱交換器。
- 外管と、外管内に間隔をおいて配置された内管とを備え、外管と内管との間の間隙および内管内がそれぞれ冷媒流路となっており、内管の内周面に、径方向内方に突出しかつ長さ方向にのびる複数の内部フィンが周方向に間隔をおいて設けられ、外管の内周面に、径方向内方に突出しかつ長さ方向にのびる複数の凸条が周方向に間隔をおいて設けられている二重管式熱交換器。
- 外管の内周面における凸条が形成されていない部分と、内管の外周面との径方向の間隔が0.4〜1.2mmである請求項4記載の二重管式熱交換器。
- 外管の凸条の先端と、内管の外周面との間隔が0〜0.5mmである請求項4または5記載の二重管式熱交換器。
- 内管の内部フィンのフィン厚さが0.2〜2.0mmである請求項1〜6のうちのいずれかに記載の二重管式熱交換器。
- 内管の内部フィンのフィン高さが1.0〜3.0mmである請求項1〜7のうちのいずれかに記載の二重管式熱交換器。
- 内管の内径が12mm以上である請求項1〜8のうちのいずれかに記載の二重管式熱交換器。
