Description

The present invention relates to an elevator apparatus that supports a rope connected to a passenger car and a counterweight by means of a support beam erected at the upper part of a hoistway via a suspension pulley and a suspension rod, and vibrations transmitted from the suspension rod to the support beam. The present invention relates to a method for mounting an elevator hanging rod vibration isolator that reduces noise.

Many elevator apparatuses are provided with a support beam on the upper end side of a car guide rail for guiding the lifting and lowering movement of the car and a counterweight guide rail for guiding the lifting and lowering movement of the counterweight. The rope connected to the weight is supported via a suspension pulley and a suspension rod. For this reason, the vibration accompanying the raising / lowering operation of the passenger car and the counterweight is transmitted from the suspension rod to the support beam. This vibration is transmitted from the support beam to the building via the guide rail and from the guide rail to the building, and particularly when a living room or the like is adjacent to the hoistway, it causes noise damage. Therefore, it is desirable to reduce vibration transmitted from the suspension rod to the support beam as much as possible. Therefore, conventionally, an elastic body is arranged at the connecting part between the support beam supporting the suspension pulley and the suspension rod for hanging the suspension pulley to reduce the transmission of vibration to the support beam and the building. (For example, see Patent Documents 1 and 2).
Japanese Patent No. 3398733 JP 2006-182491 A

Vibration can be reduced by the above-described conventional method. However, in some rare cases, vibration from the suspension rod is transmitted to the support beam and then to the building due to the structure of the building, and further vibration reduction may be desired. . However, in the conventional elevator apparatus, if the elastic body arranged at the connecting portion between the support beam and the suspension rod is to be changed to one having better vibration absorption in order to reduce vibrations, After releasing the load applied to the rod, it is necessary to remove a nut or the like for fixing the suspension rod to the support beam, and there is a problem that much work and time are required for the work.

The present invention has been made from the above-described prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide an elevator hanging rod vibration isolator mounting method that can easily reduce vibration transmission.

In the invention according to claim 1 of the present invention, after removing the lock nut from the suspension rod, the spacer is inserted from the upper end of the suspension rod, and the existing nut is stored in the hole formed in the lower surface of the spacer. In this state, the additional elastic body and then the additional plate are inserted into the suspension rod, the additional nut is screwed, and the deflection amount of the existing elastic body and the additional elastic body is determined by the specified value. Rotate until As a result, the existing nut and the first plate are separated from each other, and the load is received by the additional nut, and the vibration is absorbed by each of the existing elastic body and the additional elastic body. As described above, the additional elastic body can be attached without removing the existing nut, that is, while the load is applied to the suspension rod, and thus vibration transmission can be easily reduced.

The invention according to claim 2 of the present invention is characterized in that a plurality of the additional elastic bodies are arranged in a stacked manner.

In the invention according to claim 2 of the present invention, the vibration transmission can be further reduced by arranging a plurality of the additional elastic bodies.

According to the present invention, with a simple structure of attaching an additional elastic body, vibration can be prevented from being transmitted to the building, and the comfort can be improved. Since it can be attached without removing the load, that is, while the load is applied to the suspension rod, the labor and time required for the work can be greatly reduced.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, an embodiment according to a method for attaching an elevator hanging rod vibration isolator of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 7 is a plan view of the spacer as viewed from above, FIG. 8 is a side view of the spacer, and FIG. 9 is a diagram of the spacer. It is the top view seen from the downward direction.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, the existing elevator apparatus is attached to the hoistway wall 1a via the hoisting body for raising and lowering the hoistway 1, that is, the car 2 and the counterweight 3, and the rail bracket 4. The guide rail 5 that guides the up-and-down movement of the elevating bodies 2 and 3, the support beam 6 installed on the upper portion of the guide rail 5, the rope 7 that suspends the car 2 and the counterweight 3, and the rope 7 slides A suspension pulley 8 that can be freely wound, a support body 9 that rotatably supports the suspension pulley 8, and lower ends of the support body 9 are connected to the left and right portions of the support body 9, and inserted into the support beam 6. A suspension rod 10, a nut 11 that is screwed to the suspension rod 10 and fixes the suspension rod 10 on the upper portion of the support beam 6, and is inserted through the suspension rod 10 and arranged so as to contact the upper surface of the support beam 6. First plate 2, the elastic body 13 inserted through the suspension rod 10 and disposed so as to contact the upper surface of the first plate 12, and the first elastic body 13 inserted between the suspension rod 10 and disposed between the elastic body 13 and the nut 11. 2, a lock nut 15 that is screwed onto the suspension rod 10 and is in contact with the upper surface of the nut 11, and a split pin 16 that is attached to the upper end of the suspension rod 10.

In the existing elevator apparatus configured as described above, the vibration is transmitted from the suspension rod 10 to the support beam 6 and then from the support beam 6 to the hoistway wall 1a in accordance with the elevating movement of the elevating bodies 2 and 3. Further, Reduction of vibration may be desired.

Therefore, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the spacer 20 is inserted through the suspension rod 10 and is in contact with the upper surface of the second plate 14, and the suspension rod 10 is inserted. The additional elastic body 21 disposed so as to contact the upper surface of the spacer 20, the additional plate 22 inserted through the suspension rod 10 and disposed so as to contact the upper surface of the additional elastic body 21, and the suspension rod 10 And an additional nut 23 disposed so as to be in contact with the upper surface of the additional plate 22.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 7, 8, and 9, the spacer 20 has a lower dimension than the outer dimension of the nut 11, that is, a diameter larger than the width dimension of the nut 11 and a height dimension of the nut 11. A hole 20 a having a large depth dimension is formed, and the outer diameter thereof is set to be smaller than the outer diameter of the second plate 14.

Next, the work procedure of the attachment method of the suspension rod vibration isolator of this embodiment is demonstrated.

First, the split pin 16 is removed from the suspension rod 10, and the lock nut 15 is removed from the suspension rod 10 to obtain the state shown in FIG. Next, as shown in FIG. 5, the spacer 20 is inserted from the upper end of the suspension rod 10, and the existing nut 11 is stored in the hole 20 a formed on the lower surface of the spacer 20. In this state, the additional elastic body 21 and then the additional plate 22 are inserted into the suspension rod 10 and the additional nut 23 is screwed. Then, the additional nut 23 is screwed until the deflection amount of each of the existing elastic body 13 and the additional elastic body 21 reaches a specified value h. At this time, the worker confirms that the amount of deflection of both elastic bodies 13 and 21 is the specified value h, and also the gap δ between the support beam 6 and the suspension pulley 8 and the first plate 12 and the suspension rod 10. It is confirmed that the distance L to the upper end of δ is δ−n and L + n as shown in FIG. This is because the nut 11 is separated from the first plate 12 in the hole 20 a of the spacer 20, receives a load by the additional nut 23, and the vibration is absorbed by each of the existing elastic body 13 and the additional elastic body 21. It is for confirming that it became. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 6, the lock nut 15 is screwed onto the suspension rod 10 as a rotation stop for the additional nut 23, and then the split pin 16 is attached to complete the operation.

According to the present embodiment, it is possible to prevent the vibration from being transmitted to the building with a simple structure of attaching the additional elastic body 21 and to improve the comfort. Since the existing nut 11 is not removed, that is, the suspension rod 10 can be attached while being loaded, labor and time required for the work can be greatly reduced.

FIG. 10 is an enlarged view of a main part of a suspension rod portion showing another embodiment according to the method of attaching the elevator suspension rod vibration isolator of the present invention. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the thing equivalent to what was mentioned above.

In the mounting method of the suspension rod vibration isolator according to another embodiment shown in FIG. 10, the two additional elastic bodies 21a and 21b are overlapped after the spacer 20 is mounted in the same procedure as the above-described embodiment. Then, it is inserted through the suspension rod 10. Next, the additional plate 22 and the additional nut 23 are mounted in the same procedure as described above.

According to another embodiment, transmission of vibration can be further reduced by arranging a plurality of the additional elastic bodies 21a and 21b in an overlapping manner. In addition, although the example which provided the two additional elastic bodies 21a and 21b was shown in other embodiment, this invention is not restricted to this, As long as the dimension of the suspension rod 10 permits, a several additional elastic body is piled up. Can be arranged.
