Abstract
【解決手段】離脱デバイスの離脱アームは、アームを取り巻く外シェルと、触媒および煙道ガスがアームを出ることを可能にするスロットを有する内シェルと、外壁の開口よりも下方に位置する下縁を有する外側バッフルとを含む。このバッフルは、触媒および煙道ガスを下方へ導き、半径方向流を限定する。触媒および煙道ガスは、上昇管部の外壁の開口を通って、第1の空塔速度で離脱アームに入り、離脱アームの底部のスロットから、第1の空塔速度の1.33倍以下の速度で出ていく。

Claims (10)
- 触媒の炭素質付着物を燃焼させる触媒再生容器であって、
炭素質付着物を有する使用済み触媒を第1の室に供給する触媒入口と、少なくとも部分的に再生された触媒を提供し、煙道ガスを発生させるために、前記使用済み触媒と接触させ、炭素質付着物を燃焼させる燃焼ガスを第1の室内に分配する燃焼ガス分配器とを含む第1の室と、
前記第1の室から延びる、再生された触媒および煙道ガスを輸送する上昇管部であって、外壁と、前記外壁の少なくとも1つの開口と、前記開口を取り巻いて、前記外壁から半径方向に延びる少なくとも1つの離脱アームとを含み、前記離脱アームが、前記アームを取り巻く外シェルと、触媒および煙道ガスが前記アームを出ることを可能にするスロットを有する内シェルと、前記外壁の前記開口よりも下方に位置する下縁を有する垂直バッフルとを含み、前記垂直バッフルが、前記触媒および煙道ガスを下方へ導き、半径方向流を最小限に抑える上昇管部と、
前記離脱アームをその内部に含み、燃焼ガスから触媒を分離するサイクロン分離器と、再生触媒出口と、煙道ガス出口とを含む第2の室と
を含む触媒再生容器。 - 前記アームの前記スロットの面積と前記開口の面積との比が0.75から2.5の間である、請求項1に記載の触媒再生容器。
- 前記離脱アームの前記外シェルが前記垂直バッフルを含み、下方へ曲げられた半パイプを画定した、請求項1に記載の容器。
- 前記外シェルが、水平部分と、前記垂直バッフルと連続した転向部分とを含む、請求項3に記載の容器。
- 前記スロットが、前記外シェルの前記水平部分の垂直方向下方の前記内シェル内に画定された、請求項4に記載の容器。
- 前記スロットが、前記内シェルの外縁と前記垂直バッフルの内面との間に画定された、請求項5に記載の容器。
- 前記垂直バッフルが半円筒を画定した、請求項1に記載の容器。
- 前記外バッフルの前記下縁が、前記外壁の前記開口よりも、前記開口の垂直高さの少なくとも半分の距離だけ下方に位置する、請求項1に記載の容器。
- 半径方向のガス流を妨げる追加のバッフルをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の容器。
- 使用済み触媒を再生させる方法であって、
炭素質付着物を有する使用済み触媒を触媒再生容器の第1の室に供給するステップと、
前記第1の室に燃焼ガスを分配するステップと、
前記使用済み触媒と燃焼ガスとを接触させるステップと、
前記使用済み触媒の炭素質付着物を燃焼させるステップと、
少なくとも部分的に再生された触媒を提供するステップと、
煙道ガスを発生させるステップと、
前記再生された触媒および前記煙道ガスを、前記第1の室から上昇管部の中へ輸送するステップと、
触媒および煙道ガスを、前記上昇管部の外壁の開口を通して、前記外壁から半径方向に延びる離脱アーム内に第1の空塔速度で放出するステップと、
触媒および煙道ガスを、前記離脱アームのスロットを通して、前記第1の空塔速度の1.33倍以下の第2の空塔速度で放出するステップと、
前記再生された触媒を前記煙道ガスから離脱させるステップと
を含む方法。
