Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a solar cell module, and more particularly to a method for manufacturing a solar cell module with an inspection process for detecting defective cells.
In recent years, expectations for photovoltaic power generation have increased due to the increased awareness of energy issues. As demand spreads widely, in order to operate solar cells safely and effectively in various installation environments, it is required to introduce various test / inspection methods in the manufacturing process of solar cell modules.
In recent years, solar cells are often installed in ordinary houses, and when the installation location is a general residential area, it is often the case that the solar cell is installed in a location where a specific part of the solar cell is shaded. The solar cell module placed in such an installation environment has a risk of inducing a failure due to hot spot heat.
JIS C 8938: “Environmental test method and durability test method of amorphous solar cell module” and JIS C 8917: “Environmental test method and durability test method of crystalline solar cell module” describe the hot spot test. Here, “If a short-circuit current mismatch occurs due to variations in the performance of solar cells, cracks or local shadows (such as shadows of external structures or adhesion of opaque objects on the module surface), The cell acts as an electrical load and abnormally generates heat (referred to as hot spot heat), but the purpose is to determine the durability of the module against the stress caused by the hot spot heat.
Now, a manufacturing process of a conventional solar cell module will be described with reference to FIGS. 最後に、完成した太陽電池モジュールのI−V特性および出力動作確認を行う。
(Xiv) Finished Product Inspection Finally, the IV characteristics and output operation confirmation of the completed solar cell module are performed. Ships that operate normally.
Conventionally, the performance inspection of a solar cell has been performed by a module process as in the above step (xiv).
For example, in Patent Document 1 (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-24204), the temperature of a shielded portion of a solar cell module is measured using an inspection device that has both a means for shielding the solar cell module and a means for detecting temperature. It is described that a cell in which a hot spot is generated is specified by detection.
Conventionally, it has been recognized that the heat generation in the module state detected by the method described in Patent Document 1 is due to the leakage current inside the cell. Therefore, leakage current measurement for solar cells has been performed. However, recent market failure analysis has revealed that the cause of heat generation in the module state is locality of heat generation. That is, when inspecting a defective cell, it is necessary to extract a cell having such local heat generation.
In the heat generation inspection in the module form as described in the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, the heat generation of the cell is dispersed by the influence of the structural mechanism members such as glass, EVA, metal frame, etc. The extraction was not completed.
Further, in the inspection in the module form, it is necessary to disassemble and repair the solar cell module in order to remove the defective cell from the module determined to be defective by the inspection. When the inspection is performed after the completion of the lamination in the step (xiii), the module in which the abnormality is found has to be discarded. Furthermore, since cells including defective cells are input to the module process, module production efficiency is deteriorated.
On the other hand, when a method of measuring leakage current and finding an abnormality of a solar battery cell as in Patent Document 2 is used for a hot spot test, there is a possibility of over-determination. For example, the leakage current found in the periphery of the solar battery cell is caused by insufficient junction separation and does not cause a local increase in current density. That is, none of the cells in which the leak current is detected does not generate hot spot heat that leads to failure.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a method of manufacturing a solar cell module incorporating an efficient and accurate hot spot test.

Preferably, the method further includes: applying a voltage to the solar battery cell; measuring a current generated when the voltage is applied; and determining whether the current is equal to or greater than a set value. If the temperature is equal to or higher than the set value, the temperature is measured to determine whether there is a heat generation point.
Preferably, the temperature is measured by a non-contact temperature identification device.
This invention which concerns on another situation is a solar cell module manufacturing apparatus which connects a photovoltaic cell and manufactures a photovoltaic module, Comprising: The power source which applies a voltage to a photovoltaic cell, and the solar where the voltage was applied by the power source There are a temperature identification device that measures the temperature of the battery cell, an analysis device that determines whether or not the solar cell has a heat generation point having a temperature equal to or higher than a set threshold based on the measurement result of the temperature identification device, and a heat generation point It is provided with the moving means which discharges | emits the photovoltaic cell determined to from the manufacturing line of a solar cell module, and the connection apparatus which electrically connects the photovoltaic cell which is not discharged | emitted by the moving means.
According to the present invention, the presence or absence of a heat generation location of a solar cell to which a voltage is applied is determined, and a solar cell without a heat generation location is input to the module process. Therefore, since the solar cells that are put into the module process are those in which the high heat generation cells that cause hot spots are excluded, the yield in the module process can be improved.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the following description, the same parts are denoted by the same reference numerals. Their names and functions are also the same. Therefore, detailed description thereof will not be repeated.
The apparatus used for the hot spot test | inspection included in the manufacturing method of the photovoltaic cell concerning this invention is demonstrated referring FIG. FIG. 12 is a configuration diagram of the hot spot inspection apparatus. As shown in FIG. 12 (a), the hot spot inspection apparatus includes an
In the present invention, a cell is inspected for defects by the following inspection method.
First, a reverse bias is applied to the
The
The
The above-mentioned defective cell can be discharged automatically by the apparatus. For example, the
Cells that are not determined to be defective are input to the module process. In the module process, as described in the background art, solar cells are electrically connected to manufacture a solar cell module.
Thus, in the present invention, the solar battery cell that is put into the module process is one in which a high heat generation cell that causes a hot spot is excluded. Therefore, the yield in the module process can be improved by using the present invention.
Furthermore, in the present invention, defective cells may be repaired. A method for manufacturing a solar cell module including a defective cell repair step will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 14 is a diagram for explaining a method of manufacturing a solar cell module including a defective cell repairing step.
First, the
The
The solid-
図15(b)は、図15(a)中のA−Bの断面図である。

The method for repairing the heat generation point is not limited to the above. For example, in determining a defective cell, classification may be performed according to the position of the heat generation portion, and when the heat generation portion is the outer periphery of the cell, the end face portion may be brushed, that is, lightly polished. The cause of heat generation around the outside of the cell is mainly a leakage current due to dielectric breakdown at the cell end face, and the heat generation is often easily improved by brushing.
After carrying out the repairing process of the heat generation point as described above, the IV measurement and the hot spot inspection by the
When the improvement of the heat generation point is not observed, cell dicing can be performed by the dicing apparatus 540. Cell dicing will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 16 is a diagram for explaining cell dicing. In the cell dicing, the
Here, cell dicing is performed after repairing the heat generation portion, but cell dicing may be performed without repairing the heat generation portion.

In addition, since the inspection is performed on the cell, the inspection system can be downsized. Furthermore, it is possible to flexibly inspect market demands such as hot spot inspection in a high temperature and high humidity environment.
