Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a recoil shock device that equips a gun body with a piston cylinder device that generates compressed air and obtains a recoil by movement of a weight interlocking with the movement of a movable portion constituting the piston cylinder device.
Similar to an actual gun that generates a recoil (recoil shock) when a bullet is fired, attempts have been made to reproduce a simulated recoil on a toy gun. The reaction imparting method found in commercially available toy guns was a method of obtaining a shock by increasing the piston weight for a toy gun having a piston cylinder device that generates compressed air. For this reason, it is necessary to make the piston sufficiently heavy in order to obtain a sufficient shock, and it is necessary to strengthen the piston spring in order to avoid a reduction in the velocity of the piston due to the heavy piston, which increases the load of cocking the piston by strengthening the spring However, the cylinder head, the piston itself, or the operating mechanism quickly wears due to the impact when the piston advances, resulting in a problem that the durability is remarkably impaired.
Among published documents, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-88494, there is one that causes a piston rod to protrude by an operation of pulling a trigger and a movable shoulder rest to protrude rearward to give an impact to the shoulder of the shooter. However, there is a disadvantage that a mechanism that does not exist in the actual gun to make the shoulder rest movable must be provided. Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 8-89661 drives a slide cover by a solenoid that is interlocked with a trigger operation to give a reaction, but is not suitable for a rifle type that does not have a slide mechanism. Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 6-22793 uses a spring and a weight along the barrel to push backward the air chamber to push the air chamber, and that pressure fires an air gun bullet. It is a special thing that precedes and cannot be suitable for the general public.
In addition, recoil shock naturally affects the fixing of the gun body. Therefore, compared to the conventional simulation gun that does not generate recoil shock, the accuracy rate of the simulated gun that generates recoil shock decreases. There is. Therefore, merits and demerits of imitating a real gun are born, and it is not welcomed that a recoil shock occurs in a situation like a survival game. Even those who have purchased a simulated gun that generates a recoil shock in search of the reality of a real gun can not be welcomed that the hit rate will fall, and it may be bounced off because of dissatisfaction with the product.
The present invention has been made paying attention to the above points, and its basic problem is that the piston weight is increased without increasing the piston weight by providing the movable part and the weight in the piston cylinder device separately. It is to obtain a recoil shock equivalent to. Another object of the present invention is to provide a recoil shock device in a simulated gun that can obtain a recoil shock and can eliminate this effect when no recoil shock is required.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is provided with a piston cylinder device that generates compressed air in a gun body, and for obtaining a reaction by movement of a weight interlocking with a movement of a movable portion constituting the piston cylinder device. The recoil shock device has a connecting part composed of a movable part of the piston-cylinder device and a part on the weight side interlocking with the movement in the backward direction, and a force transmitted from the movable part to the weight via the connecting part. A recoil spring that is received and compressed is provided, and a shock generation mode in which the reaction caused by the movement of the weight is generated in the gun body and a shock non-occurrence mode in which the reaction is not transmitted to the gun body regardless of the movement of the movable part can be selected. Therefore, in the shock non-occurrence mode, it is necessary not to contact the movable part at the retracted position of the movable part. In which it took measures to set a site (the invention according to claim 1).
The toy gun according to the present invention relates to a gun that generates compressed air using a piston cylinder device. Piston cylinder devices generally understand that the piston slides in the cylinder, but some pistons are fixed and the cylinder is movable. In either case, compressed air is generated. Therefore, the movable part in the present invention refers to the part that slides to generate compressed air, and it is the movable part in the present invention that drives the weight regardless of which piston or cylinder is the movable part.
In toy guns where compressed air is generated by a piston-cylinder device, the compressed air can be used for bullet firing. However, it goes without saying that even if the bullet is not fired, a simulated reaction can be obtained if the weight is driven based on the operation of the piston cylinder device. Therefore, the simulated recoil according to the present invention does not require bullet firing for recoil shock associated with bullet firing. In other words, the apparatus of the present invention can be applied not only to those having a bullet firing mechanism but also to those not having a bullet firing mechanism. In the present invention, the fact that a recoil shock can be obtained without firing bullets means that the recoil shock can be experienced without consuming bullets such as BB bullets, which is also preferable from the viewpoint of preventing bullet scattering. .
In the device of the present invention, a connecting portion comprising a movable portion of the piston cylinder device and a weight side portion that can be interlocked with the movement in the backward direction is provided between the weight. The connecting portion fulfills a function of causing the weight to act on a recoil spring that is compressed by receiving a force transmitted to the weight via the connecting portion by the movable portion. Therefore, the communication part may be a part of each member of the movable part and the weight part, for example, or may be an independent member interposed between the movable part side and the weight side. In the present invention, the force is transmitted in the order of moving part → connecting part → weight → recoil spring, but it is not absolutely necessary to divide into three parts. It corresponds to what can be changed to.
In this way, the device of the present invention is configured such that after the recoil spring is compressed, the reaction that occurs with the movement of the weight when the recoil spring expands due to the elastic force of the spring is transmitted to the gun body. ing. The recoil shock starts from a state in which the force generated by the piston cylinder is transmitted to the weight and compresses the recoil spring, and becomes prominent as the weight advances together with the recoil spring that is expanded by the elastic force. Therefore, in the present invention, the weight is retracted as the recoil spring is compressed, and then the weight advancement is synchronized when the movable part advances, so that a recoil shock like an actual gun can be experienced even with a slight movement of the weight. ing. It is considered that the recoil shock generation timing generally shifts earlier when the spring is strong and shifts later when the spring is weak.
Further, according to the present invention, it is possible to select a shock generation mode in which the reaction accompanying the movement of the weight is caused in the gun body and a shock non-occurrence mode in which the reaction is not transmitted to the gun body regardless of the movement of the movable part. In addition, in the shock non-occurrence mode, the weight is set so as not to contact the movable part at the retracted position of the movable part. In the present invention, what separates the shock generation mode and the shock non-occurrence mode is whether or not there is a weight to be contacted to the position when the movable portion moves to the retracted position. In order to set the weight so that it does not come into contact with the movable part at the retracted position of the movable part, the weight can be excluded from the position to be contacted at the retracted position of the movable part. The state where the weight does not come into contact with the movable portion includes both the case where the weight is in a position where it cannot contact behind the retracted position of the movable portion and the case where the weight itself is removed.
In the case where the weight is in a position where it cannot contact behind the retracted position of the movable part, in order to set the weight so that it does not contact the movable part at the retracted position of the movable part, There is a method in which a spacer for fixing the weight is arranged between the weight and a position that does not come into contact with the movable part (the invention according to claim 2). In order to set the weight so that it does not come into contact with the movable part at the retracted position of the movable part, it is possible to adopt a configuration in which the weight is arranged so as not to make contact with the movable part. Further, in order to set the weight so that it does not come into contact with the movable portion at the retracted position of the movable portion, it is possible to take a configuration in which the weight itself is removed (the invention according to claim 4). In this case, the fact remains that the weight balance changes by the weight.
Since the present invention is constructed and operates as described above, the movable part of the piston cylinder and the weight are separated and the weight is driven by the recoil spring, so that the weight is increased without increasing the piston weight. It is possible to obtain a recoil shock equivalent to that of the gun, and a shock generation mode that can be generated in the gun body and a shock non-occurrence mode in which the reaction is not transmitted to the gun body regardless of the movement of the movable part can be selected. It is possible to experience the launch by the mode, and it is also possible to prevent a decrease in the hit rate by the shock-free mode, and it is possible to meet the contradicting demands of pursuing the reality of the real gun and the decrease in the hit rate Has an effect.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the illustrated embodiments. 1 to 4 show a first example of a simulated gun to which a recoil shock device according to the present invention is applied, and has a so-called electric gun configuration having an electric firing mechanism. The illustrated
Here, the electric firing mechanism will be briefly described. The illustrated launcher has a
The recoil shock device in Example 1 of the rifle-
In Example 1, the
In Example 1, a
When the shock generation mode is selected in the recoil shock device of Example 1 having the above-described configuration, the
On the other hand, when the shock-free mode is selected in the recoil shock device of Example 1, the shaping
8 to 12 show Example 2 of a toy gun having the configuration of an electric gun to which the present invention is applied. The toy gun of Example 1 is different from that of Example 1 in that a recoil shock device is provided behind the electric firing mechanism. Although different, the configuration of the engine unit is the same as in Example 1. Therefore, for the same configuration as that of Example 1, the reference numerals of Example 1 are used in each drawing, and detailed description thereof is omitted. In the case of Example 2, the recoil shock device is incorporated in a sliding
The
In Example 2, as a means for setting the
In the example 2, the

On the other hand, when the shock-free mode is selected in the recoil shock device of Example 2, the
FIGS. 13 and 14 show a modified example of the toy gun having the configuration of the electric gun of Example 2 to which the present invention is applied. The weight is set so as not to contact the movable part at the retracted position of the movable part. For this purpose, the
