As this liquid elastic material, a synthetic rubber material or a synthetic resin material is appropriately selected and used.
As this synthetic rubber material, it is appropriate to use silicon rubber, polyurethane rubber, fluorine rubber or the like having excellent heat resistance and wear resistance and good compressibility.
As the synthetic resin material, it is appropriate to use an epoxy-based, phenol-based, silicon-based, polyimide-based, or fluorine-based synthetic resin.
As a coating method, known coating methods such as spray coating, dip coating, brush coating, and roll coating can be applied.
Further, even if the liquid elastic material is directly applied to the outer peripheral surface of the metal bellows 4, the adhesion may be insufficient.
Therefore, it is desirable to perform a chemical conversion treatment for the coating base.
As this coating ground treatment, known methods such as silane coupling and chromate treatment are employed.
The film 15 can be formed by applying a heat-shrinkable resin tube to the outer periphery of the metal bellows 4 and then heat-shrinking the resin film to make a resin film.
According to this method, a film having a high mechanical strength and a uniform thickness can be formed.
Further, the present invention is not limited to the best mode for carrying out the invention described above, and various other configurations can be adopted without departing from the gist of the present invention.
