前記支持部に対して前記道路側から被せられる第1金具と、
前記第1金具に裏側からあてがわれ、前記支持部のうち前記隔壁部の両側に延びる部分をそれぞれ前記第1金具との間で挟み込む一対の第2金具と、
前記各第2金具と前記第1金具とを前記道路側から締結するための締結具とを備え、
前記第1金具は、前記支持部の前記道路側の面を覆う覆部と、その覆部の幅方向の両端部からそれぞれ前記道路の幅方向外側へ延びる一対の延設部と、その各延設部の前記覆部と反対側の端部からそれぞれ前記支持部の幅方向外側に延びるとともに対応する前記防音パネルの端部が固定される一対の固定部とを含み、
