Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an engine hydraulic control device, and more particularly to an engine hydraulic control device including a piston jet that injects oil toward an engine piston.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, an engine hydraulic control device that controls oil pressure in an engine of oil fed by an oil pump is known. As an engine hydraulic control device, an engine hydraulic control device including a piston jet that injects oil toward a piston to cool the piston of the engine is known. With regard to such a hydraulic control device for an engine, in Patent Document 1, a switching valve is arranged in an oil return path that bypasses the oil pump of the engine, and the valve opening pressure of the arranged switching valve is lower than the valve opening pressure of the piston jet. An engine hydraulic control device has been proposed. According to the engine hydraulic control device proposed in Patent Document 1, the oil pressure discharged from the oil pump can be controlled to a low pressure by opening the switching valve when the oil viscosity is cold. For this reason, the drive work of an oil pump can be reduced by this. Further, since the fuel injection amount can be suppressed thereby, the fuel efficiency of the engine can be improved. Further, according to the hydraulic control apparatus for the engine, oil injection from the piston jet can be stopped at the same time, thereby preventing the piston from being overcooled, so that the engine can be warmed up early and emission can be reduced.
Also known as an engine hydraulic control device is an engine hydraulic control device that includes a variable hydraulic relief device that switches an engine hydraulic pressure from a normal hydraulic pressure (high pressure) to a low hydraulic pressure (low pressure). According to the engine hydraulic control apparatus, the driving work of the oil pump can be reduced by switching the engine hydraulic pressure to a low hydraulic pressure, thereby improving the fuel consumption. Also, if the engine hydraulic control device is configured to stop the oil injection to the piston at a low hydraulic pressure, the engine hydraulic pressure is switched to a low hydraulic pressure when cold, thereby improving the fuel efficiency by reducing the driving work of the oil pump, It is possible to reduce the emission due to the temperature rise of the piston and achieve both early warm-up. In addition, for example, Patent Document 2 discloses a technique that is considered to be related to the present invention.
By the way, due to the oil viscosity becoming too high at extremely low temperatures, even when trying to relieve the oil discharged by the oil pump to control the oil pressure to a low pressure, it becomes difficult for the oil to be relieved from the oil return path. May occur. At this time, since the hydraulic pressure increases, in the engine hydraulic control apparatus as described above, the piston jet injects low-temperature oil toward the piston, and as a result, the temperature of the piston decreases and the emission deteriorates. There was a risk of causing white smoke.
Even in such a case, the oil is somewhat relieved, so if the oil pump drive work is reduced by this, the oil viscosity is very high at extremely low temperatures, so the oil pump drive work is Even if the amount of relief is relatively small, it greatly decreases. And if the fuel injection amount decreases with the decrease in oil pump drive work at extremely low temperatures, the temperature of the combustion gas will decrease, and the temperature of the piston will further decrease and combustion will become unstable, resulting in misfires. There was also a possibility of inviting. Further, when the oil injection to the piston is stopped when the oil pressure is low, as in the above-described engine oil pressure control device, there is a problem that the oil injection to the piston cannot be performed at all when the oil pressure is low. there were.
Therefore, the present invention is such that the oil pressure control device of the engine can stop the oil injection to the piston even when the oil viscosity is high, such as at an extremely low temperature, and can perform the oil injection to the piston even when the oil pressure is low. Is an issue.
An engine hydraulic control device of the present invention that solves such problems includes a piston jet that injects oil toward a piston of the engine, a first hydraulic path that guides oil discharged from an oil pump of the engine to the piston jet, The oil pressure pump is interposed in the first hydraulic passage and guided to the pressure receiving surface of the pressure receiving piston provided inside, and the pressure receiving pressure is provided against the force for urging the pressure receiving piston. By moving the piston, the first hydraulic relief means for relieving oil to the piston jet, the second hydraulic path for guiding the oil discharged from the oil pump to the back surface of the pressure receiving piston, and the back surface of the pressure receiving piston Hydraulic path switching configured by switching the third hydraulic path for discharging the oil, the second hydraulic path and the third hydraulic path Characterized by comprising a stage (claim 1).
By adopting such a configuration, it is possible to generate a hydraulic pressure opposite to the hydraulic pressure applied to the pressure receiving surface by guiding the oil to the back surface of the pressure receiving piston. At this time, the pressure receiving piston can be easily moved by the biasing force of the biasing means, and the oil relief to the piston jet can be stopped by the biasing force surpassing the hydraulic force applied to the pressure receiving surface. Therefore, by adopting such a configuration, oil can be stopped from being injected into the piston even when the oil viscosity is high, such as at a very low temperature, by guiding the oil to the back surface of the pressure receiving piston.
Further, with such a configuration, by discharging the oil guided to the back surface of the pressure receiving piston, it is possible to apply hydraulic pressure only to the pressure receiving surface against the force that urges the pressure receiving piston. At this time, the pressure receiving piston can be easily moved by the oil pressure applied to the pressure receiving surface, and the oil pressure can be relieved to the piston jet by introducing the oil pressure that generates a force superior to the urging force. Therefore, by adopting such a configuration, by discharging the oil guided to the back surface of the pressure receiving piston, even when the oil pressure discharged from the oil pump is low, oil can be injected into the piston depending on the setting of the urging force. .
In addition, such a hydraulic control device for an engine can be configured such that the areas of the pressure receiving surface and the back surface of the pressure receiving piston are set to be approximately equal. Specifically, by adopting such a configuration, by guiding the oil to the back surface of the pressure receiving piston, it is possible to balance the hydraulic force applied to the pressure receiving surface and the hydraulic pressure applied to the back surface. This is suitable for stopping oil injection to the piston when the oil viscosity is high.
The engine hydraulic control apparatus is disposed in the oil return path and at least one oil return path for returning the oil discharged by the oil pump to the upstream side of the oil pump, and is discharged from the oil pump. And at least one second hydraulic relief means for controlling the hydraulic pressure of the oil, and the oil whose hydraulic pressure is controlled by the at least one second hydraulic relief means is guided to the first hydraulic path. It can be set as the structure which has arrange | positioned the 1st hydraulic path (Claim 3). With such a configuration, the oil whose hydraulic pressure has been controlled can be supplied to the piston jet, so that it is possible to prevent the oil from being injected into the piston with an inappropriate hydraulic pressure such as an excessive hydraulic pressure.
In this engine hydraulic control device, the at least one second hydraulic relief means is a hydraulic variable relief means capable of relieving oil discharged from the oil pump at two different hydraulic pressures (for example, low pressure and high pressure). It can be set as a structure (Claim 3). With this configuration, hydraulic control and oil injection control can be performed in four modes: low pressure and oil injection, low pressure and injection stop, high pressure and oil injection, high pressure and injection stop. For this reason, by setting it as such a structure, according to an engine driving | running state, improvement of a fuel consumption, early warming up, emission reduction, piston cooling, etc. can be aimed at suitably.
In addition, such an engine hydraulic control device has a configuration in which the valve opening pressure of the first hydraulic relief means is set lower than the lowest valve opening pressure for the at least one second hydraulic relief means. (Claim 4). Specifically, with such a configuration, even when the hydraulic pressure is low, oil injection to the piston can be performed.
The engine hydraulic control device of the present invention can stop oil injection to the piston even when the oil viscosity is high, such as at an extremely low temperature, and can perform oil injection to the piston even when the hydraulic pressure is low.

Next, schematic configurations of the hydraulic
The
The area of the pressure receiving surface 3c1 of the

OJリリーフ弁4はケース4aと、ケース4a内に配置されたリリーフ弁4b(請求項記載の受圧ピストンに相当)と、スプリング4c(請求項記載の付勢手段に相当)とを有して構成されている。

On the other hand, when the oil is discharged from the
FIG. 4 is a diagram schematically showing a schematic configuration of the
A
In the
On the other hand, when the
Next, the operation of the
On the other hand, when stopping the POJ injection, the
For this reason, the
FIG. 6 is a diagram schematically showing the state of the
For this reason, the
FIG. 7 is a diagram schematically showing a state of the
On the other hand, when POJ injection is performed, the
