Abstract
Description
本発明は、外部に連通する中空部を有する基板本体の中空部内面に、金属粒子を含むインクを用いて配線パターンが形成された配線基板およびその製造方法に関する。 The present invention relates to a wiring board in which a wiring pattern is formed using an ink containing metal particles on the inner surface of a hollow part of a substrate body having a hollow part communicating with the outside, and a method for manufacturing the same.
従来、金属粒子を含むインクを用いて配線パターンを形成する配線基板の製造方法が知られている。
例えば、特許文献1には、表面に撥水加工膜を形成した絶縁基板をXYテーブル上に配置し、レーザ光によって、配線パターンに応じて撥水加工膜を除去し、これにより露出した絶縁基板上に、インクジェットノズルを用いて導電性の超微粒子を含むインク粒を噴射して配線パターンを描画する導体回路の形成方法が記載されている。
For example, in
However, the conventional method for manufacturing a wiring board as described above has the following problems.
In the technique described in
Therefore, although it is possible to manufacture a plate-like wiring board that is developed in a plane, for example, when forming a wiring pattern on the inner surface of a three-dimensional object having a hollow portion such as a tube shape or a bottle shape, Since an insertable opening and space are required, there is a problem that the size and shape of the wiring board are significantly restricted.
本発明は、上記のような問題に鑑みてなされたものであり、大きさや形状の制約を低減することができ、容易に製造することができる、外部に連通する中空部を有する基板本体の中空部内面に配線パターンを有する配線基板およびその製造方法を提供することを目的とする。 The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and can reduce the size and shape constraints, and can be easily manufactured. The substrate body has a hollow portion that communicates with the outside. It is an object of the present invention to provide a wiring board having a wiring pattern on the inner surface of the part and a method for manufacturing the same.
In order to solve the above-described problems, a method for manufacturing a wiring board according to the present invention includes forming a wiring pattern on the inner surface of a hollow portion of a substrate body having a hollow portion communicating with the outside using an ink containing metal particles. A film forming step of forming a film having ink repellency that repels the ink on the inner surface of the hollow portion of the substrate body, and the film having ink repellency is formed in the film forming step. In addition, a groove processing step for processing a groove that reaches at least a depth at which the substrate main body is exposed from the inside of the hollow portion at a position corresponding to the wiring pattern with respect to the substrate body, and the groove is formed by the groove processing step. The processed substrate body is immersed in the ink and the metal particles in the ink are adhered in the groove, and the metal particles attached in the groove by the immersion process are baked. A method and a firing step of firing by heating to more than once.
According to the present invention, the metal particles in the grooves formed on the inner surface of the hollow portion of the substrate body can be obtained by simply immersing the substrate body that has undergone the film formation step and the groove processing step in the ink containing the metal particles in the immersion step. Can be attached. At this time, since an ink-repellent film is formed on the inner surface of the hollow portion excluding the groove formed at the position corresponding to the wiring pattern, the ink containing the metal particles is repelled and the metal particles adhere to the substrate body. There is nothing. And the wiring pattern by a metal particle layer can be formed by only heating and baking the metal particle adhering in a groove | channel by a baking process after an immersion process.
That is, since the ink containing metal particles is adhered in the grooves by the dipping process, the ink containing the metal particles is drawn on the inner surface of the hollow portion of the substrate body having a hollow portion communicating with the outside without drawing with an inkjet head or the like. A wiring pattern can be formed along the groove shape formed in the processing step.
また、本発明の配線基板の製造方法では、前記溝加工工程は、前記溝を、前記中空部の内側からレーザー光を照射して加工することが好ましい。
この場合、レーザー光を中空部の内側から照射して溝を加工するので、微細な配線パターンを精度よく形成することができる。
また、中空部には、レーザー光を加工部に導くための偏向手段や導光手段を挿入できるスペースがあれば加工できるので、中空部が狭い場合でも溝加工することが可能となる。
Moreover, in the manufacturing method of the wiring board of this invention, it is preferable that the said groove | channel process process irradiates a laser beam from the inside of the said hollow part, and processes the said groove | channel.
In this case, since the groove is processed by irradiating the laser beam from the inside of the hollow portion, a fine wiring pattern can be formed with high accuracy.
Further, since the hollow portion can be processed if there is a space in which a deflecting means or a light guiding means for guiding laser light to the processing portion can be inserted, it is possible to perform groove processing even when the hollow portion is narrow.
また、本発明の配線基板の製造方法では、前記焼成工程によって焼成された前記金属粒子層上に積層して、めっき層を形成するめっき工程を備えることが好ましい。
この場合、めっき工程により、焼成された金属粒子層上に積層してめっき層を形成するので、堅牢な配線パターンを形成することができる。また、配線パターンの厚さを容易に調整することができる。
Moreover, in the manufacturing method of the wiring board of this invention, it is preferable to provide the plating process of laminating | stacking on the said metal particle layer baked by the said baking process, and forming a plating layer.
In this case, since the plating layer is formed by laminating on the fired metal particle layer by the plating step, a robust wiring pattern can be formed. In addition, the thickness of the wiring pattern can be easily adjusted.
The wiring board of the present invention is formed into the groove shape by the metal particle layer formed by adhering and baking ink containing metal particles in the groove formed on the inner surface of the hollow part of the substrate body having a hollow part communicating with the outside. It is assumed that a wiring pattern is formed.
According to the present invention, wiring is provided by providing a metal particle layer formed by adhering and baking ink containing metal particles along the groove shape formed on the inner surface of the hollow portion of the substrate body having a hollow portion communicating with the outside. Since the pattern is formed, the metal particle layer can be provided without drawing ink in the hollow portion, so that the wiring pattern can be provided on the inner surface of the narrower hollow portion.
本発明の配線基板およびその製造方法によれば、金属粒子を含むインクをインクジェットヘッドなどによって描画することなく、外部に連通する中空部を有する基板本体の中空部内面に形成された溝に沿う配線パターンを形成できるため、基板本体の大きさや形状の制約を低減することができ、容易に製造することができるという効果を奏する。 According to the wiring substrate and the manufacturing method thereof of the present invention, the wiring along the groove formed on the inner surface of the hollow portion of the substrate main body having the hollow portion communicating with the outside without drawing the ink containing the metal particles by the inkjet head or the like Since the pattern can be formed, restrictions on the size and shape of the substrate body can be reduced, and the manufacturing can be easily performed.
以下では、本発明の実施形態について添付図面を参照して説明する。すべての図面において、実施形態が異なる場合であっても、同一または相当する部材には同一の符号を付し、共通する説明は省略する。 Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In all the drawings, even if the embodiments are different, the same or corresponding members are denoted by the same reference numerals, and common description is omitted.
[第1の実施形態]
本発明の第1の実施形態に係る配線基板およびその製造方法について説明する。
図1は、本発明の第1の実施形態の製造方法によって製造された配線基板の模式的な斜視図である。図2は、図1におけるA−A断面図である。図3は、図1におけるB視の部分拡大図である。なお、各図は、見易さのため各部の寸法比などは誇張して描かれている(以下の図面も同様)。
[First Embodiment]
A wiring board and a manufacturing method thereof according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described.
FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a wiring board manufactured by the manufacturing method of the first embodiment of the present invention. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. FIG. 3 is a partially enlarged view of FIG. In each drawing, the dimensional ratio of each part is exaggerated for easy viewing (the same applies to the following drawings).
As shown in FIG. 1, the

Here, the
In addition, the shape is not necessarily limited to a tubular shape as long as it has a hollow portion communicating with the outside. For example, one
In the present embodiment, as an example, the
As shown in FIG. 3, each
導電性パターン34の厚さ方向の構成は、図2に示すように、内周面側の撥水膜31から基材10まで達する溝32が設けられ、この溝32内に、溝底部から、銀粒子層33B(金属粒子層)、めっき層35がこの順に積層されてなる。
なお、本実施形態では、溝32は基材10の内部まで形成されている場合の例で説明するが、溝32は、少なくとも基材10が露出する深さを有していればよい。
As shown in FIG. 2, the
In the present embodiment, an example in which the

For example, since the silver nano ink of the present embodiment is not used by being ejected from an inkjet nozzle, it may be a viscous solvent that cannot be ejected from the inkjet nozzle, or a solvent that has poor ejection performance or landing performance from the inkjet nozzle. It can be suitably employed.
In the present embodiment, the

Next, the manufacturing method of the
FIG. 4 is a flowchart for explaining the process flow of the method for manufacturing a wiring board according to the first embodiment of the present invention. 5A, 5B, 5C, 5D, and 5E are process explanatory views of the method of manufacturing the wiring board according to the first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 6 is a process explanatory diagram for explaining a groove machining process of the method for manufacturing a wiring board according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
本実施形態の配線基板の製造方法の製造工程は、図4に示すように、膜形成工程S1、溝加工工程S2、浸漬工程S3、焼成工程S4、およびめっき工程S5を、この順に実施するものである。 As shown in FIG. 4, the manufacturing process of the method for manufacturing a wiring board according to the present embodiment includes a film forming process S1, a groove processing process S2, an immersion process S3, a firing process S4, and a plating process S5 in this order. It is.
First, in the film forming step S1, the inner peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface of the
The reason why the film formed in the film forming step S1 is water-repellent is that, in this embodiment, silver nano ink using water as a solvent is used.
The water repellent coating method is not particularly limited as long as the
Next, in the groove processing step S2, a part of the
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, in the hollow portion of the
The wavelength and output of the
Although not particularly illustrated, in the present embodiment, the
Thereby, for example, even if the

また、溝加工工程S2において、溝32を加工する手段はレーザー光52に限定されず、配線領域13において、少なくとも撥水膜31を除去して、導電性パターン34に対応するパターンで溝加工ができれば、機械的な切削加工やエッチングなどを用いてもよい。
In the groove processing step S2, the means for processing the
Next, in the immersion step S3, the

次に、焼成工程S4では、溝32に銀ナノインク33が付着された基材10を、例えば、120℃に設定された加熱炉で30分間加熱して、銀ナノインク33Aを焼成させる。
これにより、溝32内に、銀粒子層33Bが形成される(図5(d)参照)。
Next, in baking process S4, the

次に、めっき工程S5では、焼成工程S4によって形成された銀粒子層33B上に、めっき層35を形成する(図5(e)参照)。本実施形態では、基材10を無電解の銅めっき浴に入れることで、銅によるめっき層35を撥水膜31と略同じ高さまで形成している。
このようにして、本実施形態の配線基板の製造方法により、中空部の内面に導電性パターン34を有する配線基板1が製造される。
Next, in the plating step S5, the
In this manner, the
According to the method for manufacturing a wiring board of the present embodiment, since the film forming step S1, the groove processing step S2, the dipping step S3, and the firing step S4 are sequentially performed on the
For this reason, the
For example, in the present embodiment, the example in which the diameter of the inner peripheral portion of the hollow portion is 10 mm has been described. However, when the
Further, since the
Further, since the
Moreover, since the
In addition, since copper is less liable to cause ion migration than silver, there is an accompanying effect that the plating process can reduce the concern about the occurrence of ion migration of the

[Second Embodiment]
A wiring board and a manufacturing method thereof according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be described.
FIG. 8 is a schematic cross-sectional view corresponding to the AA cross section in FIG. 1 of the wiring board according to the second embodiment of the present invention.

The metal to be plated is not limited to copper, but may be any conductive metal such as nickel or palladium. However, a metal that is less liable to cause ion migration than the metal fired on the

Further, in the above description, the example in which the substrate body is made of a synthetic resin has been described. However, glass or other dielectrics may be used as long as the insulator can be grooved.

Further, the constituent elements described in the above embodiments and modifications can be implemented in appropriate combination within the scope of the technical idea of the present invention, if technically possible.
