Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a photographing apparatus and a photographing control method, and more particularly, to a photographing apparatus and a photographing control method for predicting a distance to a subject by detecting a photographing environment and performing a focusing operation in a search direction according to the predicted distance.
However, the technique described in

Here, the moving direction of the
Thus, by determining whether the shooting environment is indoor or outdoor and determining the search direction, the moving distance of the
Next, a method for determining the moving direction of the
First, the luminance of the subject is acquired (step S31). As described above, the
Lv=Log2(F2)+Log2(1/シャッタ速度)
[Equation 1]
Lv = Log 2 (F 2 ) + Log 2 (1 / shutter speed)
Next, it is determined whether or not the calculated subject brightness Lv is greater than 10 (step S32).
If greater than 10, it is determined that the shooting environment is outdoor, the
Conversely, if the calculated subject brightness is 10 or less, it is determined that the shooting environment is indoors, the
Thus, the focus position is determined (step S37), and the
Note that other algorithms may be used to determine the in-focus position, but if the search is performed from the infinity side end to the near side end, or from the close side end to the infinity side end, it means that the search direction is determined. Therefore, an algorithm that can determine the in-focus position during the search is used.
As described above, by determining whether the shooting environment is indoor or outdoor based on the calculated subject brightness, the search direction is determined, so that the moving distance of the
In the present embodiment, the case where the subject brightness Lv is greater than 10 is determined to be outdoor, and the case where the subject brightness Lv is 10 or less is determined to be indoor. But you can.
<Second Embodiment>
Next, a method for determining the moving direction of the
First, the color temperature of the shooting environment is acquired (step S41). Here, the
If it is higher than 5000K, it is determined that the shooting environment is outdoor, the
Thus, by determining whether the shooting environment is indoor or outdoor based on the calculated color temperature and determining the search direction, the moving distance of the
In this embodiment, the case where the color temperature is higher than 5000K is determined to be outdoor and the case where the color temperature is 5000K or less is determined to be indoor. However, this threshold value is not limited to 5000K, and any value may be used as long as it is 4500K to 5500K.
<Third Embodiment>
Next, a method for determining the moving direction of the

In the present embodiment, it is determined by the majority vote whether the result is the indoor or the outdoor based on the determination results by the plurality of detection means, but the determination result is weighted and comprehensively determined. Good. For example, weighting as shown in FIG. 13 is performed, and the weighted points of items determined to be outdoor are totaled, and when the score is equal to or greater than a predetermined score, it is determined that the outdoor. Further, when it is determined that one of the plurality of detection means is outdoor, it may be finally determined that it is outdoor. Moreover, you may give a priority order about several detection means. For example, when flicker is detected, it is finally determined that the room is indoors. However, when flicker is not detected, it may be determined whether the room is finally indoors or outdoors by a majority decision in other detection means.
