Abstract
【解決手段】運搬用槽10からの排出ガスに含まれる炭化水素化合物を回収する炭化水素回収システム100であって、排出ガスを加圧して炭化水素化合物を含有する圧縮物を排出する圧縮機12と、圧縮物を加圧状態で吸収用炭化水素油と接触させることにより、炭化水素化合物の少なくとも一部を吸収用炭化水素油に吸収させて吸収液を得る吸収装置14と、吸収液を減圧して、軽質留分を含む分離ガスと、吸収用炭化水素油及び炭化水素化合物の少なくとも一部を含む回収液とに分離する脱気装置16とを備える炭化水素回収システム100。

Description
図1に示す炭化水素回収システム100によって、炭化水素化合物の回収を行った。具体的には、ボイラー排ガス(窒素、二酸化炭素、酸素の混合ガス)でシールされた原油タンカーの槽内から、炭化水素化合物の回収を行った。なお、本実施例における各ガスの成分分析は、ガスクロマトグラフィーにより行ったものである。
脱気塔16の塔頂部の出口圧力を、圧力調整弁44により100kPaGに調整したこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして炭化水素回収システム100による炭化水素化合物の回収を行った。この場合、脱気塔16の塔頂より排出される分離ガスのガス流量が、実施例1よりも15.6%減少して、176Nm3/hとなった。また、炭化水素化合物の回収率は、63.3%であった。また、炭化水素化合物の回収を開始してから終了するまでの間、回収タンク18の内圧は約40〜50kPaGで推移した。回収タンク18の大きな圧力上昇は認められなかった。
Claims (5)
- 運搬用槽からの排出ガスに含まれる炭化水素化合物を回収する炭化水素回収システムであって、
前記排出ガスを加圧して前記炭化水素化合物を含有する圧縮物を排出する圧縮機と、
前記圧縮物を加圧状態で吸収用炭化水素油と接触させることにより、前記炭化水素化合物の少なくとも一部を前記吸収用炭化水素油に吸収させて吸収液を得る吸収装置と、
前記吸収液を減圧して、軽質留分を含む分離ガスと前記吸収用炭化水素油及び前記炭化水素化合物の少なくとも一部を含む回収液とに分離する脱気装置と、
を備える炭化水素回収システム。 - 原油タンカーに設けられた運搬用槽からの排出ガスに含まれる炭化水素化合物を回収する炭化水素回収システムであって、
前記排出ガスを加圧して前記炭化水素化合物を含有する圧縮物を排出する圧縮機と、
前記圧縮物を加圧状態で吸収用原油と接触させることにより、前記炭化水素化合物の少なくとも一部を前記吸収用原油に吸収させて吸収液を得る吸収装置と、
前記吸収液を減圧して、軽質留分を含む分離ガスと前記吸収用原油及び前記炭化水素化合物の少なくとも一部を含む回収液とに分離する脱気装置と、
を備える炭化水素回収システム。 - 前記圧縮機と前記吸収装置との間に、前記圧縮物を冷却する冷却器をさらに備える、請求項1又は2記載の炭化水素回収システム。
- 運搬用槽からの排出ガスに含まれる炭化水素化合物を回収する炭化水素回収システムに用いられ、前記排出ガスの圧縮物を吸収用炭化水素油に吸収させた吸収液を減圧することによって、軽質留分を含む分離ガスと前記吸収用炭化水素油及び前記炭化水素化合物の少なくとも一部を含む回収液とに分離する脱気装置であって、
前記吸収液が供給され、前記分離ガスと前記回収液とに分離する容器本体を備え、
前記容器本体の内部に、
前記吸収液から分離された前記回収液を滞留させるトレイと、
前記トレイに滞留する前記回収液を下方に移送するダウンパイプと、
を有する炭化水素回収システム用の脱気装置。 - 運搬用槽からの排出ガスに含まれる炭化水素化合物を回収する炭化水素回収方法であって、
前記排出ガスを加圧して前記炭化水素化合物を含有する圧縮物を排出する圧縮工程と、
前記圧縮物を加圧状態で吸収用炭化水素油と接触させることにより、前記炭化水素化合物の少なくとも一部を前記吸収用炭化水素油に吸収させて吸収液を得る吸収工程と、
前記吸収液を減圧して、軽質留分を含む分離ガスと前記吸収用炭化水素油及び前記炭化水素化合物の少なくとも一部を含む回収液とに分離する脱気工程と、
を備える炭化水素回収方法。
