Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a control method for a refrigeration cycle, and more particularly to a refrigeration for an automotive air conditioner having an internal heat exchanger that exchanges heat between a high-pressure refrigerant introduced into an expansion valve and a low-pressure refrigerant returned to a compressor. The present invention relates to a cycle control method.
The refrigeration cycle of an automotive air conditioner generally stores a compressor driven by an engine for vehicle travel, a condenser that condenses the high-temperature and high-pressure gas refrigerant compressed by the compressor, and the condensed liquid refrigerant. And an expansion valve that squeezes and expands the high-temperature and high-pressure liquid refrigerant into a low-temperature and low-pressure gas-liquid mixed vapor, and an evaporator that evaporates the expanded refrigerant and returns it to the compressor.
In such a refrigeration cycle, as an expansion valve that squeezes and expands the liquid refrigerant, the temperature and pressure of the refrigerant at the outlet of the evaporator is sensed and supplied to the evaporator so that the refrigerant at the outlet of the evaporator reaches a predetermined degree of superheat. In many cases, a temperature-type expansion valve that controls the flow rate of the refrigerant to be used is used.
However, a temperature type expansion valve used as an expansion valve is filled with a gas similar to that of a refrigerant, and senses the temperature and pressure of the refrigerant at the outlet of the evaporator to drive a valve portion that controls the flow rate. Since a relatively expensive power element is provided, there is a problem that the cost of the air conditioner for automobiles is increased. The temperature expansion valve senses the temperature and pressure of the refrigerant at the outlet of the evaporator and accurately controls the flow rate of the refrigerant supplied to the evaporator so that the refrigerant at the outlet of the evaporator reaches a predetermined degree of superheat. However, in the refrigeration cycle provided with the internal heat exchanger, the refrigerant whose superheat degree is controlled is further superheated by the internal heat exchanger. However, since the amount of superheat depends on the flow rate and temperature of the high-pressure liquid refrigerant flowing from the receiver toward the expansion valve, if the intake gas temperature to the compressor becomes too high, the compressor There is also a problem that the temperature of the discharged refrigerant becomes too high and the lubricating oil of the compressor may be thermally deteriorated.
The present invention has been made in view of such points, and the temperature of the refrigerant sucked into the compressor becomes too high while the cost of the expansion valve of the refrigeration cycle having the internal heat exchanger can be reduced. It is an object of the present invention to provide a control method for a refrigeration cycle in which there is no occurrence.
In the present invention, in order to solve the above problem, a double-pipe structure that performs heat exchange between a high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant from the receiver to the expansion valve and a low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant from the evaporator to the variable capacity compressor. In the control method of the refrigeration cycle provided with the internal heat exchanger, the expansion valve controls the flow rate of the refrigerant supplied to the evaporator according to the differential pressure between the inlet pressure and the outlet pressure of the evaporator. The solenoid-operated electromagnetic expansion valve is set in accordance with the current value that flows to the solenoid when the valve is de-energized and the differential pressure that is set when the valve is opened when energized. There is provided a control method for a refrigeration cycle, wherein the refrigerant sucked into the capacity compressor is set so as to maintain a predetermined degree of superheat.
According to such a control method of the refrigeration cycle, the expansion valve is an electromagnetic expansion valve configured to control the flow rate of the refrigerant supplied to the evaporator according to the differential pressure between the inlet pressure and the outlet pressure of the evaporator. The cost of the expansion valve can be reduced, and the electromagnetic expansion valve detects the superheat degree of the refrigerant sucked into the variable capacity compressor and controls the flow rate, so that the temperature of the refrigerant sucked into the variable capacity compressor can be controlled. It will not be too high.
The refrigeration cycle control method of the present invention uses an electromagnetic expansion valve that controls the flow rate of the refrigerant supplied to the evaporator according to the differential pressure between the inlet pressure and the outlet pressure of the evaporator instead of the expensive temperature expansion valve. As a result, the cost of the air conditioner for automobiles can be reduced, and the electromagnetic expansion valve detects and controls the degree of superheat of the refrigerant sucked into the variable capacity compressor, so that the refrigerant sucked into the variable capacity compressor There is an advantage that the temperature of the battery does not become abnormally high. Further, since the degree of superheat to be controlled is obtained from the pressure and temperature of the refrigerant at the low-pressure side outlet of the internal heat exchanger, the refrigerant sucked into the variable capacity compressor can surely have a predetermined degree of superheat. The refrigerant containing the liquid component is not sucked. In addition, since the electromagnetic expansion valve is used, the degree of superheat of the refrigerant sucked into the variable capacity compressor is not fixed like the temperature type expansion valve, and can be freely changed. The degree can be greatly improved.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a system diagram illustrating a refrigeration cycle of an automotive air conditioner according to a first control method, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a configuration example of an expansion valve.
This refrigeration cycle is arranged in an engine room of a vehicle, and a
The
As shown in FIG. 2, the

In the middle of the central hole of the main
The
The inner tube of the double cylindrical structure formed on the side where the
The installation space of the
The opposite side of the main
In the
Here, when the automotive air conditioner is activated and the
Here, the expansion valve inlet pressure of the refrigerant supplied through the high-
When the refrigerant is supplied to the
The magnitude of the current supplied to the
The method for controlling the
The coefficient of performance of the refrigeration cycle is defined by the ratio of the enthalpy difference between the evaporator inlet and the compressor inlet and the enthalpy difference between the compressor inlet and the outlet. Therefore, the coefficient of performance can be improved by increasing the degree of superheat and increasing the enthalpy at the compressor inlet. However, if the degree of superheating is increased, the temperature of the refrigerant at the compressor outlet may become too high, so that point needs to be taken into consideration. In this embodiment, the temperature of the refrigerant discharged from the
In order to monitor the temperature of the refrigerant on the discharge side of the
The estimation of the refrigerant temperature on the discharge side of the
FIG. 3 is a system diagram showing a refrigeration cycle of an automotive air conditioner according to the second control method. In FIG. 3, the same components as those shown in FIG. 1 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted.
As in the case of FIG. 1, this refrigeration cycle controls the flow rate of the refrigerant supplied to the

At this time, the predetermined degree of superheat determined in advance is detected by the
