Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a torque detector (torque sensor) and an electric power steering device (EPS), and is suitable for application to a torque measuring device that measures the state of torsional torque in a mechanism that transmits rotational power. .
However, in the torque detector having the configuration disclosed in
For this reason, in the torque detector having the configuration disclosed in
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and intends to propose a torque detector and an electric power steering device that can be miniaturized.
In order to achieve the above object, in the torque detector of the present invention, the first shaft and the second shaft that are coaxially connected via the connecting shaft and the first shaft or one end of the connecting shaft are fixed. A permanent magnet, at least a pair of sensor yokes fixed to the other end of the second shaft or the connecting shaft and forming a magnetic circuit together with the permanent magnets, and a pair of magnetic collecting yokes forming a magnetic circuit together with the permanent magnets and the sensor yoke A magnetic flux concentrating portion for concentrating the magnetic flux induced by the sensor yoke and the magnetic collecting yoke, and at least one magnetic flux detector for detecting the magnetic flux induced by the sensor yoke and the magnetic collecting yoke. And a torque detector for detecting a torque applied to one of the first shaft and the second shaft based on the output of the magnetic flux detector, wherein the pair of magnetizing yokes are cylindrical. And the diameter of each other It is characterized in that opposite the direction.
According to this configuration, since the axial dimension of the magnetism collecting yoke can be reduced, the axial length of the entire torque detector can be shortened. Further, according to this, it is possible to take a sufficient amount of EA stroke (shock absorbing stroke) for absorbing shock at the time of collision, and it is possible to improve the performance of EPS.
Further, in the present invention, the magnetic flux concentrating portion is formed of a plurality of constituent portions bent from the magnetic collecting yoke, and one constituent portion of the magnetic flux concentrating portion is opposed to the other constituent portion in the axial direction. ing.
Further, in the present invention, the magnetic flux concentrating portion is constituted by a single piece bent from the magnetic collecting yoke, and the magnetic flux concentrating portion and the end face of the magnetic collecting yoke are opposed in the axial direction.
In the present invention, the magnetism collecting yoke and the sensor yoke are preferably opposed to each other in the axial direction. Alternatively, it is also preferable that the magnetism collecting yoke and the sensor yoke face each other in the radial direction. The sensor yoke is composed of a plurality of claw poles that are arranged on the same or substantially the same plane and at least partially separated from each other. It is characterized by that.
As a result, the entire sensor yoke formed by the claw poles is not integrated, but the claw poles can be individually manufactured and appropriately combined, so that the material efficiency is high. Moreover, since the claw poles are arranged on the same or substantially the same plane, the axial length of the entire torque detector can be shortened. In addition, by doing so, the amount of the molding material may be small when they are integrated with the molding material such as resin.
The electric power steering apparatus according to the present invention is an electric motor that generates an auxiliary steering torque from an electric motor in response to a steering torque applied to a steering wheel, decelerates it by a reduction gear, and transmits it to an output shaft of a steering mechanism. The power steering apparatus includes the torque detector described above. By using the torque detector described above, it is possible to reduce the size and improve the performance of the electric power steering apparatus.
According to the present invention, a torque detector having a small axial dimension can be provided, and the EPS can be downsized accordingly. In particular, by applying the present invention, the axial dimension of the torque detector can be reduced, so that an advantage such as a sufficient amount of EA stroke for absorbing shock at the time of collision can be obtained. Performance can be improved.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
(1) 1st Embodiment In FIG. 1, 1 shows the torque detector by this embodiment as a whole. FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a main part of the
A
The
Further, by arranging the first and second
Further, the first and second
The radial widths (lengths) of the first and second
The
On the opposite side of the
The
As shown in FIG. 4, the magnetism collecting
About such a
By providing the magnetic
As the
Furthermore, if three or more
As shown in FIG. 1, the first and second magnetic flux collecting
Next, the operation of the
In the
In this state, the magnetic flux emitted from the north pole of the
On the other hand, in the
In this state, when the number of magnetic fluxes entering and exiting the first and second
Further, when the
In this case, in the
In the
In addition, since the magnetic flux collecting
Furthermore, in the
In the above-described embodiment, the case where the first and second
In the above-described embodiment, the case where the number of poles of the
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the case where the half of the number of poles of the
Furthermore, in the above-described embodiment, the case where the
Furthermore, in the above-described embodiment, the case where two or more magnetic flux detectors are used as the
Furthermore, in the above-described embodiment, the resin yoke is used to integrate the
In the present embodiment, all the first and second
Here, the magnetic
Here, only the inner magnetic flux collecting
In the case of such a configuration, the
(2) Second Embodiment Another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In addition, about the structure similar to the said 1st Embodiment, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and the description is abbreviate | omitted.
In the present embodiment, the inner magnetic
