Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a radio-controlled timepiece that receives a standard radio wave having time information and corrects the time based on the received standard radio wave, and a control method therefor.
Conventionally, a radio timepiece capable of receiving a standard radio wave is known (see, for example,
The standard radio wave is amplitude-modulated, and the radio timepiece is a binary signal obtained by extracting the envelope of the received signal with a filter or the like in the receiving circuit and then comparing the envelope signal with a reference voltage with a comparator (comparator). A binarization circuit is provided. The radio timepiece obtains time information based on the time code signal obtained by the binarization circuit and displays the time.
These radio timepieces also include an AGC circuit (Automatic Gain Control) that automatically controls the gain of the received signal based on the received signal.
However, although the radio timepiece includes an AGC circuit, the binarization level (threshold value) of the binarization circuit is fixed, and there is a possibility that a correct time code cannot be obtained depending on the reception environment.
For this reason, in the radio timepiece, the reception of the standard radio wave is continued for about 3 to 7 minutes, a plurality of time codes are acquired, and each time code is evaluated to determine whether correct time information has been obtained. ing.
However, such a method requires at least several minutes until it can be determined whether correct time information has been obtained. For this reason, for example, it takes time to determine that correct time information cannot be obtained due to deterioration of the reception environment, and there is a problem that power consumption increases accordingly.
An object of the present invention is to provide a radio-controlled timepiece that can reduce the influence of the reception environment when acquiring time information and can also realize power saving, and a control method therefor.
The radio-controlled timepiece of the present invention is a radio-controlled timepiece that receives a standard radio wave having a time code and corrects the time based on the received standard radio wave, a receiving means for receiving the standard radio wave, and the standard radio wave A binarization means for binarizing the received signal based on a predetermined threshold and outputting a binarized signal, a time counter for counting time, and a reference time based on the time counted by the time counter A time code creating means for creating a code; and a pulse duty of the binarized signal output from the binarizing means; and the calculated reception pulse duty is the reference time created by the time code creating means A duty judgment means for judging whether or not the duty of the code matches, and the duty judgment means, wherein the received pulse duty is the reference When it is determined that the duty of the time code does not match, a level switching unit that changes a relative level of the threshold with respect to the received signal, and the duty determining unit, the received pulse duty of the reference time code And a time code decoding means for decoding the binarized signal and demodulating the time code when it is determined to match the duty.
According to this invention, the time code creating means creates the reference time code based on the time counted by the time counter. Then, the duty determination means compares the duty of the created reference time code with the reception pulse duty of the binary signal obtained by binarizing the reception signal related to the standard radio wave received by the reception means. The level switching means performs control to change the amplification factor of the received signal, for example, or to change the threshold value when the received signal is binarized when the received pulse duty does not match the duty of the reference time code. To change the relative level of the threshold with respect to the received signal. As a result, the received pulse duty coincides with the duty of the reference time code, and the binarization condition in the binarization means is optimized.
In the present invention, the accuracy of a quartz watch is usually less than 1 second in day difference, and the time correction at the time of radio wave reception processing performed at a fixed time every day in the radio wave correction watch is actually not required to be corrected. Based on the new knowledge that the time code based on the time of the time counter and the received time code of the received standard radio wave normally match, the received radio wave is evaluated based on the duty of this time code. is there.
That is, in the Japanese standard radio wave JJY, the time code represents the time and date by rearranging the “0 signal”, “1 signal”, and “P signal”, so the duty of the time code is transmitted. The value is determined according to the time. Therefore, if the reference time code is created in advance based on the time counted by the time counter and the radio-controlled timepiece is set to receive JJY, the pulse duty of the received signal is also set to the reference time. It should be consistent with the duty of the code. Therefore, if the received pulse duty does not match the duty of the time code, it is possible to grasp the situation that the level of the received signal is lowered due to the influence of the reception environment around the radio-controlled timepiece, and the threshold of the received signal The relative level can be changed and optimized, and the correct time code can be obtained.
Then, such a relative level change of the threshold value can be controlled only by acquiring a time code of one minute, for example, and compared with a conventional control method that cannot be determined unless reception is performed for several minutes. Can be processed. Therefore, the overall reception time can be shortened and power saving can be achieved.
Further, by changing the relative level of the threshold value, even if the reception environment is somewhat deteriorated, it is possible to adjust the threshold level suitable for the received signal, and to acquire a correct time code. Therefore, according to the radio-controlled timepiece of the present invention, the influence of the reception environment can be reduced and the time can be corrected to the correct time.
Note that the duty of the time code means the ratio of the high level portion within the predetermined signal range of the time code. For example, when the duty is calculated using 1-minute data in the time code, the ratio obtained by dividing the high level time by 1 minute (= 60 seconds) in the 1-minute data is the duty.
Moreover, the relative level of the threshold with respect to the received signal means, for example, the relative level of the threshold voltage with respect to the amplitude value (voltage value) of the received signal. That is, the received signal oscillates between the high level and the low level, and the threshold is arranged between these levels. At this time, for example, a threshold value for the maximum level value of the received signal may be set as a relative level.
Furthermore, the term “match” in the present invention includes a slight error range. For example, even when the reference time code duty and the received pulse duty are different by about 1 to 3%, the reference time code duty and the reception are different. It is determined that the pulse duty matches. That is, the standard radio wave constitutes information such as “1”, “0”, “marker”, etc. by the difference in the length of the high level (difference in duty) in the pulse signal per second. The time code is transmitted in combination. For example, in JJY, the duty of a pulse signal of 1 Hz is “P marker” is 20%, “1” is 50%, and “0” is 80%. For this reason, the duty of one time code (one-minute time code) varies depending on the time information of each time code, but the error range is about 1 as long as the current time and date / time are not significantly shifted by the time counter. -3%. Therefore, when JJY is received, if the received pulse duty substantially matches the duty of the reference time code, it can be determined that the threshold level is optimized and the correct time code is available.
The reception pulse duty and the reference time code duty may be calculated from a one-minute time code, respectively, or may be calculated from a part of the one-minute time code. In this case, for example, if the duty of the data portion at the time (hour) of each time code is calculated and compared, the internal time (time counter value) of the radio correction clock is shifted by one hour or more from the time of the standard radio wave. Therefore, it is possible to make a judgment based on whether or not the duties are completely the same.
In the radio-controlled timepiece according to the invention, the duty determination means determines whether the duty of the reference time code is larger or smaller when it is determined that the received pulse duty does not match the duty of the reference time code. And when the received pulse duty is larger than the duty of the reference time code, the level switching means increases the relative level of the threshold with respect to the received signal, and the received pulse duty is set to the reference When it is smaller than the duty of the time code, it is preferable to reduce the relative level of the threshold with respect to the received signal.
If the received pulse duty is larger than the duty of the reference time code, the threshold level is smaller than the level of the received signal, so that it is predicted that the signal to be determined as the low level is determined as the high level. On the contrary, when the received pulse duty is smaller than the duty of the reference time code, the threshold level is larger than the received signal level, so it is predicted that the signal to be determined as the high level is determined as the Low level. The
Therefore, when the received pulse duty is larger than the duty of the reference time code, the relative level of the threshold with respect to the received signal is increased, and the received pulse duty is smaller than the duty of the reference time code. If the relative level of the threshold with respect to the received signal is reduced, the relative level of the threshold can be appropriately adjusted in a shorter time.
The radio-controlled timepiece according to the present invention further includes threshold adjusting means for changing the threshold in the binarizing means, wherein the level switching means is the duty determining means, and the received pulse duty is the reference time code. When it is determined that it does not coincide with the duty, a control signal for changing the threshold value in the binarization unit is output to the threshold adjustment unit, and the threshold adjustment unit is configured to output a threshold level based on the control signal. It is preferable to change the relative level of the threshold with respect to the received signal by changing.
According to the present invention, since the level switching means changes the threshold level in the binarization means, the threshold level for the received signal can be changed even if the signal amplification factor is fixed, and the correct time Get the code.
For example, when the signal pulse duty is larger than the duty of the reference time code, since the threshold level is low with respect to the received signal, the noise component in the low level portion of the received signal is determined to be equal to or higher than the threshold, and the low level This means that the signal portion to be determined is determined to be a high level. In this case, by increasing the threshold value, the noise component of the Low level portion becomes less than the threshold level, and a correct time code can be acquired.
On the other hand, when the signal pulse duty is smaller than the duty of the reference time code, since the threshold level is high with respect to the received signal, the high level portion is determined to be less than the threshold level, and the signal portion to be determined as the high level Is determined as the Low level. In this case, by lowering the threshold value, the High level portion becomes equal to or higher than the threshold level, and a correct time code can be acquired.
When the binarizing means is constituted by a comparator, the threshold level can be changed by switching the level of the reference voltage value input to the comparator, for example. Therefore, the threshold level can be changed by simple control, and the circuit configuration can be set relatively easily.
In addition, the threshold level may be configured to be continuously variable, but normally, it may be configured to be switchable to a plurality of levels (for example, 3 to 4 levels).
The radio-controlled timepiece according to the present invention further includes an amplifying unit that amplifies the received signal of the received standard radio wave, and an amplification adjusting unit that changes an amplification factor of the received signal in the amplifying unit, and the level switching unit includes: When the duty determining means determines that the received pulse duty does not match the duty of the reference time code, the control signal for changing the signal amplification factor in the amplifying means is output to the amplification adjusting means, The amplification adjusting means preferably changes the relative level of the threshold with respect to the received signal by changing the signal amplification factor of the amplification means based on the control signal.
According to the present invention, since the level switching means changes the signal amplification factor, even if the threshold level is fixed, the relative level of the threshold with respect to the received signal can be changed, and the correct time code can be obtained. You can get it.
For example, when the signal pulse duty is larger than the duty of the reference time code, the noise component in the low level portion is amplified to a threshold level or higher, and the signal portion to be determined as the low level is determined as the high level. become. In this case, by reducing the signal amplification factor, the noise component in the Low level becomes less than the threshold level, and a correct time code can be acquired.
On the other hand, when the signal pulse duty is smaller than the duty of the reference time code, the high level portion is smaller than the threshold level, and the signal portion to be determined as the high level is determined as the low level. In this case, by increasing the signal amplification factor, the High level portion becomes equal to or higher than the threshold level, and a correct time code can be acquired.
Since the level switching unit changes the signal amplification factor in the amplification unit, for example, when an AGC circuit is provided as the amplification adjustment unit, the AGC characteristic of the AGC circuit is switched to change the amplification factor in the amplification unit. Control is sufficient. Since such an AGC circuit is originally incorporated in a radio-controlled timepiece, when changing the relative level of the threshold value by changing the signal amplification factor, it is not necessary to incorporate a new component at low cost. Can be realized.

According to the present invention, the decoding unit decodes the input control signal, and the threshold adjustment unit adjusts the threshold of the binarization unit based on the decoded control signal. Thereby, since the decoding unit decodes the control signal, the control signal output from the control circuit unit can be set to a simple signal, and the reliability of the signal to be communicated can be improved.

Thereby, the number of communication lines to be connected can be reduced as compared with the case where the receiving circuit unit and the control circuit unit are connected by parallel communication lines, and the circuit configuration of the radio-controlled timepiece can be further simplified. In parallel communication, it is difficult to increase the communication speed due to the need to synchronize data transmission on each signal line. However, in the present invention, the communication speed is increased and the signal is transmitted by serially outputting a control signal. It is possible to suppress mistakes, and for example, it is possible to improve responsiveness and reliability in voltage adjustment by the voltage adjustment unit and signal amplification factor adjustment by the amplification adjustment unit.
Further, in the radio-controlled timepiece of the invention, after the level switching means starts the reception operation, and after the duty determination means determines that the received pulse duty matches the duty of the reference time code, It is preferable that the relative level of the threshold with respect to the received signal is fixed and not changed until the reception operation is finished.
According to this invention, after setting the relative level of the threshold with respect to the received signal to an appropriate level, the level is fixed. Therefore, while the time code is being decoded by the time code decoding means, The level is maintained at a constant value.
Thereby, stable binarization processing can be performed, bit corruption and the like can be prevented, and the time code can be decoded more accurately.
Furthermore, in the radio-controlled timepiece of the present invention, the level switching means stores the relative level of the threshold value with respect to the received signal set during the receiving operation for each type of standard radio wave, and performs the next receiving operation. Sometimes, it is preferable to set a relative level of the threshold with respect to the stored received signal as an initial set value.
In general, the radio-controlled timepiece has a function of receiving automatically at a preset time. At the time of such regular reception, there is a high possibility that the surrounding reception environment is almost constant. Therefore, if the relative level of the threshold value with respect to the received signal set at the time of the previous reception is set as an initial value, the received pulse duty is likely to match the duty of the reference time code without switching the level. . Therefore, the reception process can be performed in a shorter time and efficiently.
Further, in the radio-controlled timepiece of the present invention, the receiving unit is configured to be able to select and receive a plurality of types of standard radio waves, and includes a received radio wave setting unit that selects the type of standard radio waves received by the receiving unit, The time code creating means creates a reference time code corresponding to the type of standard radio wave selected by the received radio wave setting means, and the duty judging means sets the standard radio wave type selected by the received radio wave setting means. It is preferable to judge by comparing the corresponding duty of the reference time code and the reception pulse duty of the binarized signal.
According to the present invention, for example, in a radio-controlled timepiece capable of receiving various types of standard radio waves, for example, JJY (Japan), WWVB (USA), DCF77 (Germany), etc., Since the duty of the reference time code can be set according to the type, the optimum level can be set for each standard radio wave, and the correct time code can be acquired.
Furthermore, the radio-controlled timepiece according to the present invention further includes an internal time reliability determining unit that determines the reliability of the time counted by the time counter, and the time code generating unit is The reference time code is preferably created when it is determined that the time counted by the time counter is reliable.
The internal time reliability determination means determines whether or not the internal time, which is the time counted by the time counter, and the actual time match to some extent, and determines the reliability. Here, the internal time reliability determining means determines that the internal time reliability is low in the following cases, for example, as a criterion for determining the reliability of the internal time. That is, (1) after performing the process of resetting the value of the time counter, if the standard radio wave has never been successfully received, (2) a predetermined time (for example, one week) from the last successful reception of the standard radio wave ) When the time has elapsed, (3) When the time is adjusted manually by the user, the internal time reliability determination means determines that the internal time reliability is low.
When the internal time is greatly deviated, the duty of the reference time code created based on this internal time is a value different from the duty of the time code at the actual time. For this reason, when the level switching means changes the relative level of the threshold for the received signal to a level corresponding to the reference time duty, there is a possibility that an accurate time code cannot be acquired from the received standard radio wave. On the other hand, in the present invention, when the internal time reliability determining unit determines that the internal time reliability is low, the time code generating unit does not generate the reference time code. Thereby, the erroneous reference time code due to the internal time shift is not created, and the threshold level of the received signal can be set based on the reference time code only when the reliability of the internal time is high. Therefore, a more reliable time code can be acquired and more accurate time correction can be performed.
A method for controlling a radio-controlled timepiece according to the present invention is a method for controlling a radio-controlled timepiece that receives a standard radio wave having a time code and corrects the time based on the received standard radio wave, receiving the standard radio wave, The standard radio wave reception signal is binarized based on a predetermined threshold value, and a binarized signal is output. Based on the time counted by the time counter, a reference time code is created, and the binarized signal A pulse duty is calculated, and it is determined whether or not it matches the duty of the created reference time code, and when it is determined that the received pulse duty does not match the duty of the reference time code, The relative level of the threshold is changed, and this level change process is repeated until the received pulse duty matches the duty of the reference time code. And, when the received pulse duty cycle are determined to match the duty cycle of the reference time code, and decoding the binary signal, characterized in that demodulating the time code.
According to the present invention, as with the radio-controlled timepiece, the overall reception time can be shortened, power can be saved, and even if the reception environment is somewhat deteriorated, the threshold level is adjusted to be suitable for the received signal. The correct time code can be acquired, the influence of the reception environment can be reduced, and the time can be corrected to the correct time.

As shown in FIG. 2, the
Specifically, the

Among these, each of the switches SW1 to SW4 is configured by an analog switch, the switch SW1 is binarized between the resistors R1 and R2 and the

The
(3) Configuration of
As shown in FIG. 1, the
The
Specifically, the
In the above, TC recognition in JJY has been exemplified. However, when the received standard radio wave is of another type, TC is recognized by a duty corresponding to each radio wave. For example, as shown in FIGS. 4, 5, and 6, in the standard radio wave (WWVB) in the United States, 1 signal is used when the duty is 50%, 0 signal when the duty is 20%, and the duty is 80%. In some cases, the P signal is recognized. In the standard radio wave (DCF77) in Germany, 1 signal is recognized when the duty is 80%, and 0 signal is recognized when the duty is 90%. In the standard radio wave (MSF) in the UK, the duty is 80%. 1 signal, 0 signal is recognized when the duty is 90%, and P signal is recognized when the duty is 50%.
The
This radio wave data table is constructed in a table structure in which radio wave data configured by associating radio wave type data and reference radio wave data is used as one record, and a plurality of these radio wave data are recorded.
Here, the radio wave type data is information relating to the type of standard radio wave received by the receiving
In the reference radio wave data, a duty ratio of TC (time code) included in the standard radio wave specified by the radio wave type data is recorded. Specifically, in the reference radio wave data, information regarding the duty of the 0 signal, the 1 signal, and the P signal constituting the TC, and the amplitude change of the standard radio wave is recorded.
The
The time counter 43 counts time (internal time) based on the reference signal output from the
The second counter is a counter that loops the signal for 60 counts, that is, 60 seconds when a reference signal of 1 Hz is output from the
The minute counter may be configured to output a signal from the second counter to the minute counter every time the second counter counts 60 to count up the minute counter. Similarly, the hour counter may be configured such that every time the minute counter counts 60, a signal is output from the minute counter to the hour counter, and the hour counter is counted up.
The
Specifically, the
Here, in the time code format of JJY, as shown in FIG. 7, one signal is transmitted every second, and is configured as one record in 60 seconds. That is, one frame is 60-bit data. The data items also include current time information for minutes and hours, and calendar information such as the date of the current year from January 1, the year (the last two digits of the year), and the day of the week. The value of each item is configured by a combination of numerical values assigned every second, and ON / OFF of this combination is determined from the type of signal.

The
That is, in the measurement method shown in FIG. 8, the input TCO signal and the reference TC are sampled for a predetermined period using, for example, a sampling clock of 64 Hz or 100 Hz generated based on the reference clock, and the signal level of the sampled TCO signal is It is determined whether the level is high or low. At this time, the
The pulse duty may be measured by the measurement method shown in FIG. 9 without being limited to the measurement method shown in FIG.
That is, in the measurement method shown in FIG. 9, rising detection is performed to detect the rising edge U of the TCO signal and the reference TC, and the falling edge D is detected by driving the timer from the position where the rising edge U is detected. Measure the time until. The measurement of the time T from the rising edge U to the falling edge D is repeatedly performed, and the ratio of the total of the time T from the rising edge U to the falling edge D to the total sampling time of the TCO signal and the reference TC is calculated. Thus, the received pulse duty and the reference duty are measured.
Then, the
In addition, the term “match” here includes an error of about 1 to 3% due to a time lag in the time counter, the influence of the reception environment, and the like. That is, when the difference between the received pulse duty and the reference duty is about 1 to 3%, the
When the reception pulse duty of the TCO signal does not match the reference duty, the

The

Then, for example, when the operation signal indicating that the time adjustment by the standard radio wave is performed is input from the external operation member 6 or the preset correction scheduled time is reached, the
When the

(4) Operation of the radio-controlled
FIG. 10 is a flowchart showing the time adjustment operation of the radio-controlled
FIG. 11 shows an original waveform related to TC included in a standard radio wave, a waveform of an envelope signal when the standard radio wave is received in a weak electric field environment, and an envelope signal when the standard radio wave is received in a noise environment. It is a figure which shows a waveform.
FIG. 12 is a diagram illustrating an original waveform relating to TC included in a standard radio wave and a waveform of a TCO signal obtained by binarizing the received signal of the standard radio wave based on each reference voltage after envelope detection.
When the radio-controlled
In FIG. 10, when the
In step S101, the standard radio wave received by the
After step S101, the
Thereafter, the
Then, after step S103, when the reference TC is input from the
Further, when the TCO signal is input from the receiving circuit unit 3 (step S105), the
Here, in the
In step S106, the
For example, as shown in FIG. 12, a standard radio wave (JJY) including a TCO signal as shown in A1 is received, and envelope detection is performed by the receiving
Here, when the reference voltage is switched to a high setting (for example, VREF1) in the
When the reference voltage is switched to a low setting (for example, VREF3) in the
Further, when the reference voltage is switched to an intermediate setting (for example, VREF2) in the
When the
For example, when a TCO signal as shown in A3 of FIG. 12 is obtained, it is determined that the reception pulse duty of the TCO signal is smaller than the reference duty, so the
Further, when a TCO signal as shown in A5 of FIG. 12 is obtained, it is determined that the reception pulse duty of the TCO signal is larger than the reference duty. Therefore, the
In this way, by switching the reference voltage, for example, when the reception environment as shown in FIG. 11A is a weak electric field, the standard radio wave is weakened as described above, so the amplitude of the envelope signal is small, Although the signal level is also reduced, the TCO can be accurately obtained by lowering the reference voltage so that the binarization level is lowered. Further, when the reception environment as shown in FIG. 11B is a noise environment, the received signal of the standard radio wave is affected by noise, and the amplitude and the signal level are increased, but the binarization level is increased. Thus, by raising the reference voltage, the TCO can be obtained accurately.
When receiving the control signal as described above, the receiving
On the other hand, if it is determined in step S107 that the reference voltage cannot be switched, for example, the current reference voltage setting is VREF4, which is the lowest voltage setting, and the reception pulse duty of the TCO signal is the reference duty. If it is determined that the time is smaller, the reception of the standard radio wave is terminated and the time adjustment operation is terminated (step S109).
In step S106, for example, as shown in A4 of FIG. 12, when the
Thereafter, the
Then, the
On the other hand, when the accurate TC cannot be acquired because the reception pulse duty is different in step S112, the process of step S109, that is, the reception operation is terminated, and the time adjustment operation is terminated.
(5) Effects of the radio-controlled
For this reason, it is possible to optimize so that the reception pulse duty of the TCO signal output from the
Also, whether the received pulse duty matches the reference TC can be determined by simply comparing the portions where the time information of the TCO signal is recorded. For example, with a standard radio wave of JJY, it can be determined by receiving a time code of 20 seconds.
For this reason, it is possible to make a determination in a shorter time than a conventional method in which it is not possible to determine whether or not a correct time code can be received unless a plurality of time codes are acquired by receiving radio waves for several minutes. . Therefore, the average reception time in the radio-controlled timepiece can be shortened, and power can be saved.
Furthermore, since the reference voltage in the
Furthermore, since the
The
For this reason, since the reference voltage does not change during decoding, it is possible to avoid inconveniences such as obstructing accurate decoding due to, for example, garbled bits, and to decode accurate TC.
Further, the receiving
For this reason, since the
Further, the
Therefore, the radio-controlled

In the second embodiment, as shown in FIG. 15, the AGC voltage can be switched to any one of AGC1, AGC2, AGC3, and AGC4, but five or more AGCs are illustrated. A configuration may be adopted in which any one of the voltages is selected and output to the

(3) Configuration of
The

(4) Operation of Radio Correction Clock 1A Next, the time correction operation using the standard radio wave in the radio correction clock 1A as described above will be described.
FIG. 16 is a flowchart showing the time adjustment operation of the radio-controlled timepiece.
FIG. 17 shows an original waveform related to TC included in the standard radio wave, a waveform after envelope detection of a received signal output based on the setting of each AGC voltage characteristic, and a waveform after these envelope detections. It is a figure which shows the waveform of the value-ized TCO signal.
In FIG. 16, the radio-controlled

In this case, the
When an AGC voltage corresponding to the AGC characteristic of AGC2 is output from the
In step S106, when the
For example, when a TCO signal as shown by A7 in FIG. 17 is obtained, it is determined that the reception pulse duty of the TCO signal is smaller than the reference duty. In this case, since the
Although illustration is omitted, when it is determined that the reception pulse duty of the TCO signal is larger than the reference duty, the
Then, when the control signal as described above is input, the receiving
On the other hand, when it is determined in step S201 that the AGC voltage cannot be switched, for example, the current AGC characteristic is set to AGC1 in FIG. 15, and the reception pulse duty of the TCO signal is greater than the reference duty. If it is determined that the time is also larger, the process of step S109, that is, the reception of the standard radio wave is terminated, and the time adjustment operation is terminated.
Further, in step S106, for example, as shown in A9 of FIG. 17, when the
That is, in step S110, the
In step S112, the
Determines whether or not an accurate TC has been acquired in step S111. If an accurate TC is acquired, the processing of step S113, that is, the reception operation of the standard radio wave in the
On the other hand, when the accurate TC cannot be acquired because the reception pulse duty is different in step S110, the process of step S107, that is, the reception operation is terminated, and the time adjustment operation is terminated.
(5) Operation and Effect of the Radio-Corrected Timepiece 1A in the Second Embodiment As described above, in the radio-controlled timepiece 1A according to the second embodiment, the
For this reason, the TCO signal can be optimized so that the signal amplification factor in the

(2) Operation of the radio-controlled
FIG. 19 is a flowchart showing the time adjustment operation of the radio-controlled
As shown in FIG. 19, in the time correction operation of the radio-controlled
Further, the
Thereafter, in the radio-controlled
In step S301, as described above, the
Here, the
In step S301, when the
On the other hand, if it is determined in step S301 that the internal time reliability is low by the
(3) Effects of the radio-controlled
For this reason, an erroneous reference TC that is different from the actual current time is not created due to a shift in the internal time. Therefore, the
If it is determined in step S301 that the reliability of the internal time is low, the reference voltage is not switched in the
For this reason, a reference TC based on this internal time can be created from the time of receiving the next standard radio wave, and a more accurate time correction can be performed by adjusting the reception level based on the reference TC. can do.
[Other Embodiments]
It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and modifications, improvements, and the like within the scope that can achieve the object of the present invention are included in the present invention.

In this case, in the reception process in which the surrounding reception environment is constant as in the case of regular reception, if the value set at the previous reception is set as the initial value, the reference voltage and the AGC characteristic are not switched. There is a high possibility that the received pulse duty can be controlled to coincide with the reference duty. Therefore, the reception process can be performed in a shorter time and efficiently.
Further, in the above embodiment, the
Furthermore, in the first embodiment, the reference voltage is switched in the
