Abstract
Description
The present invention belongs to the technical field of a climbing crane in which a floor and a beam of a building are used as a reaction force and the entire climbing crane is transferred to an upper floor, and more specifically, a steel building, a reinforced concrete building, or a steel reinforced concrete building is constructed in a narrow area. The present invention relates to a climbing crane that can be suitably implemented.
In general, the climbing crane used at the construction site is a floor climbing method in which the entire climbing crane is transferred to the upper floor using the floor and beams of the building as a reaction force, and a mast climbing method in which the revolving body is raised while sequentially adding the mast. Is known.
In the mast climbing method, there are a case where the climbing crane is installed outside the building and a case where it is installed inside the building. When installing a climbing crane outside the building, a large crane with a large working radius that can cover the entire building is required, and the installation position is restricted depending on site conditions and building conditions, especially severe construction in narrow buildings . In addition, dismantling a large crane is time consuming and expensive and uneconomical. When installing a climbing crane in a building, there is a problem that a useless opening remains over the entire height of the building until the climbing crane is dismantled and removed.
On the other hand, the floor climbing method is excellent in that the installation location of the climbing crane can be selected at an advantageous position in the construction plan, and after the base is lifted together with the mast, the useless opening can be closed early. As a conventional technique of a climbing crane using this floor climbing method, for example, a climbing crane disclosed in
Moreover, the climbing crane described in
In the following
Since the climbing crane disclosed in the above-mentioned
The climbing crane disclosed in
However, since the elevating device and the base do not have, for example, an expansion / contraction or folding mechanism that can cope with various beam spans, when the mast, the base, and the swivel body are lifted, a temporary receiving beam that supports the elevating device and the base is provided in advance. It must be installed on the reaction floor. In addition, after climbing, it is necessary to remove the temporary support beam on the lower floor, which has been assigned to the base, and the cost and work process increase accordingly. Furthermore, climbing usually takes 1 to 2 days, and during that period, crane work is not possible. Therefore, the climbing is performed with the self-supporting height being increased to minimize the number of climbs. Therefore, the temporary opening usually exists over 5 to 6 floors, resulting in a delay in the start of finishing work on that floor.
Since the climbing crane disclosed in

The objective of this invention is providing the climbing crane which can be implemented suitably when constructing a steel frame building, a reinforced concrete building, or a steel frame reinforced concrete building in a narrow ground.
The next object of the present invention is to provide a climbing crane that can be easily traveled on the rooftop floor, can travel freely without being limited in travel range, and is extremely easy to use.
It is a further object of the present invention to provide a climbing crane configured to be capable of self-disassembly when a steel building, a reinforced concrete building, or a steel reinforced concrete building is constructed in a narrow area.

In the climbing crane of the present invention, the
Below, the climbing crane which concerns on a present Example is demonstrated based on drawing.
FIG. 1 is an overall view of a
The climbing
As shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B in an enlarged manner, the
FIGS. 3A to 3D show a procedure for lifting the climbing
FIG. 3B shows that the contracted
FIG. 3 (c) shows that the contracted
FIG. 3 (d) shows a stage where the
That is, by lowering the self-supporting height of the crane and making the temporary receiving beam unnecessary, the time required for climbing can be shortened to 1 to 2 hours as compared with the normal 1-2 days. As a result, the number of climbing operations increases, but it does not affect the overall construction process, and it is possible to close the useless opening earlier and start finishing work.
In addition, in FIG. 3 (a)-(d), the construction floor (N) is under construction of the structure and assumes a state that does not have the strength that can be supported by the crane. , This shows that you need to dive. Needless to say, if the construction floor (N) has a strength that can be supported, it is directly raised to the construction floor (N).
Since the climbing
FIG. 4 repeats the procedure of FIGS. 3A to 3D described above, raises the
FIG. 5A repeats the procedure of FIGS. 3A to 3D described above, and raises the
3 (a) to 3 (d) described above is repeated, and the
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments and can be implemented in various forms without departing from the gist of the present invention.
