この第2実施の形態によれば、第1実施の形態と同様な作用効果を奏すると共に、改装サッシ1の室外側にバルコニーのデッキ71がある場合にも、施工できる。
デッキ71の上面71aと、下枠係止部材17の上面17bと、新設下枠11の上面11aと、カバー材23の上面23aとを略同一面にしているので、デッキ71に対してもバリアフリーにすることができる。
