Description

The present invention relates to a plantar orthosis for treating lower limb diseases, and more particularly, to securely fix the plantar plate to the ankle joint portion to effectively prevent its swinging, and to maintain stable walking at all times. The present invention relates to a plantar orthosis for treating leg disease, which can not only perform conservative treatment but also can effectively prevent damage caused by wear of the plantar plate.

Recently, an increase in the elderly population has become a major social problem, but the knee joint has been destroyed due to the accelerated wear of the knee cartilage with aging, and the knee becomes O-shaped or X-shaped with pain. An increasing number of people suffer from deformed knee osteoarthritis. As a treatment method for such knee osteoarthritis, an operation may be performed when the symptom is considerably advanced. On the other hand, if the patient does not wish to undergo surgery or the symptoms are chronic, the weight line for weight reduction to reduce the burden on the knee joint, varus or hallux valgus is Treatment with various conservative treatments such as orthodontic treatment to correct movement, quadriceps muscle strength, and administration of various anti-inflammatory analgesics is performed.

By the way, during the above conservative therapy, orthodontic therapy is performed by applying a load on the outer or inner side of the knee by placing the wedge-shaped plantar plate on the sole and erecting the lower limbs by making the ribs varus or valgus corrected. This reduces the knee and corrects the knee joint for conservative treatment.
Conventionally, as a sole orthosis used for such orthosis therapy, a wedge-shaped sole plate is integrally attached to a shoe insole type sole plate (refer to Patent Document 1), a sock or a socks or an inner surface of a sole. A tabi type (see Patent Document 2) or a sandal type in which a wedge-shaped sole plate is attached to a substantially sandal holder (see Non-Patent Document 1) is known. The above-mentioned shoe insole type sole plate is used by directly attaching it to the shoe, the socks type sole device is used by wearing a socks on the foot, and the sandal type sole device is a holder. It is used by wearing it fixedly with a band or the like, and conservative treatment of lower limb diseases is performed.

And a wedge-shaped sole plate that is detachably mounted on the substrate with the belt sandwiched between them. The above-mentioned sole plate is set on the sole of the foot, and the belt is wound around the ankle joint portion while being crossed against the instep. The gist of the plantar orthosis for the treatment of lower limb disease, characterized in that it is configured to be worn by the user.

In the plantar orthosis for treating lower limb disease according to claim 1, a belt and a sole plate are detachably attached to the substrate via surface fasteners, respectively, and a slip-proofing process is applied to the lower surface of the substrate. ing.

Since the present invention is configured as described above, the sole plate is set in contact with the sole of the foot, and the belt is attached to both ends of the foot while being wound around the ankle joint while being crossed against each other. The foot plate can always be securely fixed to the ankle joint part, and by this, the foot plate can be effectively prevented from swinging during walking, and stable walking is always maintained. It is possible to effectively perform conservative treatment of lower limb diseases while squeezing. In addition, since the sole plate is detachably mounted on the substrate, the sole plate is not allowed to touch the floor directly, and as a result, the sole plate is always properly maintained without causing wear on the back surface of the sole plate. The shape can be used.

Hereinafter, the best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described in detail based on an embodiment shown in the drawings.
1 to 3 show an embodiment of the present invention. In the figure, 1 is a flexible synthetic resin substrate having a substantially sole shape, and 2 is attached to the upper surface of the substrate 1. The male surface fastener is provided with a required anti-slip process such as an uneven stripe on the lower surface of the substrate 1. Reference numeral 3 denotes an elastic long belt which is detachably attached perpendicularly on the substrate 1, and 4 is a female attached to one surface of the belt 3 to be engaged with the male fastener 2 of the substrate 1. Surface fasteners 5 and 5 are male surface fasteners attached so that one end of the belt 3 is engaged with the female surface fastener 4 at the other end, and the belt 3 intersects the back of the foot 8 to be described later. It has a required width and length so that it can be wound around and attached to the ankle joint portion 9 while being applied to the foot. 6 is an outer wedge-shaped wedge-shaped sole plate that is detachably attached to the substrate 1 with the belt 3 interposed therebetween, and 7 is attached to the back surface of the sole plate 6 to be engaged with the male fastener 2 of the substrate 1. Female fasteners. In addition, 8 indicates a human foot and 9 indicates an ankle joint.

Next, the mounting state of the embodiment configured as described above will be described with reference to FIGS.
First, the foot 8 is placed and set on the sole plate 6 (see FIG. 2A). Thereafter, both ends of the belt 3 are wound around the ankle joint portion 9 while crossing each other on the back of the foot 8, and the male fastener 5 at one end is engaged with the female fastener 4 at the other end. (See FIGS. 2B and C, FIG. 3). At this time, since the belt 3 is wound around the ankle joint portion 9 while both ends of the belt 3 are applied to the instep of the foot 8, the sole plate 6 is securely and easily fixed to the ankle portion 9. Therefore, there is no fear that the sole plate 6 will swing during walking, and stable walking can be maintained. Further, since the sole plate 6 is mounted on the substrate 1, the substrate 1 can be walked while being in contact with the floor, and there is no risk of causing the back surface of the sole plate 6 to be worn, and the shape is always properly retained. In addition, since the back surface of the substrate 1 is subjected to a slip prevention process, a safe wearing walk can always be secured. Further, since the sole plate 6 is detachably attached on the substrate 1, it can be used like a shoe insole by removing the substrate 1 not only indoors but also outdoors.

In addition, in the said Example, although the sole board 6 is formed in the outer wedge shape, it is not limited to this, You may make it form in an inner wedge shape suitably according to the case of a leg disease. . Further, the male surface fastener-2 is attached to the substrate 1 and the female surface fasteners 4 and 7 are attached to the belt 3 and the sole plate 6, respectively, but conversely, the female surface fastener is attached to the substrate 1 and the belt. 3 and the sole plate 6 may be configured to attach male fasteners. Furthermore, although the back surface of the substrate 1 is subjected to uneven slip prevention processing, the invention is not limited to this, and known slip prevention means such as a slip prevention seal may be applied. .
