Description

The present invention relates to painting an automobile in which an infinite number of continuous uneven patterns are formed on an outer wall that forms the exterior of the automobile.

Most of the paintings that have been applied to the outer walls and bumpers of conventional automobiles are flat and have a smooth surface that reflects light like a mirror.

The only thing is the soft urethane processing of the uneven pattern on the jack-up point part of Fig. 1 (4) and the bumper of (5) in order to prevent pebbles from jumping and scratching during running. However, all automobiles were painted like mirrors on the side and top surfaces of the exterior of automobiles.

The temperature of a part of the roof and bonnet cover of a car left under a clear sky in midsummer can be heated to 100 degrees or more, so that the egg can be fried with sunlight, and the skin of the hand or the like is inadvertently touched. Often, there was a story about light burns.

In addition, driving a car with a very hot exterior made it easy for the engine to overheat, and the need to strengthen the air conditioner to cool the room increased consumption of gasoline and increased the economic burden.

In addition, the conventional exterior wall coating of automobiles is a mirror-like coating that reflects light easily. Even if there are only a few scratches or scratches on the door, the scratches are very conspicuous due to the reflection of light, making it unsightly and luxurious. I lost it.
Furthermore, dirt and dust are conspicuous in conventional painting, and car wash wax is a great effort, and the burden of sheet metal on scratches and repainting is not small.
The present invention has been made to eliminate the above drawbacks.

The coating (2) on the outer wall (1) that forms the exterior of the automobile is formed into an infinite number of continuous uneven patterns such as warts, twists, meshes, cloths, and concretes.
The present invention is a coating for an automobile exterior having the above-described configuration.

FIG. 2 is a partial cross-sectional view of the outer wall showing the painted state of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a partial cross-sectional view of the outer wall showing the painted state of a conventional automobile, but the surface of the painted portion (2) as in the present invention. Comparing the case where the surface is uneven and the case where the surface is smooth like a conventional surface, the area in contact with the cold air (3) depends on the shape and size of the unevenness. Since the paint of the present invention is about 10% to 30% wider, the effect of cooling the exterior heated by the midsummer sun with air is increased when the automobile is driven.
Therefore, it is possible to prevent overheating and reduce the amount of gasoline used due to the use of an air conditioner, albeit slightly.
However, the previously known technology in which only the jack-up point portion (4) and the bumper lower portion (5) are roughened with urethane as described in the background section above is originally the lower part of the automobile body. Is a technology that is hardly exposed to sunlight, has little cooling effect on the room or engine room by outside air, has a different purpose, and is distinct from the technology of the present invention that provides a cooling effect. In order to prevent CO2 reduction, the role of the present invention is important even if a small amount of energy is saved.

In addition, as shown in the reference diagram of FIG. 4, in the present invention in which the coating part (2) is in an uneven state, the bare skin such as the palm is inadvertently touched in the state where it is heated by sunlight in midsummer. Even so, it is only the top of the convex mountain that touches the bare skin, so it does not lead to burns.

Furthermore, with the painting method of the present invention, even if it is in contact with something when putting it in the garage and inadvertently scratched or dented, only the top of the convex mountain is damaged. Because the light is not reflected on the scratches as in the conventional mirror-finished coating, the scratches are almost inconspicuous, there is no need for repairs such as repainting, and dirt is difficult to notice, reducing the number of car wash waxing, Owners will save on maintenance costs.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 2, innumerable continuous uneven-patterned coating portions (2) are formed on the outer wall (1) forming the exterior of the automobile body. The present invention has the above structure. In addition, although the painting applied to the outer wall of a motor vehicle is generally applied not only to the front surface but also to the back surface, it is omitted in the drawings of FIGS.

In addition, there exist the following in embodiment of this invention.
(A) A painted part is formed on the outer wall of the automobile body by hammer tone painting (a painting method in which a concavo-convex pattern appears by hitting the painted surface with a hammer due to the effect of the additive).
(B) The coating part is formed by cracking coating on the outer wall of the automobile body (a coating method in which a large amount of pigment is blended in the coating and causes cracked irregularities after coating).
(C) The painted part is formed by dust coating on the outer wall of the automobile body (a coating method that causes the coating film to have a wrinkle-like unevenness in the coating film due to the effect of the additive).
(D) Painted on the outer wall of the car body with leather tone and satin tone painting (a painting method that expresses a soft concavo-convex pattern like vinyl leather, with large convex patterns in leather tone and fine ones in satin tone painting) Mold the part.
(E) Applying the same specular coating to the outer wall of the car body and then physically processing it, such as applying pressure, scraping, or hitting, to form a continuous uneven-patterned coating.
