第４のパンツ型使い捨ておむつＤでは、図５の従来型として、連続伸縮弾性部材１２のみを１０本ずつ配置した。
第５のパンツ型使い捨ておむつＥでは、図６の従来型として、不連続伸縮弾性部材１３のみを１０本ずつ配置した。
