Description

The present invention relates to a lighting system.

Conventionally, an illumination system including a plurality of lamps has been provided (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

Conventionally, in a lighting system, whenever one of the lamps reaches the end of the life, the lamp at the end of the life is replaced.
JP 2003-17278 A

However, if there is no resident manager, the cost and labor costs for moving the manager are required each time the lamp is replaced. Therefore, it is desirable to replace the lamps at intervals slightly shorter than the lamp life rather than to replace the lamp every time the lamp is at the end of life as described above. There is a problem that it is difficult to judge the replacement time because it varies depending on the use form and also varies from lamp to lamp.

The present invention has been made in view of the above reasons, and an object of the present invention is to provide an illumination system that can provide an indication of when to perform simultaneous lamp replacement.

Based on the life rate calculated by the life rate calculating means, the life rate calculating means for calculating the life rate for each group of lighting fixtures, the value indicating that the brightness sensor and the higher the significance of simultaneous replacement of the lamp is, the higher the brightness sensor is. Display means for displaying information indicating when the lamps should be replaced at the same time, and the life rate calculating means uses the cumulative lighting time obtained from the time counting means as the cumulative lighting time. The life rate is obtained by substituting into the life function, which is a monotonically increasing function, and the life rate calculation means detects the proportion of lighting fixtures whose lamps are at the end of their life in the lighting group to the power detection means. The life function coefficient should be changed from time to time for each group of lighting fixtures so that the higher the proportion of lighting fixtures whose lamps are at the end of their life in the group, the higher the lifetime ratio. It is characterized by.

Lighting fixtures, timing means provided for each group of lighting fixtures for measuring the cumulative lighting time of the lamps of each lighting fixture belonging to the group, and power consumption in the group provided for each group of lighting fixtures Based on the power detection means, the life rate calculation means for calculating the life rate for each group of lighting fixtures, which is a numerical value indicating that the higher the significance of simultaneous lamp replacement, the longer the life rate calculated by the life rate calculation means. Display means for displaying information that is an indication of when the lamps should be replaced at the same time, and the life rate calculating means indicates the cumulative lighting time obtained from the time measuring means. The life rate is obtained by substituting it into the life function, which is a monotonically increasing function with respect to the cumulative lighting time. The life rate calculation means detects the proportion of lighting fixtures whose lamps are at the end of their life in the group that is lit. In addition to making a determination based on the power consumption detected by the means, the coefficient of the lifetime function is changed from time to time for each group of lighting fixtures so that the higher the proportion of lighting fixtures whose lamps are at the end of their life in the group, the higher the lifetime ratio. It is characterized by changing.

According to the present invention, the information displayed on the display means gives an indication of when the lamps should be replaced all at once.

According to this invention, temperature and humidity can be reflected in the life function. Further, more appropriate temperature and humidity can be used as compared with the case where a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor common to all groups are used.

According to the invention of claim 1 and the invention of claim 2, the life rate calculating means for calculating the life rate, which is a numerical value indicating that the higher the value of simultaneous replacement of the lamp is, for each group of lighting fixtures, the life rate Display means for displaying information that serves as an indication of when lamps should be replaced at the same time on the basis of the life rate calculated by the calculating means. A guide is given.

According to the invention of claim 3, a temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of the environment in which each lighting fixture of the corresponding group provided for each group of lighting fixtures is installed, and provided for each group of lighting fixtures. A humidity sensor that detects the humidity of the environment in which each of the lighting fixtures in the group is installed, and the life rate calculation means changes the temperature of the group when changing the coefficient of the life function of any group. The time when the lamps of the respective lighting fixtures of the group are turned on during the period when the temperature detected by the sensor is out of the predetermined range or during the period when the humidity detected by the humidity sensor of the group is out of the predetermined range. Further, more appropriate temperature and humidity can be used as compared with the case where a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor common to all groups are used.

The best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

The present embodiment is a lighting system used in a building, and includes a plurality of lighting fixtures 1 to which power distributed by a distribution board B is supplied from a commercial power source AC as shown in FIG.

Each lighting fixture 1 has a lamp (not shown) as a light source and a lighting device (not shown) for lighting the lamp.

Moreover, the lighting fixtures 1 are divided into a plurality of groups G1 to G3 as the same groups G1 to G3, for example, in the same room or the same floor, and the distribution boards are divided into groups G1 to G3. The power distributed by B is supplied.

In this embodiment, each lighting fixture 1 is turned on and off for each group G1 to G3 by a switch (not shown) provided for each group G1 to G3, and the lamps of each lighting fixture are accumulated in the same group G1 to G3. The lighting time is common.

In each of the groups G1 to G3, one luminaire 1 is connected to the distribution board B via an energization detection device 2 that detects the energization amount, and each of the other luminaires 1 is powered by, for example, a feed wiring. Is supplied. The energization detection device 2 is provided for each of the groups G1 to G3, and also serves as a dimming unit. By controlling the power supplied to each lighting fixture 1 to be lower than the rated power of the lighting fixture 1, the rated lighting is performed. The ratio of the light output to the hourly light output (hereinafter referred to as “light control ratio”) is collectively changed (hereinafter referred to as “light control”) in all the lighting fixtures 1 in the groups G1 to G3. It is possible to do.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 1, the lighting system of the present embodiment has a lifetime ratio calculation device 3 that calculates a lifetime ratio that is a numerical value indicating that the higher the lamp is, the higher the significance of simultaneous replacement of the lamps of each lighting fixture 1. And a display device 4 for displaying information serving as a guideline for when lamps should be replaced at the same time based on the life rate calculated by the life rate calculation device 3. The life rate calculation device 3 and the display device 4 may be arranged in a remote place away from the lighting fixture 1 and the energization detection device 2.

The display device 4 may be, for example, a display that displays a life rate, or may be a device that lights a display lamp that requires lamp replacement when the life rate exceeds a predetermined threshold. Alternatively, a terminal device such as a mobile phone or a personal computer possessed by the user is used as the display device 4 so that the life rate is notified to the terminal device through the public network in response to a request from the user. When the rate exceeds a predetermined threshold, a request for simultaneous lamp replacement may be made to the terminal through the public network.

The display device 4 makes a notification of the life rate and a request for simultaneous replacement of the lamps for each of the groups G1 to G3. Thereby, the standard of the time when the lamp | ramp of each lighting fixture 1 should be replaced simultaneously is given for every group G1-G3. In addition, when the average value of the life rate exceeds a predetermined threshold, the display device 4 requests the user to replace the lamps at the same time, and the lamps of the luminaires 1 of all the groups G1 to G3 are transmitted all at once. You may make it give the standard of the time which should be replaced | exchanged.

Hereinafter, the life rate calculator 3 which is the main part of the present invention will be described in detail. The life rate calculation device 3 has a storage unit (not shown) made of a nonvolatile memory, and a life function indicating the relationship between the cumulative lighting time and the life rate is stored in advance in the storage unit. The life function in the present embodiment is the data obtained by measuring the cumulative lighting time until the end of the lifetime when the rated lighting is continuously performed for each of a number of lamps, the cumulative lighting time is taken on the horizontal axis, The ratio of the total number of lamps at the end of the lifetime up to the cumulative lighting time is shown in a graph with the vertical axis taken, and this is obtained by fitting to an appropriate function. It is a monotonically increasing function for the cumulative lighting time as shown.

The life rate calculation device 3 detects that the lamp of each lighting fixture 1 has been switched from OFF to ON based on the energization amount detected by the energization detection device 2 (that is, the power consumption in each lighting fixture 1). (Hereinafter referred to as “the number of blinks”), and the cumulative lighting time of the lamps of each lighting fixture 1 is counted, and the lifetime ratio is obtained by substituting this cumulative lighting time into the lifetime function. Is performed for each of the groups G1 to G3. That is, the life rate calculation device 3 in this embodiment is also a time measuring means. The life rate in the present embodiment is an approximate expected value of the proportion of lamps that are at the end of their life. In other words, the higher the lifetime ratio, the more lamps at the end of the lifetime, that is, the significance of simultaneous lamp replacement.

Here, the lifetime of the lamp varies depending on the use situation. Specifically, the longer the lamp is lit at a low dimming ratio, the longer the lamp life is. Conversely, the more the number of blinks is, the shorter the lamp life is. Further, when the lamp is turned on / off and turned on in an environment of extremely high temperature or extremely low temperature, the life of the lamp is shortened according to the number of blinks and the lighting time. Therefore, the life rate calculation device 3 according to the present embodiment determines the use status for each of the groups G1 to G3 and changes the coefficient of the life function as needed.

More specifically, the present embodiment includes a temperature sensor 5 that detects the ambient temperature (air temperature) and a humidity sensor 6 that detects the ambient humidity for each of the groups G1 to G3. For example, the temperature sensor 5 and the humidity sensor 6 have the same floors as the corresponding lighting fixtures 1 of the corresponding groups G1 to G3, respectively, so that the temperature and humidity conditions are aligned with the lighting fixtures 1 of the corresponding groups G1 to G3. It is desirable to arrange it near each lighting fixture 1 of corresponding groups G1-G3, such as a room. Since the temperature sensor 5 and the humidity sensor 6 can be realized by a well-known technique, detailed description thereof is omitted.

The life rate calculator 3 increases the number of times each lighting fixture 1 blinks, and the period when the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 5 is out of the predetermined range and the humidity detected by the humidity sensor 6 are within the predetermined range. The more the number of blinks in the period outside the range, the more the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 5 is outside the predetermined range and the humidity detected by the humidity sensor 6 is out of the predetermined range. The longer the time during which the lamps of the respective lighting fixtures 1 are lit during the period, the longer the lifetime ratio is changed, the coefficient of the lifetime function is changed. Regarding the temperature, the predetermined range is, for example, 15 ° C to 35 ° C.

Further, the lifetime ratio calculation device 3 is configured such that the lower the dimming ratio is, the more the lighting device 1 is lit at a dimming ratio of less than 100% (hereinafter referred to as “dimming lighting”). The longer the time during which the light is lit, the longer the life ratio is changed, the coefficient of the life function is changed.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, each luminaire 1 is provided with a brightness sensor 11 that detects the brightness of the lamp. When the output of the brightness sensor 11 is lower than a predetermined lighting threshold value in any lighting fixture 1 in the lighting groups G1 to G3, the lifetime ratio calculating device 3 has the lamp of the lighting fixture 1 at the end of life. Judge that there is. Moreover, the number of the lighting fixtures 1 for each of the groups G1 to G3 is stored in the storage unit of the life rate calculation device 3 in advance. Then, the life rate calculation device 3 calculates the ratio (hereinafter referred to as “life end life rate”) of the lighting fixture 1 in which the lamp is determined to be at the end of life for each of the groups G1 to G3 and compares it with the life rate. Then, the coefficient of the life function is changed so that the life rate approaches the end-of-life rate. That is, if the end-of-life rate is lower than the life rate, the coefficient of the life function is changed to increase the life rate as shown by the curve L2 in FIG. 4, and if the end-of-life rate is higher than the life rate, the life rate is lowered. Change the coefficient of the life function so that

As a specific method of changing the coefficient of the life function so as to increase the life ratio, for example, the whole life function is multiplied by a constant larger than 1 (that is, all coefficients are multiplied by a constant), It is conceivable to add a constant term (that is, a coefficient of a 0th-order term). Conversely, in order to change the coefficient of the life function so that the life ratio is low, it is conceivable to multiply the whole life function by a positive constant smaller than 1. For each case where the coefficient of the life function is changed, an appropriate relational expression between the number multiplied by the coefficient of the life function or the number to be added and the number of times of blinking, lighting time, and dimming ratio is the form of the lamp of the lighting fixture 1 or lighting It depends on the circuit configuration of the apparatus, and may be obtained, for example, by experiments.

As the timing at which the life rate calculating device 3 changes the coefficient of the life function, the coefficient of the life function may be changed every time a trigger such as turning on / off the lamp of each lighting fixture 1 or changing the dimming ratio is given. Then, a lighting condition (dimming ratio, temperature / humidity), lamp remaining rate (100-end-of-life rate), number of blinks, and cumulative lighting time history as shown in FIG. The coefficient of the life function may be changed periodically every month).

According to the above configuration, the information displayed on the display device 4 gives an indication of when the lamps of the respective lighting fixtures 1 should be replaced at once.

Instead of providing the brightness sensor 11 for each luminaire 1, when the lamp of the luminaire 1 is lit in any of the groups G1 to G3, the lifetime ratio calculating device 3 operates the groups G1 to G3. On the basis of the energization amount and the dimming ratio detected by the energization detection device 2, the proportion of the luminaire 1 whose lamps are at the end of their life in the groups G1 to G3 may be calculated.

The temperature sensor 5 and the humidity sensor 6 may be the same for all the groups G1 to G3, but each lighting device of each of the groups G1 to G3 is used for each group G1 to G3 as in this embodiment. A temperature sensor 5 and a humidity sensor 6 are provided near 1 (for example, the same room or floor), and when changing the life function of any of the groups G1 to G3, a temperature sensor provided in the same room or floor as the group 5 and the humidity sensor 6 are preferable because more accurate temperature and humidity can be used.
