前記、製造例1〜4より得られたウレタン変性キレートエポキシ樹脂、比較製造例1〜4により得られた変性エポキシ樹脂、製造例5により得られたブロックウレタン、および、潜在性硬化剤を用い、下記表1および表2に示す配合で硬化性樹脂組成物を作製した。なお、硬化条件は180℃、30分とし、潜在性硬化剤として、ジシアンジアミドおよび変性イミダゾールを使用した。
このようにして得られた硬化性樹脂組成物について、以下のT型剥離試験を行った。実施例1〜6の結果を下記表1、比較例1〜4の結果を下記表2に示す。

The following T-type peel test was performed on the curable resin composition thus obtained. The results of Examples 1 to 6 are shown in Table 1 below, and the results of Comparative Examples 1 to 4 are shown in Table 2 below.

JIS K 6854−3に従い、被着材として鋼板を使用し、剥離速度100mm/分で試験を実施した。(KN/mm)。尚試験は−20℃、23℃および100℃のそれぞれについて行った。

上記の表1および表2から明らかな様に、本発明のウレタン変性キレートエポキシ樹脂は、キレート変性を施していないウレタン変性エポキシ樹脂(比較例1)に比べ、顕著に接着性の優れた結果を示している。また、オルトリン酸以外の化合物でキレート変性を試みたウレタン変性エポキシ樹脂(比較例2〜4)では、キレート変性を施していないウレタン変性エポキシ樹脂(比較例1)よりもさらに柔軟性に劣る結果を示しており、本発明の組成物のみが顕著な接着性の向上を示すことが明らかである。 As is clear from Table 1 and Table 2 above, the urethane-modified chelate epoxy resin of the present invention has a significantly superior adhesive property as compared with the urethane-modified epoxy resin not subjected to chelate modification (Comparative Example 1).
