Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a communication device, and more particularly, to a communication time monitoring technique.
The parent who pays the usage fee of the mobile phone given to the child has to monitor the child so that the mobile phone is not overused by a long phone or the like in order to reduce the amount of payment.
As a technology to support this monitoring, if the communication fee calculated from the accumulated amount of communication packets used for communication exceeds the usage fee limit, a portable information terminal that sends the usage fee excess information to the notification destination after the communication ends It has been proposed (see Patent Document 1).
By the way, if a child seems to make long calls frequently, a situation in which a parent cannot contact immediately in order to protect the child quickly is likely to occur.
In addition, if a child is involved in an incident and makes a long phone call with a specific person, the parent needs to know immediately.
Therefore, it is necessary to monitor the child's long phone call not only for the purpose of reducing the usage fee (payment amount) but also for the purpose of protecting and supervising the child.
For this reason, the technique for enabling the supervisor of the user to monitor that the user of communication apparatuses, such as a mobile telephone, is communicating for a long time is required. Note that the above-mentioned portable information terminal that sends usage fee excess information to the notification destination after communication is completed is a technology for monitoring usage fees, so it is not necessarily suitable for monitoring long calls for child protection and supervision guidance. Not a thing.
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the necessity, and the user of the communication device has been using a method different from the above-described portable information terminal that transmits the usage fee excess information to the notification destination after the communication is completed. It is an object of the present invention to provide a communication device that allows a supervisor to monitor communication.
In order to solve the above problems, a communication device according to the present invention includes a detection unit that detects that the device has executed communication for a first predetermined time, and the detection unit that the device has executed communication for a first predetermined time. And a transmission means for transmitting a predetermined message to a specific external device.
With the above configuration, for example, a child (supervisor) who is a user of a communication device is communicating for a predetermined time or more using the communication device, such as a parent (supervisor) who is a user of a specific external device. Will be able to know through the message sent. Therefore, the supervisor can appropriately instruct overuse of the communication device by the child. In addition, even if there is a situation where the phone is a long call because it is difficult to end the call because the communication device used by the child is annoying and the conversation of the other party is sophisticated, Since it is possible to know that a long call is being made through a message, the possibility of appropriately protecting the child is increased.
Here, the detecting means detects that the own device has executed communication for a first predetermined time, and detects the communication for a first predetermined time after the own device starts communication with one external communication device. It is good also as performing by detecting that it is performing continuously.
Note that “continuously executing communication” means, for example, telephone communication, a state in which communication is continued without on-hooking after the start of communication, that is, without disconnecting the line.
As a result, when the supervised person continues to communicate for a predetermined time or longer, the supervisor can know this by receiving a message, and if the predetermined time is set appropriately, so-called The supervisor will know that a long call has been made.
In addition, the detection unit detects the detection by the detection unit that the device has executed communication for a first predetermined time, and after the device has started communication with one external communication device, When communication with the one external communication device is resumed, the communication between the own device and the one external communication device is only possible when the time interval from the end of communication to the communication restart is equal to or less than a predetermined value. It may be performed by detecting that the accumulated value of the communication time has reached the first predetermined time.
As a result, in order to prevent the supervised person from continuing to make a long-distance call, it is necessary to take a long time communication from a cumulative viewpoint by taking a procedure of once ending communication and immediately restarting communication again. Even if an attempt is made, the supervisor is notified when the accumulated communication time exceeds a predetermined time.
The communication device further includes identification information acquisition means for acquiring communication partner identification information for identifying a communication partner at the time of communication, and the detection device detects that the device is executing communication for a first predetermined time. The predetermined message transmitted by the transmission unit when the transmission is performed may include the communication partner identification information.
As a result, the supervisor can know the communication partner of the supervisor. That is, the supervisor can obtain information on the communication partner, which is one of useful information for appropriately protecting and guiding the supervisor.
In addition, the communication device includes time measuring means for measuring an elapsed time from the start of communication, and when the detecting device detects that the device is executing communication for a first predetermined time, the transmitting device The predetermined message to be transmitted may include information indicating an elapsed time from the start of communication related to the communication.
As a result, the supervisor can know the time when the supervised person communicated. The communication time is considered to be one piece of information useful for the supervisor to properly protect and instruct the supervisor.
In addition, the communication device includes time specifying means for specifying a time at the start of communication, and the transmission means transmits when the detection means detects that the device is executing communication for a first predetermined time. The predetermined message may include information indicating the communication start time related to the communication.
As a result, the supervisor can know the time when the supervisor started communication. Note that the time at which communication is started is considered to be one piece of information useful for the supervisor to appropriately protect and instruct the supervisor.
The communication apparatus further includes storage means for storing information for specifying a charge amount for the communication for the first predetermined time, and the transmission means executes communication for the first predetermined time. When the detection means detects the charge amount, the charge amount for the communication may be specified, and information indicating the charge amount may be included in a predetermined message and transmitted.
Note that the storage means is realized by one recording area of a recording medium such as a hard disk, one storage area of a memory, or the like.
As a result, the supervisor can know the amount charged by the supervisor's communication. The charge amount is considered to be one piece of information useful for the supervisor to properly protect and instruct the supervisor.
In addition, the communication device further includes storage means for storing charging information that is information indicating a relationship between a communication time and a charging amount, and the detection unit corresponds to a predetermined charging amount based on the charging information. The time may be specified as the first predetermined time and the detection may be performed.
For example, the predetermined charge amount is specified by the supervisor by inputting to the communication device.
As a result, for example, when a parent who is a supervisor is obliged to pay for a charge for the use of a communication device by a child who is a supervisor, the parent needs to pay more than a predetermined charge amount. Until then, it becomes possible to know that the communication device is being used by a child.
Moreover, it is good also as an alerting | reporting means which alert | reports that the said transmission means transmitted the predetermined message by audio | voice output, vibration generation, or image display.
As a result, the supervised person can know that the message related to his / her continuous communication has been notified to the supervisor. This can serve as a motivation for the supervisor to suppress long calls.
In addition, the specific external device is a specific plurality of external devices, and the transmission of the predetermined message by the transmission means transmits a predetermined message having the same content to the specific external devices. It is good also as being.
Thus, for example, when a child uses a communication device, a message related to continuous communication is individually sent to each device (external device) of each of the father and mother who are both responsible for the child's protection and supervision. Can be. In addition, for example, even if the mother is unable to contact the child in response to the message, the father can be contacted, and the child may be protected immediately or properly supervised Will increase.
In addition, the communication device is configured to transmit voice bidirectionally between the device itself and a communication partner by the communication, and includes a notification destination storage unit that stores a mail address of the specific external device, The transmission unit may perform the transmission of the predetermined message by transmitting an e-mail addressed to the mail address of the specific external device.
Note that the notification destination storage means is realized by one recording area of a recording medium such as a hard disk, one storage area of a memory, or the like.
This makes it possible to send a message related to continuous communication to the supervisor without particularly interfering with the call itself by the supervisor's communication device. As long as you have a device such as a personal computer that can receive e-mails, you will be able to properly monitor the continuous communications of your supervisor.
Further, the notification destination storage means stores the telephone number of the specific external device in association with the mail address of the specific external device, and the device is executing communication for a first predetermined time. When there is an incoming call whose source is identified by the telephone number of a specific external device stored in the notification destination storage means after being detected by the detection means, when a predetermined condition is satisfied, no user operation is received. However, it is also possible to provide a communication control means for connecting to the line and making the telephone call ready.
This predetermined condition includes, for example, a time condition such as within minutes from continuous communication for the first predetermined time, and the first time from a specific external device after continuous communication for the first predetermined time or longer. The number of times condition such as being an incoming call is included.
Thereby, when a supervisor who is a user of a specific external device such as a mobile phone receives an e-mail about a person being supervised by the communication device for continuous communication for a first predetermined time or more, It becomes possible to make a call by forcing the communication device of the supervised person, and as a result, the possibility that the supervisor can protect or supervise the supervised person in a timely manner increases.
The notification destination storage means for storing the telephone number of the predetermined external device and the detection destination storage means after being detected by the detection means that the device is executing communication for the first predetermined time. Communication control means for automatically connecting to a line and enabling a call without receiving a user operation when a predetermined condition is satisfied when there is an incoming call whose source is identified by a certain telephone number. Also good.
As a result, the supervisor who has stored the telephone number of the telephone used by the supervisor in the communication device used by the supervised person, when the communication device performs continuous communication for the first predetermined time or longer, the communication is performed. It is possible to call the device and force a call, and as a result, the possibility that the supervisor can protect or supervise the supervised person in a timely manner is increased.
The communication control means may limit the communication function of the own device when the number of times of the automatic line connection reaches a predetermined number.
The restriction of the communication function in the communication device is, for example, prohibiting outgoing / incoming calls to other than a specific partner, etc., and suppressing the execution of all or part of the function group related to communication possessed by the communication device, When the execution of at least some of the functions has a level, the execution level is changed from the original level state to a level state in which the power is saved.
As a result, for example, by repeating a procedure in which a specific external device makes a call to the communication device according to the present invention and hangs up a plurality of times, outgoing and incoming calls of the communication device can be restricted to only a specific partner. As a result, it is possible to suppress the battery consumption when the communication device is battery-driven, and to increase the possibility that the call can be made when the supervisor or the like wants to make a call.
The detecting means further detects that the own apparatus has executed communication for a total time of the first predetermined time and the second predetermined time, and the transmitting means performs execution of communication for the first predetermined time. When the detection means detects that the predetermined message is transmitted, the transmission of the predetermined message is performed, and further, the detection that the device has performed communication for the total time of the first predetermined time and the second predetermined time is performed. When detected by the means, a message may be transmitted to the specific external device.
Thereby, the supervisor who uses a specific external device can know in real time by the message that the communication time by the supervised person has reached the first predetermined time. It becomes possible to know in real time by another message that the communication by the supervisor is not stopped.
Further, the detecting means further detects that the own apparatus has executed communication for a total time of the first predetermined time and the second predetermined time for a plurality of times, and the transmitting means further detects that the own apparatus performs communication. A message may be transmitted to the specific external device when it is detected by the detecting means that the total time of the first predetermined time and the second predetermined time for the plurality of times has been executed.
As a result, the supervisor who uses the specific external device can know at a second predetermined time interval that the supervisor has not stopped the continuous communication.
In addition, when the number of times that the transmission unit has transmitted a message to the specific external device reaches a predetermined number, a communication control unit that restricts the communication function of the own device may be provided.
As a result, when the number of message transmissions reaches a predetermined number, for example, the outgoing and incoming calls of the communication device can be restricted to a specific partner.
Moreover, it is good also as providing the communication control means which restrict | limits the communication function of an own apparatus, when the said detection means detects that the own apparatus is performing communication for 1st predetermined time.
As a result, when the continuous communication time reaches the first predetermined time, for example, it is possible to limit the outgoing and incoming calls of the communication device to only a specific partner.
In addition, after the detection unit detects that the device is executing communication for the first predetermined time, the communication restart count when communication with the communication partner ends and restarts is set to the predetermined number. When it reaches, it is good also as providing the communication control means which restrict | limits the communication function of an own apparatus.
As a result, after the continuous communication time by the supervised person reaches the first predetermined time, when a situation occurs in which the supervised person repeatedly communicates with the communication partner, for example, the communication device Calls can be restricted to specific parties.
Further, the restriction of the communication function of the own device by the communication control means may be to allow communication with the specific external device and prohibit communication with a device other than the specific external device. .

In step S 46, when the telephone number of the communication partner has already been recorded as the communication

In the approximate charge selection method, as a user interface using a designation screen, the user selects one of “50 yen”, “80 yen”, “100 yen”, and “110 yen” for the notification start

The outgoing / incoming call restriction function refers to a function that allows only outgoing calls to a telephone with a specific telephone number or incoming calls from a telephone with a specific telephone number and prohibits other outgoing / incoming calls. Here, it is assumed that the specific telephone number is set in advance because it is registered in the address book with a flag indicating that outgoing / incoming call restriction is excluded. It is assumed that the telephone number of the supervisor is set as this specific telephone number.

<3-3-1. Control operations related to communication>
The modified mobile phone performs a control operation related to communication when a call operation is performed by the user and when an incoming call is received.

When a telephone number is designated through the address book or by direct input and a calling operation is performed (step S21), the identification
If the outgoing / incoming call restriction function is not ON in step S22a, the process proceeds to step S23, and the

If it is determined in step S28a that the outgoing / incoming call restriction function is not ON, the
If it is determined in step S29 that the continuous communication monitoring function is ON, the

Since the continuous communication monitoring process is performed when the communication is started, first, the
If it is determined in step S42 that the telephone number of the communication partner has already been recorded as the communication
Subsequently, the detecting
If it is determined in step S42 that the telephone number of the communication partner is not already recorded as the communication
Subsequent to step S44 or step S45, the
In step S46a, when the communication partner telephone number has already been recorded as the communication
Next, the
After the count by the time counter is started, the
When it is determined in step S50 that the time that is the count value of the time counter is equal to or greater than the determination time T, the
When the communication is completed (step S49), the detecting
If the outgoing / incoming call
In step S56, if the outgoing / incoming call
When it is determined in step S57 that the number of times of
Further, when it is determined in step S59 that the number of times indicated by the
<4.補足>
For example, after receiving an e-mail notification of a long call, the supervisor disconnects the line when a call is made to the modified mobile phone and is automatically connected, and when the call is automatically connected and the line is disconnected again. By executing Nc a predetermined number of times, the outgoing / incoming call restriction function of the modified mobile phone can be turned on.
As described above, the modified mobile phone repeatedly repeats the communication when the number of times notified to the supervisor by e-mail exceeds the predetermined number Nb or after the communication is continued for the predetermined time T1 or more and the communication is resumed. When the number of times the communication is resumed when the number of calls is over a predetermined number Na, or when the number of incoming calls from a supervisor who sets a telephone number as the incoming automatic connection telephone number is over the predetermined number Nc After that, the outgoing / incoming call restricting function is activated, and outgoing / incoming calls other than a telephone having a specific telephone number that should be allowed to be outgoing / incoming are prohibited. Prohibiting outgoing / incoming calls other than for a specific telephone number results in reduced battery consumption, and if the telephone number of the supervisor's telephone is set as that specific telephone number, the supervisor When a person wants to make a call to a modified mobile phone, the effect of increasing the possibility of communication without running out of the battery is exhibited.
<4. Supplement>
The communication device according to the present invention has been described above based on the embodiments. However, the communication device can be modified as follows, and the present invention is not limited to the mobile phone as described in the above embodiments. is there.
(1) In the first and second embodiments, a mobile phone has been described as an example. However, the mobile phone is replaced with a stationary phone, a communication device, a personal computer configured to enable voice communication, or the like. It doesn't matter.
(2) In the first and second embodiments, a message is notified to a specific device when a call is continuously made on the mobile phone for a predetermined time T1 or more. The present invention is not limited to calls that are two-way audio communications, and the present invention can be applied to various communications including downloading of digital contents from the Internet or the like, reception of television broadcasting or radio broadcasting, and the like. That is, any communication method and communication content may be used as long as the communication device transmits a message to a specific external device when the communication time exceeds the predetermined time T1. Therefore, for example, when a child has been downloading a digital content with a mobile phone for a long time, the present invention can be used to guide a child by knowing that fact by receiving a message to that effect. Can be used for.
(3) In the first and second embodiments, the
(4) In the first and second embodiments, the monitoring setting information includes the three notification destination email addresses 131. However, the notification setting email address may not be three, and the notification destination email address may be a mobile phone number. The destination identification information for transmitting the notification message relating to the communication time illustrated in FIG. 11 to a specific external device used by a supervisor such as a telephone or a personal computer is sufficient. Note that the notification message relating to the communication time does not necessarily need to be transmitted to the external device by a method called e-mail, but is transmitted as a signal in a data format according to a specific protocol supported by the external device. It may be a thing.
Further, although the number of incoming automatic

(6) In the first and second embodiments, the message final transmission time 141 is recorded in the communication monitoring information, and in order to determine whether or not the line connection should be automatically performed in step S33, the message final transmission time It is determined whether or not the difference between the time indicated by 141 and the current time is greater than or equal to the time Ta. For example, instead of the message final transmission time, the communication start time or communication end time related to the last communication is recorded. Thus, it may be used for determination, or some time may be recorded and used for determination so that automatic line connection is not made indefinitely. In addition, in order to prevent automatic line connection from being made indefinitely, a condition relating to the upper limit of the number of connections may be established instead of providing a condition relating to time in particular. Note that the determination in step S33 is omitted so that automatic line connection can be established indefinitely, and the setting is changed so that the supervisor or the like turns off the automatic incoming call setting flag as necessary in operation. By doing so, indefinite automatic connection may be avoided.
(7) By the operation (step S35) by the automatic connection function of the mobile phone shown in the first and second embodiments, the supervisor who has received the message notification related to the continuous communication by the supervisor is carried by the supervisor. In general, when a phone call is made, if the supervised person has not yet finished continuous communication, the telephone will not be connected, and the call will be connected after the supervised person has finished continuous communication. It will be. However, in operation, it is decided to use a conventional interrupt telephone service that allows a third party to receive incoming calls while the two parties are talking. Even when the communication is not ended, the supervisor may forcibly interrupt and talk with the supervisor. When the line is automatically connected by the automatic connection function, the supervisor's mobile phone transmits a predetermined command from the supervisor's telephone using, for example, a DTMF tone (Dual-Tone Multi-Frequency) When it is done, it may be configured to perform a specific operation according to the command. As a result, the supervisor can remotely control the supervisor's mobile phone when the supervisor's mobile phone communicates for a predetermined time T1 or more.
In addition, instead of having an automatic connection function, a mobile phone receives an e-mail in which a predetermined command is described from a supervisor who has received a message notification regarding continuous communication. It may be configured to perform a specific operation in accordance with the command after confirming that the described email address of the transmission source of the electronic mail is indicated by the notification
(8) In the first and second embodiments, the communication start time is recorded in step S46 regardless of whether the interval from the communication end to the communication resumption is less than or equal to the time Tb or greater than the time Tb in step S43. However, for example, when the interval from the end of communication to the restart of communication is equal to or less than time Tb, the specification may be made such that the communication start time is not recorded (updated).
(9) In the first and second embodiments, the incoming call from the telephone number indicated by the automatic connection telephone number at the time of incoming call is excluded from the communication monitoring target by the continuous communication monitoring function. The telephone number of the communication partner to be excluded from the monitoring target can be registered in advance, and the continuous communication monitoring process may not be executed when communication with the communication partner of the registered telephone number is started.
(10) In the first and second embodiments, when the communication time exceeds the predetermined time T1 and when the communication time exceeds the predetermined time T1 + T2, “to” in the content of the e-mail transmitted to the supervisor The fixed phrase "communication time has exceeded ~" is assumed to be the same, but the fixed sentence may be different depending on each case. In addition, the text of the fixed form shown in
(11) In the first and second embodiments, it is determined that the communication time has reached the predetermined time T1, the predetermined time T1 + T2, etc. In step S50, the count value of the time counter, the predetermined time T1, the predetermined time T1 + T2, etc. are set. Although an example realized by comparison with T has been shown, by using a timer circuit using a timing mechanism, a predetermined time T1, a predetermined time T1 + T2, etc. are set in the timer circuit at the start of communication, etc. When the time elapses, the timer circuit may cause the processor to generate an interrupt. Correspondingly, a control program is transmitted via the interrupt processing routine, such as message transmission processing or notification processing (steps S51 to S54). You may comprise so that it may perform.
(12) In the first and second embodiments, the case where communication with the same communication partner is resumed within the time Tb from the end of communication by the processing of steps S42 to S44 is treated as continuous communication. ~ S44 is omitted and step S45 is always performed so that the communication time count is continued only when the communication is continued, not intermittently such as the end and restart of communication. Also good.
(13) Functional division for each functional unit such as the
(14) In the modification of the first embodiment, the table in which the communication time and the approximate fee are associated with each other is shown as the billing information. However, the billing information includes the mathematical formula for calculating the communication time from the billing amount and the billing amount from the communication time. The information may be information for specifying the mathematical formula to be calculated, and the
(15) In the second embodiment, the increment of the communication restart count (step S42b) is performed when the notification count is not 0 (step S42a), that is, when the continuous communication time has once reached the predetermined time T1. However, it may be performed even after the predetermined time T1 is not reached. As a result, the outgoing / incoming call restriction function is turned ON only when the number of times of resuming communication with the same communication partner exceeds a predetermined value Na. Steps S42a and S42b may be performed when the communication resumption interval is equal to or shorter than the predetermined time Tb (when determined to be yes in step S43).
(16) In the second embodiment, the supervisor repeats the procedure of calling the modified mobile phone from the telephone having the telephone number indicated by the incoming automatic
(17) In the second embodiment, when the number of communication restarts is equal to or greater than the predetermined number Na, the number of notifications is equal to or greater than the predetermined number Nb, or the number of automatic connections is equal to the predetermined number Nc according to the processing procedure of steps S56 to S60. In this case, the modified mobile phone turns on the outgoing / incoming call restriction function, but each combination of the event that the number of communication restarts, the number of notifications, and the number of automatic connections exceeds a predetermined number of times As a condition, the outgoing / incoming call restriction function may be turned on.
