Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a flexible container sheet and a flexible container excellent in container shape retention and durability.
The present invention has been made in view of the background art, and its purpose is not only to be deformed and excellent in shape retention, but also to generate fluff even when used repeatedly, and to be excellent in durability. And providing a flexible container comprising the same.
As a result of investigations by the present inventors, such an object is a sheet used for a flexible container made of a woven fabric, wherein the woven fabric is a woven fabric using polyethylene naphthalate fiber as at least one of warp or weft. It has been found that this can be achieved from a flexible container characterized by comprising the flexible container sheet and the flexible container sheet.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the sheet | seat for flexible containers and the flexible container excellent in durability with respect to shape retainability and repeated use can be provided.
The sheet | seat for flexible containers of this invention is a sheet | seat used for the flexible container which consists of textiles.
In the present invention, the woven fabric has a composite cord obtained by twisting a high elastic filament yarn having an elastic modulus of 300 cN / dtex or more and a low elastic filament yarn having an elastic modulus of less than 300 cN / dtex as at least one of a warp and a weft. It is essential that the fabric is used. That is, in the conventional sheet, it is subjected to repeated bending such as folding, excessive deformation is applied to a part of the fibers constituting the fabric due to vibration during loading / unloading of granular contents and transportation, and repeated There is a problem that the fabric is partially broken by use. On the other hand, when the present inventors used a fabric using a composite cord in which a high elastic filament yarn and a low elastic filament yarn are twisted as described above, the sheet is hardly deformed and the sheet is repeatedly formed. We have determined that the durability in use is significantly improved.
In the present invention, a composite cord obtained by twisting a high elastic filament yarn and a low elastic filament yarn can be used for either a warp or a weft of a woven fabric.
