Abstract
【解決手段】ターボ機械のファン用のロータディスク(10)はディスクの周辺に、下流側端にフックを有する翼根元部(20)を取り付けおよび保持するためのほぼ軸方向の溝(22)と、ディスクと翼根元部との間の応力を吸収するために、翼間プラットフォームの取付フランジ(36)内の溝(22)の下流側端に位置する空洞(34)によって形成される変形可能な領域と、を備える。

Claims (6)
- ターボ機械のファン用のロータディスクであって、
ディスクの周辺に、下流側端にフックを有する翼根元部を取り付けおよび保持するためのほぼ軸方向の複数の溝と、
溝の下流側端に位置する空洞によって形成される変形可能な領域と、
を備え、
空洞が翼間プラットフォームの取付フランジ内に形成されている、
ロータディスク。 - 空洞が機械加工で形成されている、請求項1に記載のディスク。
- 空洞が軸方向に向けられる、底の閉じた管形状である、請求項1に記載のディスク。
- 空洞がドリル加工またはフライス加工により形成されている、請求項1に記載のディスク。
- 空洞が横方向に開いており、溝内に通じている、請求項1に記載のディスク。
- 請求項1に記載のファン用のロータディスクを備える、航空機ターボジェットなどのターボ機械。
