Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a driving force control device for a vehicle including a generator, a battery, and a driving motor.
However, in the state where the power supply is cut off due to the abnormality of the generator, the remaining amount of the battery will eventually be used up even if the power consumption is saved, and not only the motor drive but also the running becomes impossible. That is, in a state where charging is not possible, the function of the electrical system stops when the remaining amount of the battery is exhausted.
An object of the present invention is to enable a vehicle to travel even when an abnormality occurs in a generator.
In order to solve the above-described problems, a vehicle driving force control device according to the present invention includes a generator that generates power using engine power, a battery that can charge the power of the generator, the power of the generator, or the power of the battery. And an electric motor capable of driving the wheel, and when the generator is abnormal, the rotational energy of the rotating wheel is regenerated by the electric motor.
According to the present invention, the battery can be charged by regenerating the rotational energy of the rotating wheel with the electric motor when the generator is abnormal. Therefore, it can drive | work, maintaining the electric power supply to an electrical system.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a schematic configuration of a HEV (Hybrid Electric Vehicle), which is a hybrid vehicle in which front wheels 1FL and 1FR are driven by an
The output of the

The
Next, arithmetic processing executed by the
First, in step S1, it is determined whether or not there is an abnormality in the
In step S2, it is determined whether or not the SOC of the
In step S3, it is determined whether or not the vehicle speed V is less than a threshold value V H (for example, 60 km / h). If V < VH , it is determined that the electric motor 3 does not over-rotate even when the
In step S4, the
In step S5, it is determined whether or not the motor rotation speed N is less than the allowable rotation speed N MAX . If N <N MAX, it is determined that the clutch transmission torque can be increased, and the process proceeds to step S6. On the other hand, if N ≧ N MAX, it is determined that the clutch transmission torque is excessively increased, and the process proceeds to step S7.
In step S6, the clutch transmission torque is increased by ΔT, and the process proceeds to step S8.
In step S7, the clutch transmission torque is decreased by ΔT, and the process proceeds to step S8.
In step S8, the electric motor 3 is regeneratively operated with a predetermined regenerative torque TR. TR is set to a value that does not cause excessive deceleration.
In a succeeding step S9, it is determined whether or not a difference (V−Vr) between the vehicle speed V and the rear wheel speed Vr is smaller than a predetermined value ΔV. If (V−Vr) <ΔV, it is determined that the rear wheels do not tend to lock, and the process returns to the predetermined main program. On the other hand, if (V−Vr) ≧ ΔV, it is determined that the rear wheel has a locking tendency, and the process proceeds to step S10.
In step S10, the regenerative torque of the electric motor 3 is limited to TR L smaller than TR, and then the process returns to a predetermined main program.
From the above, the
Next, operational effects will be described.
Assume that an abnormality such as a belt breakage or disconnection has occurred in the generator 8 (the determination in step S1 is “Yes”). In this state, since the power supply is cut off, if the remaining amount of the
Therefore, when the
FIG. 3 illustrates the above operation. That is, the front wheels are driven by the engine 2 (a · b), and the rear wheels are driven accordingly (c). In this state, the
However, since the braking action still occurs during regeneration, we want to avoid such regenerative operation as much as possible. Therefore, when the SOC of the battery falls below a lower limit value (for example, 30%) (the determination in step S2 is “Yes”), regeneration by the electric motor 3 is executed. In other words, it is not executed if there is a certain margin. Thereby, useless regenerative operation can be suppressed to the minimum.
Further, the braking action by the regenerative operation may cause the rear wheels to be locked, which makes the vehicle behavior unstable. If the rear wheel lock tendency is detected ("Yes" in step S9), the regenerative torque is limited (step S10). As a result, it is possible to prevent the rear wheels from being locked and maintain stable vehicle behavior.
Further, if the
Specifically, Yuki gradually increasing the clutch torque by [Delta] T (step S6), and the rotational speed N of the electric motor 3 reaches the allowable rotation speed N MAX, reducing the clutch torque by [Delta] T (step S7 ). Thereby, the overrotation of the electric motor 3 can be reliably prevented.
When the SOC exceeds the upper limit value (for example, 80%), that is, when the battery is sufficiently charged, the regenerative operation may be stopped. According to this, it is possible to minimize unnecessary regenerative operation while preventing overcharging of the battery.
Further, when the regenerative operation is started, if the regenerative operation is unexpectedly started and the vehicle decelerates, the driver feels uncomfortable, so the regenerative torque may be gradually increased. Further, the regenerative torque may be changed according to the vehicle speed and the gear ratio at that time.
In addition, when the rear wheel lock tendency is detected and the regenerative torque is limited, the regenerative torque limit amount may be determined according to the difference between (V−Vr) and ΔV. According to this, the tendency of the rear wheels to be locked can be prevented without unnecessarily limiting the regenerative torque.
In order to prevent over-rotation of the electric motor 3, but is suppressed clutch transmission torque, until the vehicle speed V is less than the threshold V H, forcibly decelerated so from (limp home) vehicles, engagement of the clutch May be performed. According to this, the calculation process for suppressing the transmission torque can be omitted, and the
