Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a pants-type paper diaper in which an exterior sheet is divided into an abdominal side and a back side.
In recent years, a paper diaper that can be referred to as a two-divided type in which an exterior sheet is divided into an abdomen and a dorsal side has been proposed (see
On the other hand, in the 2-split type, the trim can be completely eliminated, but in that case, there is no portion that covers both sides of the buttock, so that the appearance and the wearing feeling may be deteriorated. Therefore, for the backside exterior sheet, an extension having a widthwise central portion that overlaps the absorbent main body and a buttock cover portion that extends on both sides of the main body occupying the same vertical range as the joint portion. Is provided.
However, the conventional device has a problem in that the buttock cover portion in the extending portion swells or swells and looks bad.
Then, the main subject of this invention is to prevent the swelling and the dripping in the lower side extension part of a back side exterior sheet.
The present invention that has solved the above problems is as follows.
<Invention of
It consists of an abdominal exterior sheet covering the abdominal side of the wearer's waist and a back exterior sheet covering the back side, and a joint between both side edges of the abdominal exterior sheet and both lateral edges of the back exterior sheet. A cylindrical waistline formed by joining the joint,
The front end is connected to the inner surface in the width direction central portion of the ventral exterior sheet, the rear end is connected to the inner surface in the width direction central portion of the back exterior sheet, and passes from the back side to the ventral side through the crotch portion. With an absorbent main body covering
In the pants-type paper diaper where the ventral exterior sheet and the back exterior sheet are not continuous on the crotch side and are separated from each other,
The back-side exterior sheet has a back-side main body portion that occupies the same vertical range as the joint portion, and a back-side extension portion that extends below the back-side main body portion,
This back side extension part has the width direction center part which overlaps with the above-mentioned absorptive main part, and the buttock cover part extended to the both sides,
Among the upper and lower end portions in the vertical direction of the back side main body portion and the intermediate portion therebetween, the back side waist portion fixed to the upper end portion in a state of being stretched along the width direction at a predetermined stretch rate. A plurality of elastic expansion and contraction members are provided at intervals in the vertical direction, and are fixed in a state of being stretched along the width direction at a predetermined stretch rate at least at a portion that does not overlap the absorbent main body at the intermediate portion and the lower end portion. A plurality of first elongated elastic elastic members are provided at intervals in the vertical direction, and are fixed to at least the flange cover portion in a state of being stretched along the width direction at a predetermined stretch rate. A plurality of elongated elastic elastic members are provided at intervals in the vertical direction,
The elongation ratio of the second elongated elastic elastic member is higher than the elongation ratio of the first elongated elastic elastic member;
Pants-type paper diaper characterized by that.
(Function and effect)
In a pants-type disposable diaper that is not a two-part type, a plurality of elongated elastic elastic members are spaced in the width direction at the same stretch rate at intervals in the vertical direction at portions corresponding to the back side main body part and the buttock cover part of the present invention. It is known to fix in a stretched state. In this form, since the entire portion corresponding to the buttock cover portion expands and contracts, it has better fit than forming a gather by arranging elastic elastic members along the legs, and is less likely to swell or sag. The leg can be easily passed. For this reason, although it was thought that the fitting property of the buttock cover portion was improved by adopting the same configuration even in the two-divided type at first, contrary to the expectation, the fitting property of the buttock cover portion is not improved.
As a result of further research on the cause, the following findings were obtained. That is, when a plurality of elongated elastic elastic members are fixed to the buttock cover part in the two-part split type with a space in the vertical direction and extended along the width direction, both the crotch side and both sides of the buttock cover part are fixed. A diagonally upward force that connects the joints acts. This diagonally upward force is similarly generated regardless of whether it is a two-split type. However, since the two-split type backside exterior sheet does not extend to the crotch, the angle of the force becomes shallower and the strength becomes weaker. As a result, even if it has a similar structure at first glance, it is easy for the roll-up to occur.
The present invention has been made on the basis of such knowledge, and the second provided in the buttock cover portion is more than the expansion rate of the first elongated elastic elastic member provided in the back main body portion of the backside exterior sheet. It is characterized in that the elongation rate of the elongated elastic elastic member is increased. By configuring in this way, even in the case of the two-part type, the force upward obliquely connecting the crotch side and both joints with respect to the buttock cover portion is more strongly generated at a deeper angle. The fit of the cover part is improved, and it is difficult for the cover part to rise and bulge.

<Invention of
The abdominal exterior sheet consists of only the abdominal body part occupying the same vertical range as the joint part, or the abdominal body part occupying the same vertical range as the joint part, and the lower part of the abdominal body part A ventral extension extending to the side,
In the belly side exterior sheet, the upper end portion of the ventral side main body portion, the lower end portion, and the intermediate portion therebetween are extended to the upper end portion along the width direction at a predetermined extension rate. A plurality of fixed elastic waist members on the ventral side waist portion are provided at intervals in the vertical direction, and at least a portion that does not overlap the absorbent main body in the middle portion is stretched along the width direction at a predetermined stretch rate. A plurality of third elongated elastic elastic members fixed in a fixed state are provided at intervals in the vertical direction, and at least at a portion that does not overlap the absorbent main body at the lower end portion in the width direction at a predetermined extension rate. A plurality of fourth elongated elastic elastic members fixed in a stretched state are provided at intervals in the vertical direction;
The stretch rate of the fourth elongated elastic stretch member is higher than the stretch rate of the first elongated elastic stretch member;

(Function and effect)
The fourth elongate elastic elastic member in the abdominal exterior sheet is located on the extended line in the direction from the crotch side toward both joints (obliquely upward) in the buttock cover part. Therefore, as described in this section, the first elongated elastic expansion / contraction member is arranged such that the expansion ratio of the fourth elongated elastic elastic member is arranged on the back side corresponding to the fourth elongated elastic elastic member on the ventral side. If it is higher than the expansion ratio of the member, a force for pulling up the buttock cover portion obliquely upwards acts, so that the heel portion cover portion is more unlikely to swell and swell.

(Function and effect)
When configured in this way, the force of pulling up the buttock cover portion obliquely upward works more effectively, so that the fit of the buttock cover portion is improved and the effect of the present invention that the swelling and swelling are less likely to occur is achieved. It will be even more.

The back waist portion elongated elastic stretch member, the ventral waist portion elongated elastic stretch member, the first elongated elastic stretch member, so that the joint tilt angle in the joint tilt test is 20 degrees or less, Number, thickness, stretch rate, spacing, material type, and vertical direction of each of the second elongated elastic elastic member, the third elongated elastic elastic member, and the fourth elongated elastic elastic member The underpants type disposable diaper according to
(Function and effect)
Moreover, in the conventional diaper, as shown in FIG. 9, a phenomenon occurs in which the joining
As a result of further research, this phenomenon occurs in close association with the expansion and contraction characteristics of each part of the diaper, and the main cause is the joining force due to the contraction force of the elongated elastic expansion and contraction member provided on the buttock cover. The contraction force balance between the abdominal side and the dorsal side at the border was lost, and the contraction force toward the dorsal side was strongly acting toward the lower end side of the joint.
The invention described in this section is made based on such knowledge, and the number, thickness, and thickness of each elongated elastic elastic member so that the joint inclination angle in the joint inclination test is 20 degrees or less. The expansion rate, the interval, the type of material, and the vertical arrangement are defined. By configuring in this way, it is possible to effectively prevent swelling and swelling in the buttock cover portion while maintaining the advantages of the two-split type.
The joint inclination test measures the inclination angle of the joint as follows. That is, first, as shown in FIG. 10 (a), only the

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings.
<First Embodiment>
1 to 5 show an example of a pants-type paper diaper according to the present invention. In FIG. 1, “front-rear direction” means a direction connecting the abdomen and the back side, “width direction” means a direction orthogonal to the front-rear direction, and “up-down direction” means a waistline direction. It means a direction orthogonal to each other, in other words, a direction connecting the waist opening WO side and the crotch side.
The pants-type
Further, the front end portion of the absorbent
As can be seen from FIGS. 4 and 5, the upper opening of the
(Exterior sheet)
As shown in FIG. 3, the

More specifically, the back-
The shape of the
The back-side
In the upper part (waist part) W of the back-side
Further, in the lower part U (intermediate part M and lower end part Z) of the back side
The first elongated elastic
Furthermore, in the back
The second elongated elastic

Moreover, the thickness of the 1st and 2nd elongate elastic expansion-
In addition, that the contraction force of the back
The contraction force is the stress (contraction force per unit vertical width) applied to a certain width (vertical width) of the sheet when the sheet is pulled in the product width direction, and is measured as follows. It is. That is, first, a region to be measured is cut out from the
On the other hand, the
That is, the upper end portion (waist portion) W of the abdominal exterior sheet (abdominal body portion) 12F has a plurality of waist elastic
Further, in the middle part M of the abdominal exterior sheet (abdominal body part) 12F, except for the central part in the width direction that overlaps the absorbent
As the third elongated elastic

As the fourth elongated elastic
The fourth elongated elastic

On the other hand, as shown in the drawing, the first, second, third, and fourth elongated elastic

FIG. 6 shows a state in which a tension is applied to the second elongated
FIG. 7 shows a state in which a tensile force is applied to the second elongated elastic

Moreover, you may give the design by printing or coloring to the inner surface or outer surface of a liquid-impermeable sheet. Further, a printed or colored design sheet, which is a separate member from the crotch outer sheet, may be attached to the outside of the liquid-impermeable sheet. Moreover, you may provide the indicator which displays urination by a visual change inside a liquid-impermeable sheet | seat.

As cellulose, cellulose derived from plants such as cotton, linter, and wood pulp, bacterial cellulose, and the like can be used. Regenerated cellulose such as rayon may be used, and the regenerated cellulose may be a spun fiber.
Examples of cellulose esters that can be suitably used include organic acid esters such as cellulose acetate, cellulose butyrate, and cellulose propionate; mixed acid esters such as cellulose acetate propionate, cellulose acetate butyrate, cellulose acetate phthalate, and cellulose nitrate acetate. And cellulose ester derivatives such as polycaprolactone-grafted cellulose ester can be used. These cellulose esters can be used alone or in admixture of two or more. The viscosity average degree of polymerization of the cellulose ester is, for example, about 50 to 900, preferably about 200 to 800. The average substitution degree of the cellulose ester is, for example, about 1.5 to 3.0 (for example, 2 to 3).
The average degree of polymerization of the cellulose ester can be, for example, 10 to 1000, preferably 50 to 900, more preferably about 200 to 800, and the average degree of substitution of the cellulose ester is, for example, about 1 to 3, preferably 1 to 1. 2.15, more preferably about 1.1 to 2.0. The average degree of substitution of the cellulose ester can be selected from the viewpoint of enhancing biodegradability.
As the cellulose ester, an organic acid ester (for example, an ester with an organic acid having about 2 to 4 carbon atoms), particularly cellulose acetate is suitable. The degree of acetylation of cellulose acetate is often about 43 to 62%, but about 30 to 50% is particularly preferable because it is excellent in biodegradability. A particularly preferred cellulose ester is cellulose diacetate.
The tow constituent fiber may contain various additives such as a heat stabilizer, a colorant, an oil agent, a yield improver, a whiteness improver, and the like.
The fineness of the tow constituting fiber is, for example, 1 to 16 denier, preferably 1 to 10 denier, and more preferably 1 to 6 denier. The tow constituent fiber may be a non-crimped fiber, but is preferably a crimped fiber. The crimped degree of the crimped fiber can be, for example, 5 to 75, preferably 10 to 50, and more preferably about 15 to 50 per inch. Further, a crimped fiber that is uniformly crimped is often used. When crimped fibers are used, a bulky and light absorbent body can be produced, and a tow with high unity can be easily produced by entanglement between the fibers. The cross-sectional shape of the tow constituting fiber is not particularly limited, and may be any one of, for example, a circular shape, an oval shape, an irregular shape (for example, a Y shape, an X shape, an I shape, an R shape) or a hollow shape. Also good. The tow constituting fibers are used in the form of tows (fiber bundles) formed by bundling, for example, about 1,000 to 1,000,000, preferably about 2,000 to 1,000,000 single fibers. can do. The fiber bundle is preferably formed by bundling about 1,000 to 1,000,000 continuous fibers.
Cellulose diacetate tow bales that can be suitably used in the present invention are commercially available from Celanese and Daicel Chemical Industries. Cellulose diacetate tow bale has a density of about 0.5 g / cm 3 and a total weight of 400-600 kg. From this bale, the tow is peeled off and spread into a wide band so as to have a desired size and bulk. The opening width of the tow is arbitrary, and can be, for example, a width of 50 to 2000 mm, preferably about 50 to 300 mm, which is the width of the product absorber. Moreover, the density of an absorber can be adjusted by adjusting the degree of tow opening.
Preferably, as shown in FIG. 2,

(Superabsorbent polymer particles)
The
As the
Moreover, as the
The basis weight of the
If necessary, the
If necessary, as the

(Enveloping sheet)
When the covering
As shown in FIG. 2, the covering
(Holding sheet)
In the case where the holding
The material of the holding
If the holding
The reason for providing the holding
Further, since the
As shown in FIG. 2, the holding
The above example is an example in which the holding

A high body pressure is applied to the crotch
(Friction fastness test)
The fastness to friction is measured by the following method in accordance with JIS L 0849. That is, a sheet piece for measuring the friction fastness of 250 mm × 25 mm is prepared, and the friction fastness on the outer surface side (the outer surface side of the absorbent main body) of the measurement sheet piece is measured. For example, COLOR FASTNESS RUBING TESTER (manufactured by Tester Sangyo Co., Ltd., Model: AB-301) can be used for measuring the friction fastness. The measurement is performed using a friction tester type II and applying 50 vibrations. The measurement sheet piece obtained as a result of the test was visually compared with the limit sample, and {◎: No kinking and fluffing ○: No kinking and fuzzing △: With kinking and fuzzing ×: Nonwoven fabric breaks 4 Evaluate in stages.

It is preferable to use a stretchable nonwoven fabric as the crotch
