Description

The present invention relates to a washing machine capable of tilting a water tank in a housing.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there is a fully automatic washing / drying machine (hereinafter simply referred to as a washing machine) in which a water tank containing a laundry dewatering tank is suspended from an upper part of a housing via a suspension rod. In general, a washing machine of this type is always arranged in a housing in a state where a water tank is inclined at a predetermined angle in advance. The purpose of this type of washing machine is to make it easy to put in and take out the laundry by tilting the water tank, and to improve the washing efficiency and the drying efficiency of the laundry.

As such an example, “the case and the inside of the case, the front upper side portion is attached to the front side of the case inclined at a certain angle, provided in the water tank for storing the washing water and the inside of the water tank, In a washing machine having an inclined washing tub, comprising: a washing tub comprising an inner tub for washing laundry; and a driving means for rotating the inner tub; an opening provided in a rear surface portion of the case; There has been proposed a “washing machine having an inclined washing tub having a bulging portion formed on the outside and including a back cover covering the opening (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 2004-160259 (page 4, FIG. 1, etc.)

Care must be taken when tilting the aquarium so that the suspension rod and the anti-vibration part (suspension, damper, etc.) provided on the underside of the suspension rod do not unnecessarily contact the outer perimeter of the aquarium. Is to do. This is because unexpected vibration and noise are generated when the hanging rod and the vibration isolating portion come into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the water tank. This is because the vibration and noise not only make the user uncomfortable, but may also cause the washing machine to malfunction.

The washing machine described above is configured such that the casing of the washing machine in which the water tank stands upright can be shared by removing the front protruding portion of the casing. However, in such a structure, the water tank must be inclined in a normal housing, and in order to prevent the outer peripheral surface of the water tank from coming into contact with the suspension rod and the vibration isolator, the water tank should be set at a narrow angle. Must be designed to tilt. Further, if the water tank is forcibly inclined without taking any measures, there is a high possibility that the outer peripheral surface of the water tank comes into contact with the suspension rod and the vibration isolator.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and is a laundry that can tilt a water tank without unnecessarily contacting a suspension rod that supports the water tank with the outer peripheral surface of the water tank. The machine is provided.

The washing machine according to the present invention is provided with a housing, a water tub equipped with a washing and dewatering tub, a plurality of suspension bars provided in the housing and supporting the water tub, and protruding from the water tub, A plurality of joint portions formed with through holes through which the suspension rods pass; and a vibration isolating portion provided at a lower portion of the suspension rods and connecting the suspension rods through the through holes to the joint portions; Is capable of tilting using the suspension rod, and the through hole is a long hole along the tilt direction of the water tank.

According to the washing machine of the present invention, depending on the inclination of the water tub, the suspension rod connected to the joint portion protruding from the water tub and supporting the water tub is supported by the through hole formed in the joint portion. Since it can move along the long hole, the water tank can be inclined over a wide range without unnecessarily bringing a suspension rod or the like into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the water tank.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view showing a schematic configuration of a washing machine 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention as viewed from the side. The washing machine 100 can automatically perform washing (including washing and rinsing) steps, dehydration steps, and drying steps of laundry. In FIG. 1, the right side of the drawing will be described as the front side of the washing machine 100 (also the front side of the water tub 20), and the left side of the drawing will be described as the rear side of the washing machine 100 (also the back side of the water tub 20). In addition, in the following drawings including FIG. 1, the size relationship of each component may be different from the actual one.

In the washing machine 100, a water tank (outer tank) 20 having a washing / dehydrating tank (inner tank) 26 is suspended and supported by a suspension bar 40 in a tiltable manner in a housing 30. The water tank 20 is used in an upright or inclined state according to each stroke or the amount of laundry.

The housing 30 is composed of an upper housing 28 and a lower housing 29. The water tank 20 encloses a washing and dewatering tank 26 provided with a fluid balancer 27 at the top, and a power transmission mechanism 21 is fixed to the bottom of the water tank 20. The power transmission mechanism 21 is connected to a motor 22 attached to the bottom of the water tank 20 by a belt. A stirring blade (pulsator) 24 is connected to the stirring blade shaft 23 constituting the inside of the power transmission mechanism 21, and a washing / dehydrating tub 26 is connected to the outer shaft 25 constituting the outside of the power transmission mechanism 21. The power transmission mechanism 21 may be a direct drive system.

At least one suspension rod 40 is provided on the front and rear sides of the housing 30, preferably two front and rear. The upper part of the front suspension bar 40 is supported by the front suspension bar upper support part 10 and the spherical bearing 41, and the rear suspension bar 40 has a rear movable unit part whose upper part is attached to the upper part of the housing 30. 31 is supported. The number of these hanging rods 40 may be changed on the front and rear sides, and the length of the hanging rod 40 may be different on the front and rear sides.

The rear movable unit 31 supports the suspension rod 40 on the rear side of the water tub 20 so as to be movable (pick up / down) in the vertical direction. The rear movable unit 31 moves the suspension rod 40 in the vertical direction, whereby the front lower end of the water tank 20 is moved in the rear direction, and the water tank 20 can be inclined at an arbitrary angle. That is, the rear movable unit 31 moves the suspension bar 40 based on an instruction from a control unit (not shown) including a microcomputer provided in the washing machine 100, and tilts the water tank 20 at an arbitrary angle. To make it happen.

A joint portion 50 for connecting the suspension rod 40 to the water tank 20 is provided on the front and rear sides of the lower part of the water tank 20 so as to protrude from the outer peripheral surface of the water tank 20. A through hole is formed in the joint portion 50. The suspension rod 40 is passed through the through hole, and the vibration isolator 34 provided at the lower portion of the suspension rod 40 is engaged with the joint portion 50 so that the suspension rod 40 and the water tank 20 is connected to support the water tank 20. The structure and function of the joint portion 50 will be described in detail later. The vibration isolator 34 is provided with a vibration isolating structure for preventing the suspension rod 40 from coming off the joint portion 50 and stably supporting the joint portion 50.

FIG. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view showing a schematic configuration of the washing machine 100 in a state where the water tank 20 is inclined to the front side as viewed from the side. Although the inclination of the water tank 20 is automatically determined in advance according to the stroke, it may be configured to be inclined based on an instruction from the user.

When the water tank 20 is tilted, the laundry can be easily taken in and out, and the washing efficiency and the drying efficiency of the laundry can be improved. In order to further improve this effect, it is desirable that the water tank 20 can be adjusted to a desired inclination angle according to the operation. Further, it is desirable that the inclination angle of the water tank 20 can be adjusted according to the purpose of washing. However, in the laundry dehydration process, the water tank 20 should be in an upright state from the viewpoint of vibration suppression.

In the case of this example, the water tank 20 is inclined by moving the rear hanging rod 40 in the vertical direction. For example, when it is desired to incline the water tank 20 to the front side of the washing machine 100, the suspension rod 40 is pulled up using the rear movable unit 31. The control means for controlling the rear movable unit 31 adjusts the lifting amount and the lowering amount of the suspension bar 40 according to the angle at which the water tank 20 is inclined.

What should be noted when tilting the aquarium 20 is that the hanging rod 40 and the vibration isolator 34 interfere with the outer peripheral surface of the aquarium 20 and the joint portion 50 unnecessarily in their movable range. . If the suspension rod 40 and the vibration isolator 34 interfere with the outer peripheral surface of the water tank 20 and the joint portion 50, unexpected vibrations propagate to the housing 30 via the suspension rod 40. This not only makes the user uncomfortable, but may also cause the washing machine 100 to malfunction. Therefore, in the inclined range of the water tank 20, the suspension rod 40 and the vibration isolation part 34 must be prevented from unnecessarily interfering with the outer peripheral surface of the water tank 20 and the joint part 50.

When the inclination angle of the water tank 20 is always constant, the length of the suspension rod 40, the size of the joint portion 50, the size of the through hole formed in the joint portion 50, etc. are set based on the constant inclination angle. However, this is not sufficient when the water tank 20 is inclined at an arbitrary angle. That is, when the through hole of the joint portion 50 is only slightly larger than the cross-sectional shape of the hanging rod 40, the degree of freedom of movement of the hanging rod 40 is limited, and the water tank 20 can be opened only in a narrow range of angles. It cannot be tilted. On the other hand, if the diameter of the through hole is made extremely large, the degree of freedom in the front-rear direction of the suspension rod 40 can be increased, but the water tank 20 is unstable and unstable, and the joint portion 50 and the vibration isolating portion 34. In the meantime, a member (such as the spherical seat 38) installed for improving the slidability may get caught in the through hole and reduce the slidability.

Therefore, in the present invention, by devising the shape of the through hole formed in the joint portion 50 that supports the suspension rod, the suspension rod 40 and the vibration isolation portion 34 Various configurations that can prevent unnecessary interference with the outer peripheral surface of the water tank 20 and the joint portion 50 are proposed.

FIG. 3 is an enlarged longitudinal sectional view showing the joint portion 50 and the vibration isolation portion 34. The illustrated joint portion 50 is provided on the rear side of the washing machine 100, that is, on the lower rear side of the water tank 20. A suspension rod 40 passes through the joint portion 50. A vibration isolator 34 is formed in the lower part of the suspension rod 40, and between the vibration isolator 34 and the joint 50, the slidability of the contact surface between the joint 50 and the vibration isolator 34 is improved. A spherical seat 38 is provided. Further, a cushioning material 39 is provided between the spherical seat 38 and the vibration isolator 34 to prevent damage due to friction between the spherical seat 38 and the vibration isolator 34 due to the sliding of the suspension rod 40 when the water tank 20 rotates. Is installed.

The vibration isolator 34 is attached to the suspension rod 40 with the suspension rod 40 penetrating through the center thereof, and is positioned below the joint portion 50 so that the suspension rod 40 extends upward from the through hole 51 of the joint portion 50. It prevents it from coming off.
The anti-vibration unit 34 includes an anti-vibration spring 35, and an upper spring retainer 36 and a lower spring retainer 37 disposed at both ends of the anti-vibration spring 35. As a result, the vibration isolator 34 supports the water tank 20 connected to the suspension rod 40 via the joint 50 and also serves to absorb vibration generated in the water tank 20 propagating via the joint 50. It has become. The vibration isolator 34 may be anything that can absorb the vibration generated in the water tank 20, and may be constituted by, for example, a damper, a suspension, a coil spring, a vibration isolating spring, an air spring, or the like.

FIG. 4 is an explanatory view showing the relationship between the water tank 20 and the joint portion 50 protruding from the lower part of the water tank 20. The joint portion 50 is formed with a through hole 51 through which the suspension rod 40 passes and a suspension rod introduction path 52 that communicates the inside and outside of the through hole 51 and introduces the suspension rod 40 into the through hole 51. .
As shown in FIG. 4, the through-hole 51 is a long hole that is long in the inclination direction of the suspension rod 40 (in this example, the substantially front-rear direction of the water tank 20). It opens in a different direction (in this example, outward in the radial direction of the water tank 20). In addition, although the inclination direction of a hanging rod is the substantially front-back direction of the water tank 20, in order to simplify description, the inclination direction of a water tank may only be called the front-back direction of a water tank.
It is more preferable that the long hole is inclined in the direction in which the suspension rod 40 is pulled up, that is, in the radial direction (the front side is an eight-letter shape and the rear side is an inverted eight-letter shape).
Further, the width of the elongated hole may be changed at the joint portion 50 on the front side and the rear side of the water tank in accordance with the diameter of the hanging rod 40. Usually, the suspension rod 40 on the rear side of the water tank 20 is thicker than the suspension rod 40 on the front side.

Thus, by making the shape of the through hole 51 a long hole along the front-rear direction of the water tank 20, the suspension rod 40 and the vibration isolator 34 can be connected to the water tank while the tiltable range (angle) of the water tank 20 is increased. It is possible to prevent unnecessary interference with the outer peripheral surface 20 and the joint portion 50.
In addition, the suspension rod introduction path 52 is opened in a direction different from the hole direction of the through hole 51, so that the suspension rod 40 is difficult to be removed from the through hole 51.
Moreover, it becomes easy to introduce the suspension rod 40 into the through hole 51 by opening the suspension rod introduction path 52 toward the radially outer side of the water tank 20.
Furthermore, if the opening end of the suspension rod introduction path 52 and the connecting portion between the suspension rod introduction path 52 and the through hole 51 are chamfered or curved, the suspension rod 40 can be easily introduced and the buffer material 39 is penetrated. It is also possible to prevent hooking on the corner of the hole 51.

FIG. 5 is an explanatory diagram showing the inclined state of the water tank 20 and the state of the suspension bar corresponding thereto. 5A shows a state where the water tank 20 is upright (state where the inclination angle is 0 degree), and FIG. 5B shows a state where the water tank 20 is inclined 20 degrees. FIG. 5C shows the positional relationship between the water tank side surface and the suspension rod 40 before and after the water tank 20 is inclined.
In the present embodiment, since the water tank 20 is inclined by pulling up the suspension rod 40 on the rear side of the water tank 20, when the water tank 20 is inclined, the front suspension rod 40 is arranged in the front-rear direction of the water tank 20. The rear hanging rod 40 does not move so much in the front-rear direction of the water tank 20 while moving greatly. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, the length L1 of the through hole 51 of the rear joint portion 50 can be made smaller than the length L2 of the through hole 51 of the front joint portion 50. That is, L1 <L2. By doing in this way, shaking of the hanging rod 40 by sliding of the washing / dehydrating tank 26 can be suppressed.

As shown in FIG. 5 (c), when the angle between the plane parallel to the side of the aquarium on the rear side of the aquarium 20 (indicated by a thin wavy line) and the rear hanging rod 40 is 0 ° Is α1, and β1 when the water tank 20 has an inclination angle of 20 °. Similarly, the angle formed between the front surface of the water tank 20 parallel to the water tank side surface (indicated by a thin wavy line) and the front hanging rod 40 is α2 when the water tank 20 has an inclination angle of 0 °, and the inclination angle of the water tank 20 When the angle is 20 °, β2. According to the above setting, when the inclination angle of the water tank 20 is 0 °, the relationship α1 = α2 is established.
Further, the angle formed between the surface parallel to the side surface of the water tank 20 and the suspension bar 40 when the water tank 20 has an inclination angle of 20 ° is smaller than that when the water tank 20 has an inclination angle of 0 °, whereas the water tank 20 The angle formed by the surface parallel to the side surface of the water tank on the rear side of the tank 20 and the suspension rod 40 is larger than when the inclination angle of the water tank 20 is 0 °.

6 and 7 show the shape of the joint portion 50 on the rear side. The basic shape of the through hole 51 formed in the joint portion 50 is a planar shape as shown in FIG. 6A and a cross-sectional shape as shown in FIG. However, as shown in FIG. 5C, it is preferable to determine the shape of the through hole 51 in consideration of the fact that the rear suspension rod 20 is more inclined with respect to the side surface of the water tank 20. An example of such a shape is shown in the plan view of FIG. 7A and the cross-sectional view of FIG. In the case of FIG. 7, the front edge of the through hole 51 in the joint 50 on the rear side of the water tub 20 is extended in the front direction from the upper side toward the lower side. That is, when the length of the upper slot is L3 and the length of the lower slot is L4, L3 <L4. By doing in this way, the freedom degree of the inclination with respect to the water tank 20 side surface of the hanging rod 40 increases, and the unnecessary contact with the hanging rod 40 and the vibration isolator 34, the outer peripheral surface of the water tank 20, and the joint part 50 can be prevented. At the same time, shaking of the suspension rod 40 due to sliding of the water tank 20 can be suppressed.
In addition, the substantially same effect is acquired by making the joint part 50 of the front side of the water tank 20 into the aspect according to this.

Next, the suspension rod introduction path 52 for introducing the suspension rod 40 into the through hole 51 of the joint portion 50 will be described. The suspension rod 40 is usually introduced into the through hole 51 through a suspension rod introduction path 52 that communicates the inside and the outside of the through hole 51 of the joint portion 50. In FIG. 4, the suspension rod introduction path 52 has already been formed in a direction different from the longitudinal direction of the through hole 51, for example, outward in the radial direction of the water tank 20. Here, another suspension rod introduction path 52 is illustrated based on the shape of the joint 50 on the front side of the water tank 20 shown in FIGS.

FIG. 8 is an example in which the suspension rod introduction path 52 has a bent shape in the middle, and FIGS. 9 and 10 are elastically deformed into the suspension rod introduction path 52 by the pressing force from the outside to the inside of the through hole 51. Narrow path portions 53 and 54 that are narrower than the diameter of the suspension rod 40 are provided. According to these, the suspension bar 40 is prevented from coming out of the suspension bar introduction path 52 even during transportation, when the water tank 20 is inclined, or when the washing / dehydrating tank slides, and the reliability of the washing machine is improved. To do.
Note that the shape of the suspension rod introduction path 52 shown in FIGS. 8 to 10 can also be applied to the joint portion 50 on the rear side of the water tank 20.
Moreover, it is preferable that the opening end portion of the suspension rod introduction path 52 is chamfered or curved to facilitate introduction of the suspension rod 40.

FIG. 11 is an explanatory view showing the relationship between the water tank 20 and the joint portion 50 protruding from the water tank 20. As in the washing machine of the present embodiment, in the washing machine that pulls up the suspension bar 40 on the rear side of the water tank 20 and tilts the water tank 20, the suspension bar 40 on the front side of the water tank 20 is on the rear side. It moves largely in the front-rear direction than the hanging rod 40 of the. In consideration of this, as shown in FIG. 11, the distance from the outer peripheral surface of the water tank 20 to the center of the through hole 51 of the joint portion 50 is such that the joint portion 50 on the rear side of the water tank 20 is closer to the water tank 20. It can be shorter than the joint 50 on the front side. That is, when the length of the rear portion is L6 and the length of the front portion is L7, L6 <L7. Thereby, a space can be secured between the housing 30 and the water tank 20 on the rear side of the water tank 20, and the housing 30 can be made compact, or the space between the housing 30 and the water tank 20 can be effectively utilized. .

FIG. 12 is an explanatory diagram showing the relationship between the positions of the joint portion 50 and the through hole 51 and the position of the suspension rod upper support portion of the housing 30. As shown in FIG. 12, the suspension rod support portion of the housing 30 (the portion with the rear movable unit 31 on the rear side of the water tank 20 and the portion with the front suspension rod upper support portion 10 on the front side of the water tank 20) It is preferable that the joint portion 50 supporting the lower portion of the joint 40 is provided at a position shifted outward from the outer peripheral surface of the water tank 20 from the center position of the corresponding through hole 51. In addition, you may install these suspension-bar support parts of the housing | casing 30 in the position shifted | deviated to the outer side with respect to the outer peripheral surface of the water tank 20 from the joint part 50, for example, the outer position of the radial direction of the water tank 20. By doing in this way, the influence of lateral force can be made small in the state which hung the water tank 20, and the water tank 20 can be maintained in the stable state.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 12, two suspension rods 40 are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the water tank 20, respectively, and the upper part of the suspension rod 20 is supported by a housing (including the rear movable unit 31). The distance Y between the two suspension rod support portions of the housing 30 corresponding to the front side of the water tank 20 is preferably wider than the distance X between the two suspension rod support portions of the housing 30 corresponding to the rear side of the water tank 20. . That is, as in the washing machine of the present embodiment, in the washing machine that raises the suspension bar 40 on the rear side of the water tank 20 and tilts the water tank 20, the upper part of the water tank 20 is largely inclined forward, At the front side, the distance between the water tank 20 and the suspension rod 40 tends to be narrowed. Therefore, by widening the distance between the two suspension rod support portions of the housing 30 corresponding to the front side of the water tank 20 in advance, the distance between the two suspension bars 40 on the front side of the water tank 20 can be increased. Even when the upper portion is inclined forward, a sufficient distance between the water tank 20 and the suspension rod 40 can be secured. As a result, it is possible to prevent the water tank 20 from coming into contact with the suspension rod 40 and the suspension rod 40 from being bent.
Further, from the above viewpoint, the interval W2 between the through holes 51 in the two joint portions 50 on the front side of the water tank 20 is set larger than the interval W1 between the through holes 51 in the two joint portions 50 on the rear side of the water tank 20. Is preferred. Even in this case, the distance between the two hanging rods 40 on the front side of the water tank 20 can be widened, and even if the upper portion of the water tank 20 is inclined forward, the distance between the water tank 20 and the hanging rod 40 is sufficiently large. Can be secured. As a result, it is possible to prevent the water tank 20 from coming into contact with the suspension rod 40 and the suspension rod 40 from being bent.

FIG. 13 is a configuration diagram showing the lower part of the water tank 20 and the vibration isolator 34 of the hanging rod 40. Here, the lower portion 20 </ b> A from the joint portion 50 of the water tank 20 has a tapered shape that narrows toward the lowermost end. Thereby, since the range which can incline without the vibration isolator 34 contacting the outer peripheral surface of the water tank 20 spreads, the water tank 20 can be inclined more largely smoothly.

14 and 15 are configuration diagrams showing the joint portion 50 and the vibration isolating portion 34 of the hanging rod 40. FIG.
FIG. 14 shows that the shape of the suspension rod introduction path 52 communicating with the through hole 51 of the joint portion 50 is a tapered shape with a wide lower portion and a narrow upper portion, thereby improving workability when the suspension rod 40 is introduced into the through hole 51. It is intended.

In FIG. 15, the joint portion 50 is provided with a plurality of ribs 50 </ b> A and 50 </ b> B to reinforce the strength of the joint portion 50. Note that these ribs are not necessarily arranged symmetrically or vertically. That is, in consideration of the inclination of the vibration isolator 34, the ribs are premised to be arranged so as not to obstruct the inclination of the vibration isolator 34. Therefore, the rib may be asymmetrical or vertically asymmetric. . For example, among the ribs constituting the joint portion 50, when the rear rib is made longer than the front rib, it is easy to avoid contact between the water tank 20 and the vibration isolator 34, and the strength can be increased.
Further, when the elastic member 42 is disposed on the outer periphery of the vibration isolator 34, when the vibration isolator 34 is inclined and the side surface thereof contacts the joint portion 50, the impact caused by the contact can be reduced. When the water tank 20 and the suspension rod 40 are swung and the water tank 20 and the vibration isolator 34 are in contact with each other, the elastic member 42 is disposed at least at a portion where they first contact due to the rocking. Thereby, while being able to prevent damage to components, vibration and noise can also be suppressed.

FIG. 16 is a schematic diagram showing a through hole 51 of the joint portion 50 and a facing portion of the vibration isolation portion 34 facing the joint portion 50. As already described, the through hole 51 of the joint portion 50 is a long hole substantially in the front-rear direction of the washing machine. When the water tank 20 is in an upright state, the suspension bar 40 is positioned at the substantially central portion of the through hole 51, and the portion of the vibration isolator 34 facing the joint portion 50 is as shown in FIG. It is in the position of the outer circular shape consisting of the solid line and the wavy line. For this reason, the opposing part with the joint part 50 of the vibration isolator 34 overlaps with the peripheral part of the through-hole 51, and the suspension bar 40 and the joint part 50 can maintain a suitable connection state.

On the other hand, depending on the inclination angle of the water tank 20, the hanging rod 40 may come to one end of the through hole 51. In that case, it is expected that the portion of the vibration isolator 34 that faces the joint portion 50 comes, for example, in the region represented by the black dots in FIG. However, even in such a case, on the other end side of the through hole 51, the portion facing the joint portion 50 of the vibration isolating portion 34 has a size that overlaps with the peripheral portion of the through hole 51. Is preferred. This is to avoid the portion of the vibration isolator 34 facing the joint portion 50 from being caught in the through hole 51.
