Description

The present invention relates to a two-stage pushbutton switch device in which a first-stage switch is first turned on by an operation of pushing a pushbutton and then a second-stage switch is turned on.

As this type of two-stage push button switch device, there is an example disclosed in Patent Document 1.

In the device disclosed in Patent Document 1, an auxiliary button is provided on the operation portion of the main button. In the first embodiment, when the auxiliary button is made of rubber, it is easily elastically deformed and is easily elastically deformed (first step). When the switch is turned on and pressed more strongly, the main button biased by the return spring moves to turn on the main contact (second stage switch).

In the second embodiment, the return spring for biasing the main button is set to have a larger biasing force than the spring for the auxiliary contact for biasing the auxiliary button. The spring is retracted to turn on the auxiliary contact (first-stage switch), and when pressed with a force greater than the urging force of the return spring, the main button moves to turn on the main contact (second-stage switch) Of structure.

In both the first embodiment and the second embodiment, the second-stage push button (main button) urged by the return spring after the first-stage push button (auxiliary button) is pushed is used as the urging force of the return spring. The second stage switch (main contact) is turned on by moving against it.
Therefore, when the second-stage push button is pressed, the force is greater than the force pushing the first-stage push button, but the drag (the urging force of the return spring) is small, so it is exceptional compared to the force pushing the first-stage push button. Big power is not required.

Therefore, the operator does not have a sense of operating the second-stage push button.
In addition, since the drag just before the second-stage pushbutton is moved is less sensitive, the second-stage pushbutton moves and it becomes ambiguous whether the second-stage switch is turned on. Although it is intended to operate only the push button, an erroneous operation contrary to the operator's intention that the second-stage push button is erroneously operated is likely to occur.

The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and the object of the present invention is to provide a two-stage pushbutton switch device that has a clear sense of operating the second-stage push button and is unlikely to cause erroneous operations. .

In order to achieve the above object, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the first-stage push button is movably supported by the first-stage support member by being urged by the urging means in the direction opposite to the pushing operation direction. The first-stage switch interposed between the first-stage push button and the first-stage support member is turned on at a predetermined relative position with respect to the first-stage support member moved by the first-stage push button being pushed. The first-stage support member is supported by the second-stage push button member, and the second-stage push button member is urged by the urging means in the direction opposite to the pushing operation direction by the second-stage support member and is movable. The second-stage switch that is supported by the magnet and attracted and held by the magnet and interposed between the second-stage pushbutton member and the second-stage support member is pressed by the second-stage pushbutton member. The magnet has been released from being attracted and moved. And a button switch device press 2-stage to be turned on at a predetermined position relative to the stage support member.

The invention according to claim 2 is the two-stage pushbutton switch device according to claim 1, wherein the first-stage support member, the first-stage pushbutton, and the first-stage switch are assembled in a small state. It is assembled to the second-stage push button member.

According to the two-stage pushbutton switch device of the first aspect, the second-stage pushbutton member is urged by the urging means in the direction opposite to the push operation direction by the second-stage support member and is movably supported. At the same time, since the second stage switch is attracted and held by the magnet at the off position, if the first stage switch is turned on by pressing the first stage push button and the second stage switch is turned on, the magnet is attracted. It is necessary to push more strongly with a force that is considerably larger than the force that pushes the first-stage push button that only needs to be released. When the adsorption by the magnet is released, the second-stage push button member suddenly loses its drag and moves at once. Thus, the second stage switch is turned on.

Accordingly, the operator can clearly feel a click feeling before and after the movement of the second-stage push button member, and there is a clear sense that the second-stage push button is operated by this click feeling.

Before and after the movement of the second-stage push button member, it is possible to clearly feel a click feeling, so that it is not ambiguous whether or not the second-stage switch is turned on.
In addition, the operator's intention is that the drag (adsorption force by the magnet) just before the movement of the second-stage push button is large, and that the intention to operate only the first-stage push button is to operate the second-stage push button by mistake. It is hard to cause an erroneous operation contrary to the above.

According to the two-stage pushbutton switch device according to claim 2, the first-stage support member, the first-stage pushbutton, and the first-stage switch are assembled to the second-stage pushbutton member in a small state. Therefore, assembly work is easy and productivity can be improved.

In addition, when the first-stage push button is operated more frequently than the second-stage push button and durability becomes a problem, the first-stage push button switch in which the first-stage push button is assembled is particularly small. It is economical because only the device can be replaced.
Furthermore, the conventional general push button switch device can be used as the first-stage push button switch device, and the cost can be reduced.

Hereinafter, an embodiment according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 1 is a top view of the two-stage pushbutton switch device 1 according to the present embodiment where no external force is applied, FIG. 2 is a bottom view, FIG. 3 is a partially omitted bottom view, and FIG. FIG. 4 shows a right side view in FIG. 4, FIG. 6 shows a right side view in a state where an external force is applied, FIG. 7 shows a perspective view partly disassembled and viewed obliquely from above, and The figure is shown in FIG. 8, and the exploded sectional view is shown in FIG.
In the present specification, in the top view of the two-stage pushbutton switch device 1 of FIG.

A large circular opening 2a is formed in the center of the resin base 2 lined with a metal plate, and the support member 3 which is a metal plate bent in a channel shape on the back side of the base 2 has a circular opening 2a. The flange portions 3Lf and 3Rf at the upper ends of the left and right side plates 3L and 3R are fixedly attached to the back surface of the base 2 so as to cover from below (see FIGS. 4, 7, 8, and 9).
8 and 9, a rectangular hole 3a is formed in the center of the bottom plate 3B of the support member 3, and cylindrical rod guide members 4 are sandwiched by the fixing member 5 from the lower surface at four corners. It is fixed and protrudes upward.

The bottom plate 3B of the support member 3 is provided with working holes 3b on the front, rear, left and right sides of the central rectangular hole 3a, respectively, and the upper surface of the bottom plate 3B has a rectangular shape outside the left and right working holes 3b, 3b. The stopper members 6 and 6 having a rectangular hole in the center are fixed.
The stopper member 6 is formed of an elastic member such as a resin member or rubber having impact resistance.
The support member 3 including the four rod guide members 4 and the base 2 as described above correspond to the second-stage support member.

Referring to FIG. 9, in a space between the bottom plate 3B of the support member 3 and the base 2, a lift button substrate 11 having a substantially flat rectangular box shape is supported so that the opening can be moved up and down downward.
That is, the rod 12 protruding downward from the four corners of the lower surface of the upper plate 11U of the box-shaped lifting button substrate 11 is a cylindrical rod guide protruding from the four corners of the bottom plate 3B of the support member 3. A compression spring 13 that is slidably fitted into each member 4 and wound around each rod 12 is interposed between the upper plate 11U of the lift button substrate 11 and the upper end surface of the cylindrical rod guide member 4. The lift button substrate 11 is supported by the four compression springs 13 so as to be lifted and lowered.

The lower ends of the left and right side plates 11L, 11R of the lift button substrate 11 urged upward by the compression spring 13 form flange portions 11Lf, 11Rf bent outward, and the flange portions 11Lf, 11Rf are the bottom plate 3B of the support member 3. It is located above the stopper members 6 and 6 fixed on the upper surface, and when it is lowered, it comes into contact with the stopper members 6 and 6 to restrict the lowering.
The lift button substrate 11 is made of non-magnetic metal, and ferromagnetic metal magnetic plates 14 and 14 are fixed to the upper surfaces of the left and right flange portions 11Lf and 11Rf, respectively.

Above the left and right flange portions 11Lf and 11Rf, brackets 7 and 7 bent in an L shape are attached to the lower surface of the base 2 with one side piece fixed, and the other side pieces of the brackets 7 and 7 are made of metal. The magnetic plates 14 and 14 are suspended above the magnetic plates 14 and 14, and the magnets 8 and 8 are fixed to the suspended portions of the brackets 7 and 7.

Therefore, the lift button substrate 11 can be moved up and down in the vertical range in which the left and right flange portions 11Lf and 11Rf are restricted by the lower stopper members 6 and 6 and the upper magnets 8 and 8 and is moved upward by the compression spring 13. When energized and in the upper position, the metal magnetic plates 14 and 14 fixed to the flange portions 11Lf and 11Rf are attracted to the upper magnets 8 and 8, respectively.
A large rectangular opening 11a is formed at the center of the upper plate 11U of the lift button substrate 11.

An annular resin second stage push button member 15 is fixed to the upper plate 11U of the lift button substrate 11.
Although the outer peripheral surface of the second-stage push button member 15 forms a circumferential surface, the inner peripheral surface forms a rectangular hole 15a with four corners (see FIG. 7).

The outer diameter of the second-stage push button member 15 is substantially equal to the inner diameter of the circular opening 2a of the base 2, and a flange 15f extends to the lower part of the outer circumferential surface, and is fixed to the upper plate 11U of the lift button substrate 11. The second-stage push button member 15 can be inserted into the circular opening 2a of the base 2 from below, and the flange 15f can be brought into contact with the lower opening end face of the base 2 to be fitted.

When the metal magnetic plates 14 and 14 of the flange portions 11Lf and 11Rf of the lift button substrate 11 are attracted to the magnets 8 and 8 and the lift button substrate 11 is supported at the upper position, the second-stage push button member 15 is the flange. 15f is brought into contact with the lower opening end face of the base 2 and fitted into the circular opening 2a.
Therefore, the second-stage push button member 15 partially protruding upward from the circular opening 2a of the base 2 is pushed downward by receiving external force from above, and the adsorption of the metal magnetic plates 14, 14 by the magnets 8, 8 is solved. Then, the second-stage push button member 15 is lowered against the compression spring 13 integrally with the lift button substrate 11.

A switch actuating plate 18a of a second-stage switch 18 is projected from a predetermined position in the center of the front side plate 11F of the front and rear side plates 11F and 11B of the lift button substrate 11, and a base is provided in front of the center of the front side plate 11F. The support bracket 9 fixed to the lower surface of the base plate 2 is suspended. A transmissive optical sensor 18b is attached to the rear surface of the support bracket 9 at a predetermined position, and the switch actuating plate 18a and the optical sensor 18b switch the second stage switch. 18 is composed.

That is, the optical sensor 18b of the second-stage switch 18 is configured so that the projector and the light receiver are opposed to each other on the left and right, and the switch operating plate 18a that is lowered integrally when the lift button substrate 11 is lowered is provided between the light projector and the light receiver. The light receiving device does not sense light by intervening and blocking light, and this state is the ON state of the second stage switch 18, and when the other lift button board 11 is in the upper position, the switch operation plate 18a is above the position between the projector and the light receiver and does not block the light and the light receiver senses the light. This state is the OFF state of the second-stage switch 18.
As described above, the second-stage pushbutton switch device 10 is configured on the base 2.

Screw through holes 15b are formed in the front, rear, left and right of the second-stage push button member 15, and the screw through holes 15b are configured such that the inner diameter of the upper half is slightly larger.
A screw through hole 11b is also formed in the upper plate 11U of the lift button substrate 11 facing the screw through hole 15b, and the bottom plate 3B of the support member 3 is formed in the front, rear, left and right screw through holes 15b and 11b. The work holes 3b formed on the front, rear, left and right are opposed to each other.

A first-stage push button switch device 30 is attached to a second-stage push button member 15 partially protruding above the circular opening 2 a of the base 2.
Referring to FIG. 9, the first-stage support member 31 made of resin in the first-stage pushbutton switch device 30 has an upper opening end of the cylindrical guide portion 31a that extends greatly in the outer peripheral radial direction to form a hollow disc portion 31b. The outer ring guide portion 31c protrudes upward from the outer peripheral edge of the hollow disc portion 31b.

A micro switch, which is a first-stage switch 34, is detachably attached to the lower end of the cylindrical guide portion 31a of the first-stage support member 31, and the operation pin 34a of the first-stage switch 34 is movable up and down from a predetermined position. The first stage switch 34 is turned on when the operating pin 34a is pushed downward and lowered, and is otherwise in the off state.

The first stage push button 32 made of resin that is supported by the first stage support member 31 so as to be movable up and down has a cylindrical part 32a that is slidably fitted to the cylindrical guide part 31a of the first stage support member 31. The upper opening end of the cylindrical portion 32a extends greatly in the outer peripheral diameter direction to form a hollow disc portion 32b, and a pair of leg portions 32c and 32c are downwardly facing from the portion facing the lower opening end of the cylindrical portion 32a. It is extended.

The lower ends of the leg portions 32c, 32c are bent outward to form locking pieces 32d, 32d.
Further, spring receiving pieces 32e, 32e are formed so as to protrude inward from the upper positions of the leg portions 32c, 32c.
The upper part of the hollow disc portion 32b is covered with a dome-shaped operation lid member 32f.

The first-stage push button 32 as described above has the cylindrical guide portion of the first-stage support member 31 such that the pair of leg portions 32c, 32c are elastically deformed inward so that the locking pieces 32d, 32d at the tip are brought closer to each other. When it is inserted into 31a from above, the pair of leg portions 32c, 32c is elastically restored when the locking pieces 32d, 32d at the tip come out from the lower end opening of the cylindrical guide portion 31a, and the locking pieces 32d, 32d are cylindrical. It can be locked to the lower end opening end face of the guide portion 31a.

Referring to FIG. 9, the upper surface of the case of the first-stage switch 34 attached to the lower end of the cylindrical guide portion 31a of the first-stage support member 31 and the inside of the pair of legs 32c, 32c of the first-stage push button 32 are projected. When the compression spring 35 is interposed between the spring receiving pieces 32e and 32e, the first-stage push button 32 is urged upward by the compression spring 35, and the locking pieces 32d and 32d become the lower end opening end face of the cylindrical guide portion 31a. At this time, the hollow disc portion 32b of the first-stage push button 32 forms a gap above the hollow disc portion 31b and fits into the outer ring guide portion 31c. Match.
At the same time, one locking piece 32d locked to the lower end opening end face of the cylindrical guide portion 31a protrudes above the first-stage switch 34 and is in contact with the upper end of the operating pin 34a in the OFF state.

Therefore, when the operation lid member 32f of the first-stage push button 32 is pushed, the first-stage push button switch device 30 is moved down against the urging force of the compression spring 35, The stop 32d pushes the operating pin 34a to turn on the first-stage switch 34. When the first-stage push button 32 is released, the first-stage push button 32 returns upward and the first-stage switch 34 is released. Is turned off.
The urging force of the compression spring 35 is much smaller than the attractive force of the metal magnetic plate 14 by the magnet 8 of the second-stage pushbutton switch device 10.

A male screw 31d is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical guide portion 31a of the first-stage support member 31 of the first-stage pushbutton switch device 30, and a metal is formed on the lower surface of the hollow disc portion 31b of the first-stage support member 31. A hollow disc mounting member 40 made of plastic is attached, and a nut member 42 made of resin is screwed together with a male screw 31d on the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical guide portion 31a via a washer member 41, so that the hollow disc mounting member 40 is hollow. Tighten it so that it is sandwiched between the lower surfaces of the disk portions 31b.

The hollow disk mounting member 40 has a larger outer diameter than the hollow disk part 31b, and a cylindrical mounting boss part 40b in which female threads are engraved on the front, rear, left and right of the outer peripheral part protruding from the hollow disk part 31b. Is formed.
The front, rear, left and right mounting boss portions 40b correspond to screw through holes 15b drilled in the front, rear, left and right of the second stage push button member 15 of the second stage push button switch device 10.

A resin-made spacer 43 having a bottomed cylindrical shape having a circular hole in the center of the bottom wall allows the cylindrical guide portion 31a to pass through the circular hole from below the first-stage support member 31, so that the cylindrical portion is a washer member 41 and a nut. The member 42 is accommodated inside and attached to the lower surface of the hollow disk mounting member 40.
The inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion of the spacer 43 forms a circumferential surface, and the outer peripheral surface is fitted into a rectangular hole 15a that is edged at the four corners of the second-stage push button member 15 of the second-stage push button switch device 10. A rectangular surface with four corners is formed.

Accordingly, the first-stage pushbutton switch device 30 in a state where the first-stage pushbutton 32 and the first-stage switch 34 are assembled in the first-stage support member 31 is replaced with the second-stage pushbutton switch apparatus 10. To assemble the push button member 15, the hollow disk mounting member 40 is fixed to the first-stage push button switch device 30 by the nut member 42 through the washer member 41, and the spacer 43 is attached to the lower surface of the hollow disk mounting member 40. In the attached state, as shown in FIGS. 7 to 9, it is attached to the second-stage push button member 15 from above.

The first-stage switch 34 attached to the lower end of the cylindrical guide portion 31a of the first-stage pushbutton switch device 30 and projecting downward is inserted into the rectangular hole 15a of the second-stage pushbutton member 15 and the rectangular hole 11a of the lift button board 11. A spacer 43 attached to the lower surface of the hollow disk mounting member 40 is inserted into the rectangular hole 15a of the second-stage push button member 15, and the outer periphery of the hollow disk mounting member 40 is moved to the second-stage push button. It contacts the annular end surface of the member 15.
At this time, the front, rear, left and right mounting boss portions 40b are fitted into the upper half portion having the large diameter of the corresponding screw through hole 15b of the second-stage push button member 15.

Then, the screw 45 is inserted from the front, rear, left and right working holes 3b of the support member 3 so as to pass through the screw through hole 11b of the lift button board 11 and the screw through hole 15b of the second-stage push button member 15 and attached to the hollow disk. The second stage push button member 15 is sandwiched and fixed between the lift button board 11 and the hollow disk mounting member 40 by being screwed into the screw hole of the mounting boss 40b of the member 40 and tightened, and the second stage The hollow disk mounting member 40 is fixed to the push button member 15 and the first-stage push button switch device 30 is mounted.

The movement of the two-stage pushbutton switch device 1 assembled in this way will be described below with reference to the sectional views of FIGS.
FIG. 10 is a sectional view when no external force is applied to the two-stage pushbutton switch device 1, and the metal magnetic plate 14 fixed to the lift button substrate 11 in the second-stage pushbutton switch device 10 is attracted to the magnet 8. The second stage push button member 15 is held in the upper position, the second stage switch 18 is in the OFF state, and the first stage push button switch device 30 attached to the second stage push button member 15 is pushed. The button 32 is biased by the compression spring 35 and is in the upper position, and the first stage switch 34 is in the OFF state.

When the first stage push button 32 is pressed, the first stage push button 32 first descends against the compression spring 35 and pushes the operating pin 34a of the first stage switch 34 as shown in FIG. Turn on the first stage switch 34.
Further, even if the first stage push button 32 is pressed, the metal magnetic plate 14 is unsucked by the magnet 8 of the second stage push button switch device 10 with a pressing force slightly exceeding the urging force of the compression spring 35. The second-stage push button member 15 is held at the upper position, and the second-stage switch 18 is in the OFF state.

By pushing the first-stage push button 32 with a force that is significantly larger than the force that moved the first-stage push button 32, the first-stage push button 32 is moved from the first-stage push button 32 to the lift button substrate 11 via the spacer 43 or the like. The transmitted large pressing force can release the adsorption of the metal magnetic plate 14 by the magnet 8, and the second-stage push button member 15 moves down against the compression spring 13 together with the lift button substrate 11 as shown in FIG. Then, the descending switch operating plate 18a blocks the light of the optical sensor 18b, and the second stage switch 18 is turned on.

When the adsorption of the metal magnetic plate 14 by the magnet 8 is released, the drag force is suddenly lost (the urging force of the compression spring 13 is considerably smaller than the adsorption force of the magnet 8), and the second-stage push button member 15 is lowered at a stroke. Therefore, there is a clear click feeling before and after the movement of the second-stage push button member 15, and the operator can clearly feel this click feeling.
The raised / lowered button substrate 11 is stopped when the left and right flange portions 11Lf and 11Rf abut against the stopper members 6 and 6.

When the pressing of the first-stage push button 32 is released, the lifting button substrate 11 and the second-stage push button member 15 are raised by the urging force of the compression spring 13, the second-stage switch 18 is turned off, and the metal magnetic plate 14 is turned into the magnet 8 Further, the first-stage push button 32 is raised by the urging force of the compression spring 35 to turn off the first-stage switch 34 and return to the state shown in FIG.

As described above, when the second-stage pushbutton member 15 is operated in the operation of the first-stage pushbutton 32, there is a clear click feeling, so it is ambiguous whether or not the second-stage switch 18 is turned on. It will never become.
In addition, the drag (adsorption force by the magnet 8) just before the movement of the second-stage pushbutton member 15 is large, and the intention to operate only the first-stage pushbutton 32 is to operate the second-stage pushbutton member 15 by mistake. It is difficult for an erroneous operation contrary to the operator's intention to occur.

Since the first-stage push button switch device 30 is assembled in a small state, it is assembled to the second-stage push button member 15, so that the assembling work is simple and the productivity can be improved.
Further, when the first-stage push button 32 is operated more frequently than the second-stage push button member 15 and durability becomes a problem, the first-stage push button 32 is a small one-piece. Only the push button switch device 30 can be replaced, which is economical.
Furthermore, the conventional general push button switch device can be used as the first-stage push button switch device, and the cost can be reduced.

In this embodiment, the magnets 8 and 8 are provided on the fixed side of the base 2, and the metal magnetic plates 14 and 14 adsorbed thereto are fixed to the lifting and lowering side of the lifting and lowering button substrate 11. A metal magnetic plate may be disposed on the fixed side on the ascending / descending side.
In addition, the second-stage switch 18 is an automatic return contact that is in an on state while being pushed and turned off when released, but the contact state at the time of the push operation is maintained even if released after the push operation. Therefore, it is good also as a residual contact which the state of a contact changes whenever it push-operates.

The two-stage pushbutton switch device 1 can be used by pressing lightly when only the first-stage pushbutton 32 is pushed, and slowly pushing the first-stage pushbutton 32 when operating up to the second-stage pushbutton member 15. It is effective to push as if hitting, and it is possible to reliably prevent erroneous operation by properly using this light pressing and pressing like hitting.

The two-stage push button switch device 1 can be applied to a shutter button of a camera in which an image is recorded by pressing the button halfway and the image is recorded by pressing the button halfway. It is possible to prevent misoperation and improve usability.
In addition to those provided with a push button that is half-pressed in this way, the present invention can be applied to operation buttons of game machines that use light presses and taps that are used for hitting.

In addition, as described in Patent Document 1, the corresponding actuator indicator is turned on by the first-stage push button (auxiliary button) and the actuator is operated by the second-stage push button (main button). .
