Abstract
【解決手段】内燃エンジン7により駆動される入力軸2と、変速機3に接続された出力軸4と、モータ5により駆動されつつ前記出力軸4と同軸に延設された中間軸6とを備えて成り、前記入力軸2及び前記中間軸6が第1のクラッチK1を介して互いに接離されるハイブリッド原動機を備えた車両のツインクラッチ装置において、前記中間軸6及び前記出力軸4を第2のクラッチK2を介して互いに接離させる。

Description
本発明は上記問題に鑑みてなされたもので、その目的とする処は、従来に比してコンパクト化を図ったツインクラッチ装置を提供することにある。

Claims (13)
- 内燃エンジン(7)により駆動される入力軸(2)と、
変速機(3)に接続された出力軸(4)と、
モータ(5)により駆動されつつ前記出力軸(4)と同軸に延設された中間軸(6)と
を備えて成り、前記入力軸(2)及び前記中間軸(6)が第1のクラッチ(K1)を介して互いに接離されるハイブリッド原動機を備えた車両のツインクラッチ装置において、
前記中間軸(6)及び前記出力軸(4)を第2のクラッチ(K2)を介して互いに接離させることを特徴とするツインクラッチ装置。 - 前記入力軸(2)及び前記出力軸(4)を互いに同軸に設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のツインクラッチ装置。
- 前記ハイブリッド原動機をパラレル型として構成し、前記内燃エンジン(7)及び前記モータ(5)を、それらのうち何れかが動作するだけでなく、共にこれらのトルクを前記変速機(3)へ伝達することができるよう構成したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のツインクラッチ装置。
- 前記内燃エンジン(7)のみが作動する駆動状態において、前記第1及び第2のクラッチ(K1,K2)を接続状態とするとともに、前記モータ(5)を非作動状態とすることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のツインクラッチ装置。
- 前記モータ(5)のみが作動する駆動状態において、前記第1のクラッチ(K1)のみを接続状態とすることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のツインクラッチ装置。
- 前記内燃エンジン(7)のみが作動する駆動状態において、前記第1のクラッチ(K1)を接続状態とするとともに、前記モータ(5)を蓄電手段への充電のための発電機として機能させることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のツインクラッチ装置。
- 前記内燃エンジン(7)及び前記モータ(5)が共に作動する駆動状態において、前記第1及び第2のクラッチ(K1,K2)を接続状態とし、前記内燃エンジン(7)及び前記モータ(5)の両トルクにより前記出力軸(4)を駆動させることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のツインクラッチ装置。
- 前記出力軸(4)と同軸に前記変速機(3)方向へ延びるギヤ軸(8)を設けるとともに、該ギヤ軸(8)と前記モータ(5)の間に第3のクラッチ(K3)を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載のツインクラッチ装置。
- 前記出力軸(4)に前記変速機(3)の第1のギヤグループ(9)を設けるとともに、前記中間軸(6)に前記変速機(3)の第2のギヤグループ(10)を設けたことを特徴とする請求項8記載のツインクラッチ装置。
- 前記内燃エンジン(7)のみが作動する駆動状態において、前記第1のギヤグループ(9)における何れかのギヤを駆動する場合には前記第1及び第2のクラッチ(K1,K2)のみを接続状態とする一方、前記第2のギヤグループ(10)における何れかのギヤを駆動する場合には前記第1及び第3のクラッチ(K1,K3)のみを接続状態とすることを特徴とする請求項9記載のツインクラッチ装置。
- 前記モータ(5)のみが作動する駆動状態において、前記第1のギヤグループ(9)における何れかのギヤを駆動する場合には前記第2のクラッチ(K2)のみを接続状態とする一方、前記第2のギヤグループ(10)における何れかのギヤを駆動する場合には前記第3のクラッチ(K3)のみを接続状態とすることを特徴とする請求項9記載のツインクラッチ装置。
- 前記出力軸(4)を前記モータ(5)を通って該モータ(5)と同軸に延設したことを特徴とする請求項1〜11の何れか1項に記載のツインクラッチ装置。
- 請求項1〜12の何れかに記載のツインクラッチ装置を備えて構成したことを特徴とする車両。
