Abstract
【解決手段】内側部材2に装着される内輪13と、外側部材6に装着される外輪14と、該外輪14と内輪13との間に配置される多数の転動体15とを有する軸受10と、上記内側部材2から上記内輪13に伝達される軸方向力Fが所定値以上になると、該軸方向力Fを内輪13から外側部材6に伝達する伝達方向転換手段Aを備える。

Description
上記内側部材又は外側部材から上記内輪又は外輪に伝達される軸方向力が所定値以上になると、該軸方向力を内輪から外側部材に又は外輪から内側部材に伝達する伝達方向転換手段を備えたことを特徴する軸受ユニットである。
図1〜図5は本発明の第1実施形態に係る軸受ユニットを備えた工作機械の主軸装置を説明するための図である。

Claims (5)
- 内側部材に装着される内輪と、外側部材に装着される外輪と、該外輪と内輪との間に配置される多数の転動体とを有する軸受と、
上記内側部材又は外側部材から上記内輪又は外輪に伝達される軸方向力が所定値以上になると、該軸方向力を内輪から外側部材に又は外輪から内側部材に伝達する伝達方向転換手段とを
備えたことを特徴とする軸受ユニット。 - 請求項1において、上記内側部材は回転軸であり、上記外側部材はハウジングであり、上記伝達方向転換手段は、回転軸側に配置され内輪の軸方向移動を規制する内輪間座と、ハウジング側に配置され外輪の軸方向移動を規制する外輪間座とを備え、内輪に作用する軸方向力が所定値以上になると上記内輪,外輪,転動体と内輪間座の弾性変形量が、上記内輪が外輪間座に当接する大きさとなるよう構成されていることを特徴とする軸受ユニット。
- 請求項1において、上記内側部材は固定軸であり、上記外側部材は回転筒体で
あり、上記伝達方向転換手段は、固定軸側に配置され内輪の軸方向移動を規制する内輪間座と、回転筒体側に配置され外輪の軸方向移動を規制する外輪間座とを備え、外輪に作用する軸方向力が所定値以上になると上記の内輪,外輪,転動体と外輪間座の弾性変形量が、上記外輪が内輪間座に当接する大きさとなるよう構成されていることを特徴とする軸受ユニット。 - 請求項1に記載の軸受を2組有し、該両軸受の間に請求項2に記載の内輪間座と外輪間座とからなる伝達方向転換手段が配置されていることを特徴とする軸受ユニット。
- 先端部に装着された工具を回転駆動する主軸と、該主軸内に配置され、上記工具の主軸先端部へのクランプ,アンクランプを行うドローバーユニットと、上記主軸を支持するハウジングと、該ハウジングと上記主軸との間に配置された請求項2又は4に記載の軸受ユニットとを備えたことを特徴とする工作機械の主軸装置。
