Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a varnish treatment method in which a coil mounted on a stator core is impregnated with varnish.
Conventionally, a varnish treatment in which an insulating varnish is impregnated and cured for the purpose of fixing the coil and radiating the coil over the entire area between the coils mounted on the stator core has been performed. As this type of technique, for example, a dripping impregnation method described in
However, in the processing method described in
This invention is made in view of the said situation, The objective is to provide the varnish processing method which can shorten the processing time of a varnish and can prevent the impregnation dispersion | variation of the varnish with respect to a coil.
In order to achieve the above object, according to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a varnish treatment method in which a coil mounted on a stator core is impregnated with a varnish. Holding and injecting varnish from the upper surface of the upper coil end that protrudes from the upper end surface of the stator core of the coil, and the varnish that flows into the upper coil end from below the upper end of the coil protrudes from the lower end surface of the stator core of the coil. The first supply step of supplying varnish while controlling the supply amount so as to gel before reaching the outside of the side coil end, and the interval more than the time when the varnish supplied last in the first supply step gels After the reversing step of reversing the stator core on which the coil is mounted and after the reversing step, gelation starts in the first supply step Impregnated with varnish to the vicinity of a position to control the supply amount so gelation begins with the spirit to include a second supply step of supplying a varnish.
According to the configuration of the above invention, in the first supply step, the varnish is injected from the upper surface of the upper coil end of the coil in the stator core held in a posture in which the coil end of the coil mounted on the stator core is vertically moved, and the upper coil end The supply amount of the varnish is controlled so that the varnish flowing down from above to the bottom gels before reaching the outside of the lower coil end. Thereafter, in the reversing step, the stator core on which the coil is mounted is reversed at an interval equal to or longer than the time during which the varnish last supplied in the first supplying step is gelled. Thereafter, in the second supply step, the supply amount of the varnish is controlled so that the gelation starts after the varnish is impregnated to the vicinity of the position where the gelation has started in the first supply step after the inversion step. Therefore, by injecting the varnish from the upper surface of the upper coil end, the effects of capillary permeation and gravity permeation are obtained, and the varnish quickly impregnates and flows down from the upper coil end toward the lower side. Also, as each process progresses, the varnish is gelled while being sequentially filled, and the varnish stops flowing while being filled from the liquid state in a short time, so that a stable impregnation state is obtained, and the stator core is reversed. Spattering and outflow of varnish can be suppressed during transport and transport.
In order to achieve the above object, according to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the present invention, the supply amount of varnish per hour is temporarily reduced and then increased in the middle of the first supply step. The purpose is that.

According to the configuration of the invention described above, in addition to the action of the invention of the first aspect, the supply amount of the varnish is increased at a stroke, so that a large amount of varnish is injected into the upper coil end from the beginning to the lower coil end. As a result, the impregnation will flow down quickly. Moreover, since the supply amount of the varnish supplied previously decreases once, the varnish supplied previously is not pushed by the varnish supplied later. Furthermore, since the varnish supplied later gradually decreases the supply amount at the end, it is easy to adjust the supply with respect to the total supply amount to be supplied in the first supply step.

On the other hand, it is intended that the total supply amount of varnish when it is gradually increased and then gradually decreased is set to 1/2 or less.

[First Embodiment]
Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the varnish treatment method of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a sectional view showing a schematic shape of a
FIG. 2 is a perspective view illustrating a schematic stator in which a coil end portion is simplified in order to explain the coil configuration of the
Next, a varnish treatment method for impregnating the
The

Next, before moving to step 2, the first seal is performed. That is, the inner peripheral side surface and the outer peripheral side surface of the

For each of the
Thereafter, in
FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing a schematic configuration of the
By injecting the varnish from the upper surface of the

In this embodiment, as described above, a highly cured varnish is obtained by mixing the two liquid reaction materials immediately before injection. As the two-liquid reaction material, for example, a thermosetting resin and a catalyst are combined. The two liquid reaction materials are metered with a metering pump and metered in advance at the required blending ratio. For example, as a necessary blending ratio, the mass ratio of the thermosetting resin and the catalyst can be set to “100: 1 to 5”. FIG. 7 is a graph showing the viscosity characteristics of the varnish. The varnish used in this embodiment is set so that the gel time is “60 seconds or less” when injected at a temperature of “120 ° C.”. The meaning that the gelation time is “60 seconds or less” means that in the
In the first supply step, the varnish is subjected to a gelation reaction during the injection of the varnish, so that the varnish impregnated in the

Next, before moving to step 4, a second seal is performed. That is, this time, the inner and outer circumferences of the
Then, in

That is, in this embodiment, in the varnish treatment method of impregnating the
Here, the varnish supply pattern by the varnish treatment method described above is shown by a graph in FIG. In this graph, the horizontal axis represents time (seconds), and the vertical axis represents total injection rate (g / second) which is the total supply amount of varnish per hour. As can be seen from this graph, the first supply process is performed between times t1 and t5, the inversion process is performed between times t6 and t7, and the second process is performed between times t8 and t10 after the inversion process. The supply process is implemented.
In the first supply step, the varnish injection rate is temporarily reduced and then increased in the middle. More specifically, the injection rate of the varnish is first increased at a time at time t1, maintained at a constant rate between times t1 and t2, and once decreased between times t2 and t3, and thereafter It increases at a time at time t3, maintains a constant speed between times t3 and t4, and then gradually decreases between times t4 and t5. That is, in this first supply step, the varnish injection is divided into two parts, the first half and the second half, with the rest time TK interposed therebetween. In this embodiment, the total supply amount of varnish in the second half period (time t3 to t5) is halved with respect to the total supply amount of varnish in the first half period (time t1 to t2). Here, the pause time TK is set to be one third or more of the gelation time TG set for the cure condition, and the sum of the first half of the injection time T1 and the pause time TK is larger than the gelation time TG. Has been. In this way, the suspending time TK is provided in the middle of the first supply process, and the varnish injection is temporarily stopped, so that it is not pushed by the varnish injected in the latter half, and the osmotic flow rate of the varnish is rapidly decelerated. The varnish injected in the first half is made to be gelled to some extent so as not to vary. As a result, the position of the weir formed when the varnish injected in the first half reaches the gelation time TG is more stable in the first supply step, for example, without controlling the special temperature and reaction time. To be able to control.
Thereafter, the period from time t5 to t8 is a time for stopping the supply of varnish, but the inversion process is performed between times t6 to t7 in the middle of the suspension time. This inversion process is completed before the second supply process is started.
Thereafter, in the second supply step, the varnish injection rate is first increased at a time t8, maintained at a constant rate from time t8 to t9, and then gradually decreased from time t9 to t10. Yes. In this embodiment, the total supply amount of varnish in the first supply step is about 2/3 of the total supply amount, and the total supply amount of varnish in the second supply step is the remainder (about 1/3) of the total supply amount. Yes.
According to the varnish processing method of this embodiment described above, the
Further, according to this embodiment, during the first supply step, the supply amount of varnish per hour, that is, the injection rate of varnish is once decreased and then increased. Therefore, since the total supply amount of the varnish supplied first decreases once, the varnish supplied first is not pushed by the varnish supplied later. For this reason, in the 1st supply process, the gelation start position of a varnish can be set up stably.
In particular, in this embodiment, in the first supply step, the varnish injection rate is first increased at a stretch, once decreased during the process, and then gradually increased and then gradually decreased. In particular, in this embodiment, the total supply amount of varnish that is first increased and then once decreased, and then gradually increased and then gradually decreased is halved. Therefore, since the supply amount of the varnish is increased at a stroke, a large amount of varnish is injected into the
Furthermore, according to this embodiment, in the second supply step, the varnish injection rate is first increased at a stroke and then gradually decreased. Accordingly, since the supply amount of the varnish is increased at a stroke, a large amount of varnish is injected into the
Further, in this embodiment, most of the varnish of about 2/3 of the total supply amount is supplied in the first supply process, and a small amount of varnish of about 1/3 that is the remainder of the total supply amount is supplied in the second supply process. Since it is supplied, the time required for gelation of the varnish supplied in the second supply step is shortened. For this reason, the standby time from the second supply step to the completion of the varnish treatment can be shortened.
[Second Embodiment]
Next, a second embodiment that embodies the varnish treatment method of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
The second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in terms of the varnish supply pattern. In FIG. 11, the varnish supply pattern in this embodiment is shown by the graph according to FIG. As can be seen from this graph, the first supply process is performed between times t1 and t4, the inversion process is performed between times t5 and t6, and the second process is performed between times t7 and t9 after the inversion process. The supply process is implemented.
In the first supply step, the varnish injection rate is first increased at a time at time t1 and gradually decreased from time t3 to time t4. In this respect, the first supply process is different from the first embodiment in which varnish injection is performed by dividing the first supply process into two parts, the first half and the second half, with the pause time TK interposed therebetween. Further, in this embodiment, the time between time t1 and time t3 at which the varnish is increased at a stroke and then injected at a constant rate is set to be longer than the varnish gelling time TG.
Thereafter, the time period from t4 to t7 is a time period during which the supply of the varnish is stopped. The inversion process is performed between the time points t5 and t6 in the middle of the stop time period. This inversion process is completed before the start of the second supply process.
Thereafter, in the second supply step, the varnish injection rate is first increased at a time at time t7, maintained at a constant rate between times t7 and t8, and then gradually decreased between times t8 and t9. Yes.
Therefore, according to the varnish treatment method of this embodiment, since the supply amount of varnish is increased at a stroke, a large amount of varnish is injected into the
Also in this embodiment, in the second supply step, the varnish injection rate is increased at a stroke and then gradually decreased. Therefore, a large amount of varnish is injected into the
