Description

The present invention relates to a game board surface decorative component for decorating a game board surface such as a pachinko machine.

The light emission mode is controlled so as to be turned on, turned off, or blinked so as to enhance the effect effect during the game.
This type of decorative part is basically composed of a lens member arranged so that light is irradiated from the back side. Conventionally, there has been proposed a decorative part that enables a plurality of types of decorative effects. (See Patent Document 1).
JP 2004-329847 A

According to the above prior art, decorative parts emit light in a plurality of types of colors and patterns, and a plurality of decorative effects can be obtained. However, since two independent lens members are used, the number of parts is increased, and the management thereof is also performed. It became complicated. Moreover, at the time of attachment, in addition to positioning at the attachment position, the outer shapes of the two lens members have to be matched, which makes it difficult to handle as a whole.
The object of the present invention is that a plurality of decorative effects can be obtained with a single member, the number of parts can be reduced, parts management is facilitated, and the work at the time of installation is simply positioning at the mounting position. It is to provide an easy-to-handle game board surface decoration part.

Means for solving the above problems will be described below.
Each means is classified into sections, each section is given a number, and the number of other sections is quoted as necessary. This is for facilitating the understanding of the present invention, and the technical features described in the present specification are not limited to those described in the following sections.
Of the following means, (1) corresponds to claim 1 and (2) corresponds to claim 2. In each means, the operation and the like will be described as necessary.

(1) Consisting of a single member, the light irradiated from the back side is transmitted and presents a light emitting surface on the front side, and a concavity and convexity group defining the light emission form by the transmitted light from the back side on the light emitting surface is on the back side. A gaming board surface decoration component comprising a plurality of formed light transmission portions, and the plurality of light transmission portions being arranged on a surface having a step in the front-rear direction.
The single member is, for example, a single member (integral molded product) made of synthetic resin having translucency, and may be colored or uncolored. If it is a single member, it is good also considering the boundary part and outline part of a some light transmissive part as a light-shielding part.

The type and structure of the irradiation light source (light emission source) from the back side does not constitute the present invention, and therefore any irradiation light source may be used, but a small, high-intensity light source such as an LED is preferable. In particular, if a full-color LED is used, the emission color itself can be switched, and the effects on the light-emitting surface become richer.
The irradiation light source is preferably provided on a one-to-one basis with the plurality of light transmission parts. In this case, for convenience of mounting, the plurality of irradiation light sources are generally provided side by side on the plane of one common substrate (member) arranged to face the back side of the decorative component of the present invention. . Therefore, each distance from the light transmission part of the decorative part of the present invention to the irradiation light source opposed to the light transmission part is different by the level difference between the plurality of light transmission parts. For this reason, even if LEDs having the same specification (emission intensity: luminance) are used for a plurality of irradiation light sources, the illuminance on the back surface of each light transmission part is different, but the brightness on the front surface (light emission surface) of each light transmission part is It is also possible to make them substantially equal depending on the setting of the concavo-convex group that defines the light emission form.

Here, according to the setting of the concavo-convex group that defines the light emission form, the size of the bright spot by the transmitted light and / or the density of the bright spot distribution, etc. It is possible to appropriately adjust the way the light shines, such as the light pattern woven by the distribution. Therefore, the brightness of the front surface of the light transmissive part is almost the same while the distance from the irradiation light source to the light transmissive part is varied by adjusting the way of light on the front surface of the light transmissive part, for example, adjusting the light pattern according to the setting of the unevenness group. It is also possible to take the form of light emission that is the same but the light pattern is different. In addition, the brightness in front of each light transmission part does not necessarily need to be the same. Further, it is not necessary to align all the positions of the light transmission parts in parallel.
There is a step in the front and back direction between the plurality of light transmission parts, and a three-dimensional decoration is performed by itself, and the decoration effect is higher than a game board surface decoration part using a plurality of planar members as in the prior art. Become.

(2) The game board surface decorative component according to (1), wherein the uneven group is formed by chamfering at a desired angle with respect to each uneven part constituting the uneven group.
The chamfered shape in the item (2) is mainly given by lens cutting. If the type of lens cutting is selected, the light pattern can be changed variously, and a plurality of decorative effects can be obtained in a plurality of light transmitting portions.
(3) The game board surface decorative component according to (1) or (2), wherein a relief is given to the front surface of the light transmission portion.
The relief is not free from the light transmitting part. All components, including relief, are made of a single piece. In particular, according to the synthetic resin molding, it is very easy to form a single member including the relief.
(4) The gaming board surface decorative component according to (1), (2), or (3), wherein the light transmitting portion has a step in the front and back direction on the front side.
The above step is at most smaller than the step between the plurality of light transmitting portions, and is basically a slight step such that the thickness of a part of the specific light transmitting portion is larger (or smaller) than the thickness of other portions. It is. Such a step can also be formed very easily by synthetic resin molding.
The step between the plurality of light transmitting portions may be a size about the diameter of the game ball, for example, because the side wall connecting the steps may be used as a guide for the game ball. The steps in the item (4) are basically not considered for use as such a guide.

According to the invention described in item (1), a plurality of decorative effects can be obtained with a single member, the number of parts can be reduced, and therefore parts management becomes easy. It is possible to provide an easy-to-handle game board surface decoration component that only requires positioning to a position.
According to the invention as described in the item (2), various light emission forms can be defined for each of the plurality of light transmitting portions, and a plurality of decorative effects with different light patterns and the like can be obtained.
According to the invention described in the item (3), a certain decorative effect can be obtained even in a state where there is no light irradiation from the back side.
According to the invention described in item (4), as in the invention described in item (3), a certain decorative effect can be obtained even in the absence of light irradiation from the back side. Further, in the state where there is light irradiation from the back side, the light emission form, for example, the brightness can be slightly changed in the region even though the light transmission part is the same.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In addition, the same code | symbol shows the same or an equivalent part between each figure.
1 and 2 are perspective views showing an embodiment of a game board surface decorative component according to the present invention. FIG. 1 is a front view and FIG. 2 is a rear view. FIG. 3 is an enlarged back view of the game board surface decorative component.
A game board surface decorative component (hereinafter abbreviated as a decorative member) 1 in the present embodiment is a single member made of synthetic resin having colored translucency, here, an integrally molded product. The kind of coloring (several colors) is arbitrary. It may be uncolored, that is, colorless and transparent.

The decorative member 1 includes a plurality of light transmitting portions (lens portions) 2 and 3 in the illustrated example. And the light transmissive parts 2 and 3 are arrange | positioned on the plane which has a level | step difference in the front and back direction. That is, it is divided into two stages on the front back side. Since the two light transmission parts 2 and 3 have different positions in the vertical and horizontal directions when viewed from the front, the two light transmission parts 2 and 3 are eventually positioned in the vertical and horizontal and depth directions, that is, three-dimensionally. Are different. This is to provide a three-dimensional decoration.
Here, the front and rear surfaces refer to surfaces corresponding to the front and back surfaces of the game board surface when attached to the board surface (game board surface) of the game board of the pachinko machine. The front view shape of the light transmitting portions 2 and 3 is arbitrarily determined in the same manner as the front view shape of the decorative member 1.
Each plane on which the light transmitting portions 2 and 3 are located forms a parallel plane in the illustrated example, but one of the planes may be inclined with respect to the other plane.
The step between the light transmissive portions 2 and 3 is set to a size approximately equal to the diameter of the game ball because the side wall connecting the steps is used here directly or indirectly as a guide for the game ball.

The unevenness group 2 a is formed on the back surface of the light transmission part 2, and the unevenness group 3 a is formed on the back surface of the light transmission part 3.
These concavo-convex groups 2 a and 3 a both transmit light irradiated from the back side and exhibit a light emitting surface on the front side, and define a light emission form by transmitted light from the back side on the light emitting surface. That is, the concave and convex groups 2a and 3a form the back form of the light transmitting parts 2 and 3 for making each front surface of the light transmitting parts 2 and 3 emit light in a desired light emitting form (light emitting surface).

According to the setting of the concavo-convex groups 2a and 3a that define the light emission mode, the size of the bright spot by the transmitted light and / or the density of the bright spot distribution on the front surface of the light transmitting portions 2 and 3, and / The light pattern woven by the dark spot) and its distribution can be adjusted as appropriate.
That is, from the light source (irradiation light source) for irradiating light from the back side of the light transmission parts 2 and 3 to the light transmission parts 2 and 3 if the light pattern is adjusted according to the setting of the concave and convex groups 2a and 3a and appropriately determined. Even if the distance is different, it is also possible to adopt a light emitting form in which the brightness in front of the light transmitting portions 2 and 3 is substantially the same, but the light pattern is different.

4A to 4C are diagrams schematically showing examples of bright spots appearing on the front surfaces (light emitting surfaces) of the light transmitting portions 2 and 3.
In FIGS. 4A to 4C, the luminescent spot 41 and the luminescent spot 42 exemplify the case where the intensity and form of the shine are different, and the luminescent spot 42 and the luminescent spot 43 have different forms of the shine, but their forms. Are the same. In each of the bright spots 41 to 43, a small circle indicates the center of the bright spot, and a straight line extending radially therefrom indicates the main direction and intensity of the bright spot. The length of the straight line corresponds to the intensity of shine. In other words, it shows that the longer one is more shining. Each of the bright spots 41 to 43 is actually very small, and the form of the brightness is very complicated.
Innumerable bright spots 41 to 43 are distributed on the light emitting surface, that is, in front of the light transmitting portions 2 and 3. Usually, a distribution form with only bright spots 41 or a large number of bright spots 41 results in a bright light emission form as a whole, and a distribution form with only bright spots 43 or a large number of bright spots 43 results in a light emission form as a whole.
The distance from the irradiation light source to the light transmitting portions 2 and 3 necessarily corresponds to the intensity of the shine at the bright spot, that is, it shines weakly when it is far, and does not shine strongly when it is close. The intensity of shine at the bright spot is the difference in the refractive index of light in each concavo-convex part depending on the shape, size, distribution state, etc. of each concavo-convex group 2a, 3a, in other words, the form of reflection and transmission Varies depending on the degree of light attenuation.

In the present embodiment, the concavo-convex groups 2a, 3a are chamfered at a desired angle with respect to the concavo-convex portions constituting the concavo-convex groups 2a, 3a.
This chamfering is given by lens cutting in the present embodiment, and the light pattern can be changed variously by changing the type of lens cutting, and there are two ways in the two light transmitting portions 2 and 3. The decorative effect can be obtained. If a plurality of types of lens cutting processes are selected for each of the light transmission parts 2 and 3, two decorative effects can be obtained within the light transmission parts 2 and 3.
Note that even if chamfering or lens cutting is used, the actual cutting is not performed. Here, a desired chamfering or lens cut shape is formed on the mold, so that the desired chamfering or lens cutting is performed on the back surface of the light transmitting portions 2 and 3 after molding.

As shown in FIG. 1, in this embodiment, the light transmitting portion 2 is provided with a relief 4 on the front surface so that a certain decorative effect can be obtained even in the absence of light irradiation from the back side. The step 3 is formed with a step 5 in the front and back direction on the front side.
The step 5 is formed by making the thickness of the portion of the light transmitting portion 3 away from the light transmitting portion 2 slightly thinner than the thickness of the nearby portion, and the height difference is slight. The level difference 5 acts so that the light emission form, for example, the brightness looks slightly different in the region even though it is the same light transmitting portion 3 in the state where there is light irradiation from the back side.
Both the relief 4 and the step 5 can be very easily formed on the single decorative member 1 by synthetic resin molding.

In the illustrated example, the light transmitting portions 2 and 3 and the contour portion of the light transmitting portion 2 are flange-shaped flat portions 6 and 7 on which the concave and convex groups 2a and 3a are not formed. The flat surface portion 6 is formed with a screw insertion boss portion 8 and a through hole 9 for attaching the decorative component 1 of the present invention to the game board surface. The decorative component 1 may be attached to the game board surface via a side lamp unit as will be described later.

FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing an example of a side lamp unit in which the decorative part 1 described above is assembled, and FIG. 6 is an exploded perspective view thereof.
As shown in the figure, the decorative component 1 of the present invention is assembled to a portion of the side lamp unit 51 that is slightly above the center in the vertical direction.
In this case, the decorative component 1 has a side surface with an approximately 7-shaped edging member 52 that also serves as a game ball guide in the range from the upper side to the right side of the outer shape formed by the three sides of the light transmitting portion 2. The lamp unit 51 is assembled.
On the back side of the decorative part 1, a light source mounting substrate 53 is attached so that the side lamp unit 51 is sandwiched between the decorative part 1. The edge member 52, the decorative component 1, the side lamp unit 51, and the light source mounting substrate 53 are integrally screwed (see the broken line in FIG. 6).
As can be seen from FIG. 6, the light source mounting substrate 53 is configured to irradiate the light transmitting portions 2 and 3 with light from the back side respectively at positions facing the light transmitting portions 2 and 3 of the decorative part 1. Irradiation light sources, here, full-color LEDs 54 and 55 are disposed (full-color LEDs 54 and 55 are provided on a one-to-one basis with the light transmission portions 2 and 3).
Accordingly, when the full color LEDs 54 and 55 are turned on, turned off or blinked, the light passes through the light transmitting portions 2 and 3 in which the concave and convex groups 2a and 3a (see FIGS. 2 and 3) are formed on the back surface. In front of the light transmitting portions 2 and 3, lighting, turning on / off, and blinking of the light according to the light emission form defined by the uneven groups 2 a and 3 a are observed.
In addition to turning on, turning off, and blinking the full color LEDs 54 and 55, various changes and control effects can be obtained by changing the emission color in accordance with the progress of the game.

The concavo-convex groups 2a and 3a are normally defined so as to have different light emission forms. In the present embodiment, the light transmission part 2 is provided with a relief 4 on the front surface, and the light transmission part 3 is provided with a step 5. Since it is raised, two or more decorative effects can be obtained with one decorative component 1. The relief 4 and the step 5 exhibit a certain decorative effect even in the absence of light irradiation from the back side of the light transmitting portions 2 and 3.
Thus, the decorative part 1 of the present invention is also used as a decorative / electrical decoration part of the side lamp unit 51.

An example of the game board surface of the pachinko machine with the side lamp unit 51 as described above is shown in FIG.
As shown in this figure, a rail 72 is attached to a game board surface (hereinafter abbreviated as a board surface) 71, and a game area 73 is formed inside the rail 72. The rail 72 guides a game ball (not shown) launched by operating a handle (not shown) so as to be sent from the upper left portion of the board surface 71 to the game area 73.

In addition to the rails 72, various panel surface components are provided on the panel surface 71. That is, a symbol display device 74 composed of a liquid crystal display or the like whose decoration is decorated with a decoration is provided almost at the center of the board surface 71, and a start winning opening 75 is provided below, and below the start winning opening 75. Is provided with a grand prize opening 76. In addition, some general winning ports 77 are provided on the board surface 1.
Here, the large winning opening 76 is configured such that the winning opening is remarkably large so that, when opened, the winning opening is remarkably easier than the other winning openings 75 and 77.

The side lamp unit 51 (including the decorative part 1) 51 shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6 is attached to the left side inside the rail 72 of the board surface 71, and a game that has not won a prize at the lowermost part inside the rail 72. An out port 78 for collecting the sphere is provided. In addition, a gate 79 and a windmill 80 are also provided.
Furthermore, a large number of game nails (reference numerals omitted) are driven into appropriate locations avoiding the parts 51, 74 to 77, 79, 80 and the out port 78. The board surface 71 is covered with a transparent glass plate (not shown), and the game ball does not leave the game area 73.
In such a configuration of the panel surface 71, the decorative part 1 on the side lamp unit 51 emits light in a light emission form having different light patterns and the like on two light emitting surfaces which are three-dimensionally different in position. Two or more decorative effects can be achieved.

In the above-described embodiment, the light transmitting portion of the decorative part of the present invention is configured in two steps in the front and back direction, but may be configured in three or more steps. That is, it may be configured to have a light emitting surface divided into three or more stages. According to this, three or more decorative effects can be exhibited with one game board surface decorative component.
In addition, as described above, the unevenness group on the back surface of the light transmitting portion is chamfered at a desired angle with respect to each unevenness portion constituting the unevenness group. In the above-described embodiment, the chamfering is performed by the lens cutting process. However, the chamfering process is not limited thereto. For example, the chamfering process may be performed by an extremely fine diamond cutting process. In this case as well, actual cutting is not performed, and a desired diamond cut is formed on the rear surface of the light transmitting portion after molding by forming a desired diamond cut shape in the mold.
