Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an exhaust system heat exchanger for recovering exhaust heat by exchanging heat between an exhaust gas of an automobile or the like and a refrigerant such as a coolant.
However, in the conventional technology as described above, the exhaust gas flow path and the branch flow path are only separated by the partition wall, and therefore when the exhaust gas is circulated through the exhaust gas flow path, the heat of the exhaust gas Is transmitted to the branch flow path, that is, the heat receiving end of the heat pump via the partition wall, and there is a problem that it is easy to recover excess heat.
In view of the above fact, an object of the present invention is to obtain an exhaust system heat exchanger that can prevent unnecessary heat from being recovered.
An exhaust system heat exchanger according to a first aspect of the present invention includes a shell, a heat exchange channel provided in the shell, for exchanging heat between the exhaust gas and the refrigerant, and the heat exchange channel. A partition that separates the bypass flow path for bypassing, and a guide portion that is provided on the bypass flow path side in the shell so as to guide exhaust gas flowing through the bypass flow path in a direction away from the partition; It has.
In the exhaust system heat exchanger according to claim 1, the exhaust gas flowing through the heat exchange flow path in the shell exchanges heat with the refrigerant to recover the exhaust heat to the refrigerant, and the exhaust gas flowing through the bypass flow path in the shell is Heat is not exchanged with the refrigerant and is discharged downstream (outside the shell). Here, since the guide part is provided in the bypass channel, the gas flowing through the bypass channel is guided (peeled) in the direction away from the partition wall by the guide unit and is prevented from adhering to the partition wall. . For this reason, it is suppressed that heat is transferred from the exhaust gas to the heat exchange flow path via the partition wall, and it is prevented that excess heat is recovered on the heat exchange flow path side.
Thus, in the exhaust system heat exchanger according to claim 1, it is possible to prevent unnecessary heat from being recovered.
An exhaust system heat exchanger according to the invention of claim 2 is formed in a flat plate shape and provided in the shell, and a heat exchange flow path for exchanging heat between the exhaust gas and the refrigerant, A partition wall that separates the bypass flow path for bypassing the heat exchange flow path, and is provided on the partition wall side in the bypass flow path, and is inclined so as to be separated from the partition wall toward the downstream side in the exhaust gas flow direction. And a guide portion capable of taking the posture.
In the exhaust system heat exchanger according to claim 2, the exhaust gas flowing through the bypass flow path in the shell is discharged downstream (outside the shell) without exchanging heat with the refrigerant. Here, since the guide portion is provided on the partition wall side of the bypass flow path, in a state where the guide portion is inclined so as to be separated from the partition wall toward the downstream side in the exhaust gas flow direction, It is suppressed that the flow is guided by the guide portion and flows away (separates) from the partition wall and adheres to the partition wall. For this reason, it is suppressed that heat is transferred from the exhaust gas to the heat exchange flow path via the partition wall, and it is prevented that excess heat is recovered on the heat exchange flow path side.
Thus, in the exhaust system heat exchanger according to claim 2, it is possible to prevent unnecessary heat from being recovered. For example, the guide portion may be configured to be fixed to the
An exhaust system heat exchanger according to a third aspect of the present invention is the exhaust system heat exchanger according to the first or second aspect, wherein a plurality of the guide portions are provided along a flow direction of the exhaust gas. .
In the exhaust system heat exchanger according to claim 3, the exhaust gas separated (separated) from the partition wall by the upstream guide portion is stripped again by the downstream guide portion, and the exhaust gas adheres to the partition wall. ) Can be effectively suppressed.
An exhaust system heat exchanger according to a fourth aspect of the present invention is the exhaust system heat exchanger according to any one of the first to third aspects, further comprising a valve for opening and closing the bypass flow path. The valve functions as the guide portion in a posture that opens the bypass flow path.
In the exhaust system heat exchanger according to claim 4, the exhaust gas mainly flows through the heat exchange channel while the valve closes the bypass channel, and the exhaust gas mainly flows through the valve while opening the bypass channel. Flows through the bypass channel. Since the valve functions as a guide portion in a posture that opens the bypass flow path, in other words, when the exhaust gas does not flow through the bypass flow path, the valve that closes the bypass flow path passes the exhaust gas through the bypass flow path. Since the exhaust gas functions as a guide portion for the exhaust gas when it is flowed to the exhaust gas, it is not necessary to provide a separate guide portion in place of the valve, and the number of parts can be reduced.
An exhaust system heat exchanger according to a fifth aspect of the present invention is the exhaust system heat exchanger according to the fourth aspect, wherein the partition wall is formed in a flat plate shape, and the valve is disposed on the partition wall side. The bypass passage is opened and closed by turning around a turning shaft, and the posture of opening the bypass passage is inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the partition wall.
In the exhaust heat exchanger according to the fifth aspect, the valve functions as a guide portion in a posture inclined with respect to the partition wall with the rotation shaft side being the upstream side or the downstream side in the exhaust gas flow direction. Here, since the partition wall has a flat plate shape, the rotating shaft of a valve (one valve) that rotates about an axis along the flat plate-shaped partition wall can be disposed close to the partition wall.
An exhaust system heat exchanger according to a sixth aspect of the present invention is the exhaust system heat exchanger according to the fourth or fifth aspect, wherein the heat exchange flow is obtained when the valve takes a posture to close the bypass flow path. The valve further includes another valve that closes the heat exchange flow path when the valve takes a posture of opening the bypass flow path.
In the exhaust system heat exchanger according to the sixth aspect, when the valve closes the bypass flow path, the other valves open the heat exchange flow path, so that the exhaust gas flows (almost) through the heat exchange flow path. On the other hand, since the other valve closes the heat exchange channel while the valve opens the bypass channel, the exhaust gas flows (almost) through the bypass channel. As a result, the exhaust gas is prevented from flowing into the heat exchange flow path while the valve opens the bypass flow path, and it is possible to more effectively prevent unnecessary heat from being recovered.
As described above, the exhaust system heat exchanger according to the present invention has an excellent effect that unnecessary heat can be prevented from being recovered.

FIG. 2 shows a schematic overall flow diagram of the exhaust
The
The exhaust
As shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B, an exhaust
The
The inner space of the
A cooling
As described above, the exhaust
As shown in FIG. 1A, the
Further, the
In the exhaust
Further, the exhaust
In this embodiment, the bypass opening / closing
In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, the exhaust
In this embodiment, the exhaust
Next, the operation of the first embodiment will be described.
In the exhaust
On the other hand, when the engine coolant temperature rises and exceeds the threshold value, the ECU or thermostat operates the
Here, in the exhaust
Further, in the
Thereby, in the exhaust
Further, in the
Thus, the
Here, in the

As shown in FIG. 3, the
Further, the
The
Therefore, the exhaust
In each of the embodiments described above, an example in which the
