However, it was found that the sealing performance was good with a low opening torque. For this reason, by observing the liquid leakage state at a low closing torque at -0.2 bar in a reduced pressure environment for 30 minutes with the optimum combination of the packing of packing structure 1 and the packing receiving ring subjected to the texture processing, Sealability was evaluated.
