Description

The present invention relates to an interior member, and more particularly to an interior member provided with an opening / closing member such as a console lid mounted on a vehicle.

In general, a floor console FC which is an interior member of a vehicle extending in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body is provided between front seats (driver's seat and front passenger seat) S, S of various automobiles such as passenger cars, as shown in FIG. ing. The floor console FC includes a console main body 10 that is a main body in which an article storage section 12 that stores various articles is defined, and an upper opening 14 of the article storage section 12 that is pivotally supported on the rear upper portion of the main body 10. A console lid 70 that is an opening and closing member that opens and closes is provided. The console lid 70 is provided with a first engaging means 50 that can be engaged and disengaged, and the console main body 10 is held in a closed state by the first engaging means 50 being engaged, The first engagement means 50 is allowed to be released when it is disengaged.

As shown in FIG. 12, the console lid 70 includes an operation portion 22 for releasing the engagement state of the first engagement means 50, a lid base portion 26 serving as a skeleton of the console lid 70, and a lower surface of the lid base portion 26. The cover member 28 to be attached, a core member 32 provided on the upper surface of the lid base 26, and a skin member 34 that covers the outer surface of the core member 32 are basically provided. Note that the left side in FIG. 12 is the front of the console lid 70, and the right side is the rear of the console lid 70. Here, the operation unit 22 is attached to a substantially central portion of the front end of the console lid 70. A storage space 29 is defined in the cover member 28 corresponding to the mounting position of the operation unit 22 so that the operation unit 22 is always urged forward and slidable in the front-rear direction.

The first engagement means 50 is provided on the lower surface of the operation unit 22, and the second engagement unit is provided on the front upper surface of the console body 10 and engages with the first engagement unit 52. And a joint portion 54. That is, when the first engaging portion 52 and the second engaging portion 54 are engaged, the first engaging means 50 is brought into an engaged state, and the first engaging portion 52 and the second engaging portion 54 are engaged. By releasing the engagement, the engagement state of the first engagement means 50 is released. In addition, when the 1st engagement part 52 and the 2nd engagement part 54 engage, the site | part which the 1st engagement part 52 and the 2nd engagement part 54 contact is respectively 1st engagement contact part. 52a and the second engagement contact portion 54a. The cross-sectional shape along the front and rear of the console lid 70 at the lower end portion of the first engagement portion 52 is a substantially semicircular shape protruding downward, and the console at the upper end portion of the second engagement portion 54. The cross-sectional shape along the front and rear of the lid 70 is a substantially semicircular shape protruding upward.

Looking at the relationship between the first engaging means 50 and the console lid 70, the console lid 70 is held (locked) in the closed state by the first engaging means 50 being in the engaged state (FIG. 12 (a)). Then, when the operation portion 22 is pushed toward the rear of the console lid 70, the first engagement portion 52 moves rearward accordingly, and the first engagement means 50 is released from the engagement state. The console lid 70 is allowed to be opened (see FIG. 12B). If the force for pushing the operation portion 22 backward after the console lid 70 is released disappears, the first engaging portion 52 moves forward by the urging force of the urging means (not shown) to the operation portion 22. Such a technique is disclosed in Patent Document 1, for example.
JP-A-8-175272

By the way, when the console lid 70 is opened, the operation portion 22 moves forward by the urging force of the urging means, and the first engagement portion 52 is displaced to a position where it can engage with the second engagement portion 54. 13, when the console lid 70 is closed (see FIG. 13A), the lower end portion of the first engaging portion 52 and the upper end portion of the second engaging portion 54 come into contact with each other. (Refer to FIG. 13B). Due to this contact, a force F directed to the rear side of the console lid 70 is generated in the first engaging portion 52 (operation portion 22). Due to this force F and the downward force to close the console lid 70, the console lid 70 further approaches the console body 10 while the first engagement portion 52 is retracted rearward. Then, when the console lid 70 is closed and the first engaging portion 52 and the second engaging portion 54 are engaged with each other (see FIG. 13C), the biasing means for the operation portion 22 is provided. As a result, the first engaging portion 52 moves forward and the engaging portions 52 and 54 engage (see FIG. 13D). That is, the first engagement means 50 is engaged by the contact between the first engagement portion 52 and the second engagement portion 54 by the closing operation of the console lid 70 and the action of the spring 56, so that the console lid 70 is engaged. Will be kept closed.

However, in such a configuration, when the console lid 70 is closed, in the first engaging portion 52 and the second engaging portion 54, the lower end portion of the first engaging portion 52 and the upper end portion of the second engaging portion 54 are Will come into contact. Such contact causes abnormal noise such as contact sound and physical damage to the first engaging portion 52 and the second engaging portion 54, thereby deteriorating the high-grade feeling of the vehicle interior member and reducing the merchantability. . Further, various members may be colored or plated in order to improve the merchantability, but such coloring or plating is peeled off by the aforementioned contact. For this reason, it is impossible to carry out a plating process for the purpose of improving the merchantability.

Moreover, the operation part 22 is only attached to the storage space 29 in a state of being always urged forward so that it can be pushed backward. Accordingly, the operation unit 22 may move in the vertical direction other than the front-rear direction. In this case, there is also a problem that the operation unit 22 comes into contact with the cover member 28 that defines the storage space 29 to generate an abnormal noise, resulting in a decrease in merchantability.

The present invention has been proposed in order to suitably solve the above-described problems related to the prior art, and prevents the generation of abnormal noise and the damage of each member when the opening and closing member is closed. The number of the guide members 23 and the attachment portions 30 is appropriately determined depending on the width of the operation portion 22, the force urged by the spring 56, and the like.

In addition, an elastic piece 24 extending rearward and elastically deformable in the vertical direction is provided at the center in the width direction of the operation portion 22 at the rear end of the lower surface portion 22b (see FIG. 4).
The elastic piece 24 is always in a positional relationship adjacent to the lower wall 28b in the vertical direction even when the operation unit 22 is moved back and forth (see FIG. 2). The elastic piece 24 is formed with slits 22c and 22c that are cut forward from the rear end at two spaced apart positions in the width direction of the operation portion 22. The slits 22c and 22c form three slits 22c and 22c in the width direction of the operation portion 22. It is divided. That is, the elastic piece 24 is divided into three pieces, one elastic piece 25a and two elastic pieces 25b and 25b.

Here, a first engagement portion 52 that forms a part of the first engagement means 50 is provided on the elastic piece 25a located in the center of the operation portion 22 in the width direction so as to protrude downward. Further, on the two elastic small pieces 25b, 25b located on the outer side in the width direction of the operation portion 22, engagement convex portions 42, 42 (described later) forming a part of the second engagement means 40 are directed downward. It is provided so as to protrude in a hemispherical shape. The elastic small pieces 25b, 25b provided with the engaging convex portions 42, 42 are in contact with the lower wall 28b and are always elastically deformed upward, and the engaging convex portions 42, 42 are attached downward. It is in a state of being urged. In this embodiment, the small elastic pieces 25a, 25b, 25b (elastic pieces 24) are formed of a synthetic resin that can be elastically deformed. However, the present invention is not limited to this, for example, hard rubber, Also, an elastic material such as metal can be used.

A second engagement portion 54 that engages with the first engagement portion 52 provided in the operation portion 22 when the lid 20 is closed is provided on the upper surface of the front portion of the console body 10. The first engaging portion 52 and the second engaging portion 54 constitute a first engaging means 50 that can be engaged and disengaged, and the first engaging portion 52 and the second engaging portion 54 are engaged with each other. The lid 20 is held in the closed state. That is, when the first engaging portion 52 and the second engaging portion 54 are engaged, the first engaging means 50 is engaged and the lid 20 is held in the closed state. Further, by disengaging the first engagement portion 52 and the second engagement portion 54, the engagement state of the first engagement means 50 is released, and the lid 20 is released. Is acceptable. As in the prior art, the portions that contact each other when the first engagement portion 52 and the second engagement portion 54 are engaged are respectively defined as the first engagement contact portion 52a and the second engagement contact portion. This is referred to as a contact portion 54a. The cross-sectional shape along the front and rear of the console lid 70 at the lower end portion of the first engaging portion 52 is a substantially semicircular shape protruding downward, and the console lid 70 at the upper end portion of the second engaging portion 54 The cross-sectional shape along the front and rear is a substantially semicircular shape protruding upward.

The first engagement means 50 is held in the disengaged state by the second engagement means 40 that can be engaged and disengaged. The second engaging means 40 includes engaging convex portions 42 and 42 provided on the operation portion 22 and engaging hole portions 44 and 44 provided on the cover member 28 and engaged with the engaging convex portions 42 and 42. With. Here, the engagement hole portions 44, 44 are holes formed so as to penetrate vertically in the lower wall 28b, and the operation portion 22 is pushed backward to bring the first engagement means 50 into the disengaged state. When engaged, it engages with the engaging projections 42, 42 provided on the elastic small pieces 25b, 25b that have been restored from deformation (see FIG. 2). The shape of the opening of the engagement hole portions 44, 44 is a circle that allows engagement from above the engagement convex portions 42, 42 having a hemispherical shape. The upper opening edge 44a is chamfered in a cross-sectional R shape. Further, in the present embodiment, two engaging convex portions 42 are provided so as to be spaced apart from each other in the width direction of the elastic piece 24 and located on both sides of the first engaging portion 52. Two engagement holes 44 are provided so as to be positioned on both sides of the recess 28e, spaced apart in the width direction of the lower wall 28b. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the number of the engagement convex portions 42 and the engagement hole portions 44 may be changed according to the strength of the engagement force.

Further, when the lid 20 is closed, the engagement of the engagement protrusions 42 and 42 and the engagement holes 44 and 44 is released at a position corresponding to the engagement protrusions 42 and 42 on the upper surface of the console body 10. Disengaging means 46, 46 are provided. The disengaging means 46 is formed in a columnar shape having a height at which the engaging convex portion 42 can be pushed out from the engaging hole 44 and can be inserted through the engaging hole 44. That is, when the first engagement means 50 is in the engaged state and the engagement projections 42 and 42 are not engaged with the engagement hole portions 44 and 44, the engagement release means 46 and 46 are engaged with the engagement hole portions 44 and 44, respectively. It will be in the state inserted in the parts 44 and 44 (refer FIG. 3). The shape of the engagement release means 46, 46 is not particularly limited as long as the engagement state between the engagement convex portions 42, 42 and the engagement hole portions 44, 44 can be released.

As described above, the engagement convex portions 42 and 42 and the engagement hole portions 44 and 44 are engaged, whereby the second engagement means 40 is brought into the engagement state, and the first engagement means 50 is engaged. It is held in the release state. Further, by disengaging the engagement convex portions 42 and 42 and the engagement hole portions 44 and 44, the engagement state of the second engagement means 40 is released, and the first engagement state is released. The engagement means 50 is allowed to shift to the engaged state.

(About the operation of the embodiment)
Next, the operation of the lid (opening / closing member) according to the embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. In the following description, the locked state refers to a state of the lid 20 in which the first engaging means 50 is in the engaged state and the lid 20 is closing and holding the console body 10. The open holding state refers to a state in which the second engaging means 40 is in the engaged state, the first engaging means 50 is held in the disengaged state, and the lid 20 can be released.

FIG. 5 is a state diagram showing a process until the lid 20 in the locked state shifts to the open holding state and is released. In the lid 20 in the locked state, the first engaging portion 52 and the second engaging portion 54 of the first engaging means 50 are engaged, and the lid 20 is held in a closed state so that the lid 20 cannot shift to the open state. (See FIG. 5A). Then, when the operating portion 22 is pushed backward against the urging force of the spring 56, the first engaging portion 52 moves rearward along with this, and finally the concave portion 28e provided in the lower wall 28b. In addition to being received, the engaging projections 42 and 42 of the second engaging means 40 and the engaging holes 44 and 44 are engaged. By this engagement, the first engaging means 50 is held in the disengaged state, and the lid 20 is shifted to the open holding state (see FIG. 5B). The lid 20 that has shifted to the open holding state becomes openable (see FIG. 5C). That is, by operating the operation unit 22 (pushing backward), the first engaging means 50 shifts from the engaged state to the disengaged state, and the second engaging means 50 is in the disengaged state. To the engaged state.

Next, the states of the engaging projections 42, 42, the lower wall 28b, and the disengaging means 46 in the middle from FIG. 5A to FIG. 5B will be described with reference to FIG. On the way from FIG. 5 (a) to FIG. 5 (b), the lower end portions of the engaging convex portions 42, 42 are moved downward by elastic deformation of the elastic pieces 25b, 25b provided with the engaging convex portions 42, 42. Due to the urging action, the state is always in sliding contact with the upper surface of the lower wall 28b (see FIG. 6A). When such a sliding contact state occurs, a frictional force is generated when the operation unit 22 is pushed backward. That is, it is possible to expect an action that can reliably hold the lid 20 in the closed state.

In addition, when the lower end portions of the engaging convex portions 42 and 42 are in contact with the lower wall 28b, only the two elastic pieces 25b and 25b provided with the engaging convex portions 42 and 42 are elastically deformed, and the first engagement The elastic piece 25a provided with the joint portion 52 is not deformed. Therefore, the first engaging means 52 shifts from the engaged state to the disengaged state only by moving the first engaging portion 52 backward by pushing the operating portion 22 backward.

When the operation unit 22 is pushed beyond the state shown in FIG. 6A, the state shown in FIG. 6B is obtained. That is, when the engaging convex portion 42 approaches the engaging hole portion 44 under the downward bias of the engaging convex portion 42 due to the shape effect of the engaging convex portions 42 and 42 and the engaging hole portions 44 and 44. The engagement convex portion 42 and the engagement hole portion 44 only partially overlap each other (even if there is a deviation from the completely engaged position), and the engagement is attempted automatically. At this time, the engagement release means 46 and 46 are inserted into the engagement hole portions 44 and 44, but the engagement convex portions 42 and 42 are engaged with the engagement hole portions 44 and 44, thereby releasing the engagement. It tries to push down 46,46. For this reason, even if it does not push in the operation part 22 completely, the engagement convex part 42 and the engagement hole part 44 transfer to an engagement state reliably and automatically.

When the engaging convex portions 42 and 42 start to engage with the engaging hole portions 44 and 44, the lower end portions of the engaging convex portions 42 and 42 and the engagements that are accommodated in the engaging hole portions 44 and 44. The release means 46 and 46 come into contact with each other (see FIG. 6C). The engaging convex portions 42 and 42 try to push down the disengaging means 46 and 46 by the downward biasing action even after the contact. However, since the disengaging means 46 and 46 are provided on the console body 10 and cannot be pushed down, the lid 20 is pushed up (see FIG. 6D). Then, when the lid 20 is pushed upward, the engaging convex portions 42 and 42 and the engaging hole portions 44 and 44 are engaged. That is, a force that easily shifts the lid 20 to the open state is applied to the lid 20 simply by pushing the operating portion 22.

Thus, the engagement convex parts 42 and 42 and the engagement hole parts 44 and 44 are engaged, so that the operation part 22 (first engagement means 50) is held in the disengaged state. become. Therefore, the opening of the lid 20 is not hindered by the first engaging means 50 after the second engaging means 40 is in the engaged state. Further, since the position of the operation portion 22 is restricted by the engagement of the engagement convex portions 42 and 42 and the engagement hole portions 44 and 44, rattling is prevented.

FIG. 7 is a state diagram showing a process from closing the lid 20 in the open holding state to the locked state. As described above, the second engaging means 40 is in the engaged state in the lid 20 in the open and open state. For this reason, the first engagement means 50 is held in the disengaged state, and the operation unit 22 is held in a state of being pushed backward (see FIG. 7A). As the open state of the lid 20 becomes smaller, the lower end portions of the engagement convex portions 42 and 42 engaged with the engagement hole portions 44 and 44 come into contact with the engagement release means 46 and 46. When the lid 20 is further closed, the engaging convex portions 42 and 42 are pushed up from below by the engaging release means 46 and 46 (see FIG. 7B). By this push-up, the engaging projections 42 and 42 come out from the engaging holes 44 and 44, and the engagement is released. With this release, there is no force that opposes the urging force of the spring 56 acting on the engaging convex portions 42 and 42 (operation portion 22). For this reason, the engagement convex parts 42 and 42 (operation part 22) slide forward, and the 1st engagement part 52 and the 2nd engagement part 54 will engage with this (FIG.7 (c)). )reference). That is, when the lid 20 closes the console body 10, the second engaging means 40 shifts from the engaged state to the disengaged state, whereby the first engaging means 50 moves from the disengaged state. Transition to the engaged state.

Further, when the first engaging means 50 is shifted from the disengaged state to the engaged state as the operating portion 22 slides forward, as described above, the engaging convex portions 42, 42 are also used. Even if the lower end portion of the elastic member 25 and the lower wall 28b come into contact with each other, the elastic piece 25a provided with the first engaging portion 52 is not deformed. Accordingly, the first engaging means 52 shifts from the disengaged state to the engaged state only by moving the first engaging portion 52 forward by the forward movement of the operation portion 22.

As described above, in the lid 20 according to the present embodiment, when the lid 20 is closed, the disengaging means 46 and 46 do not work. For this reason, since the 2nd engagement means 40 does not transfer from an engagement state to an engagement release state, the 1st engagement means 50 does not transfer from an engagement release state to an engagement state. Therefore, when the lid 20 is closed, the first engagement portion 52 and the second engagement portion 54 of the first engagement means 50 do not come into contact with each other (see FIGS. 7B and 7C). In other words, the contact between the first engagement portion 52 and the second engagement portion 54 does not cause an abnormal noise with respect to closing of the lid 20 or damage the visible portion of the occupant.

Further, when the operation unit 22 is pushed backward when the lid 20 is closed, the movement of the operation unit 22 is caused by the urging force of the spring 56 and the engagement convex portion by the downward urging of the elastic pieces 25b and 25b. The lower end portions of 42 and 42 and the upper surface of the lower wall 28b are regulated by the frictional force caused by sliding contact. Further, when the lid 20 is opened, the engagement convex portions 42 and 42 and the engagement hole portions 44 and 44 are engaged, so that the movement of the operation portion 22 is restricted. Therefore, regardless of the state of the lid 20, the occurrence of abnormal noise or the like due to the rattling of the operation unit 22 is suppressed. Further, as described above, even if the lower end portions of the engaging convex portions 42 and 42 are in contact with the lower wall 28b, the elastic piece 25a provided with the first engaging portion 52 is not deformed. The change in the positional relationship between the first engagement portion 52 and the second engagement portion 54 accompanying the change in the engagement state-disengagement state of the first engagement means 50 can be simplified.

(Change example)
In the above-described embodiment, the elastic piece 24 is provided with the first engaging portion 52 and the engaging convex portions 42 and 42. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIG. 8, the slit 22 c is not formed in the elastic piece 24, and the first engagement portion 52 is disposed at a substantially central portion in the width direction of the elastic piece 24. In the vicinity of the rear end portion of the elastic piece 24, the engaging convex portions 42 and 42 may be provided so as to protrude downward in a hemispherical shape in the width direction. In this case, the structure of the operation unit 22 can be simplified, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.

(Another example)
In the above-described embodiment, the floor console FC is taken as an example of the interior member, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, an opening / closing member adopting a similar structure may be used for an overhead console, a lid in a glove box, or the like. In particular, in the case of a nil head console or a glove box, the first engaging means is arranged so as to be easily caught by the occupant when opened, so that the merchantability can be greatly improved by plating or the like.

In the above-described embodiment, the engagement release means 46 and 46 are provided on the upper surface of the console body 10 in order to release the engagement of the engagement protrusions 42 and 42 and the engagement holes 44 and 44. The invention is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIG. 10, the protruding lengths of the engaging convex portions 42, 42 protruding downward are increased, and the engaging convex portions 42, 42 and the engaging hole portions 44, 44 are engaged. At this time, the lower end portions of the engaging convex portions 42, 42 may protrude downward from the lower wall 28b (see FIG. 10A). Here, when the height position of the lower end portion of the engagement convex portions 42, 42 and the height position of the lower surface of the lower wall 28b substantially coincide with each other, 42 has a cross-sectional shape in which forward movement is allowed by the urging force of the spring 56 acting on the operation unit 22. In this case, when the lid 20 is closed, the lower end portions of the engaging convex portions 42 and 42 are brought into direct contact with the console body 10, the engaging convex portions 42 and 42 are pushed up, and the engaging convex portions 42 and 42. And the engagement holes 44, 44 are disengaged (see FIG. 10B). That is, in the console body 10, portions where the lower end portions of the engaging convex portions 42 and 42 abut are the engagement releasing means 46 and 46.

According to the present invention, the first engaging means for holding the opening / closing member in the closed state can be engaged in a state in which the opening / closing member is allowed to be opened by the second engaging means provided separately. In particular, the content is not limited. For example, in the above-described embodiment, the engaging convex portion 42 and the engaging hole portion 44 provided on the opening / closing member (lid) 20 side may be provided on the main body (console main body) 10 side.
