Description

The present invention relates to an indirect hot wire construction method in which an electric wire tube (for example, bellows poly tube) for arousing the presence of an electric wire such as an aerial distribution wire is inserted / attached to / from an electric wire and the electric wire used when the electric wire tube is removed from the electric wire. The present invention relates to a tube insertion tool and a conduit insertion method using the tool, and more particularly to a conduit insertion tool and a conduit insertion method used when a wire protection tube for protecting a wire is attached to the wire.

In general, in the direct hot wire method, when a conduit such as a bellows poly pipe (for example, a wire protective tube for protecting the wire) is attached to an overhead distribution line (hereinafter simply referred to as an electric wire), the method shown in FIGS. Is used. When inserting an electric wire into the bellows poly pipe, an insertion pipe and a guide clip which will be described later are used. First, as shown in FIG. 10, the insertion pipe 12 is inserted into the open end of the bellows poly pipe 11.

The bellows poly pipe 11 has a bellows-shaped peripheral surface, and a cut portion 11a is formed along the longitudinal direction. An electric wire (not shown in FIG. 10) is inserted into the bellows poly pipe 11 from the cut portion 11a. . The above-described cut portion 11a is normally closed to prevent the bellows-poly tube from falling off from the electric wire. When the electric wire is inserted into the bellows-poly tube 11, the outer diameter thereof is larger than the inner diameter of the bellows-poly tube 11. It is necessary to insert the insertion pipe 12 from the opening end of the bellows poly pipe 11 and push the bellows poly pipe to open the above-described cut portion 11a.

Subsequently, after attaching the guide clip 14 to the electric wire (for example, the edge line) 13 (see FIG. 11), as shown in FIG. 12, while guiding the electric wire 13 with the guide clip 14, the cut portion 11a from the right side in the figure. Then, the electric wire 13 is inserted into the bellows poly pipe 11 and the bellows poly pipe 11 is attached to the electric wire 13.

On the other hand, when the bellows poly pipe is attached to the electric wire in the indirect hot wire method, the bellows poly pipe is attached to the electric wire by opening the cut portion of the bellows poly pipe with a required indirect hot wire gripping tool such as a yatco (for example, , See Patent Document 1).
JP 2004-320961 A

By the way, when attaching a bellows poly pipe to an electric wire by the indirect hot wire method, a notched part of the bellows poly pipe is opened using a yatco, and the electric wire is inserted into the bellows poly pipe from this notch. Since the tip side (acting part side) closes when the gripping part (lever) is gripped, in order to open the notch part of the bellows poly pipe, force is applied in the direction of opening the gripping part of the yatco, and the acting part of the yatco The side (ie, the tip side) needs to be opened.

However, in the indirect hot wire method, when a bellows poly pipe is attached to a wire that is energized by climbing on a utility pole or the like, the gripping portion (lever) of the yatco is opened and the tip of the yatco is moved in the opening direction. And, when the cut portion of the bellows poly pipe is opened and the electric wire is inserted into the bellows poly pipe from the cut portion, the work is extremely difficult to perform, and as a result, the risk of an accident such as an electric shock of the worker increases. There is a problem.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a conduit insertion tool that can easily attach a conduit such as a bellows poly tube to an electric wire in an indirect hot wire method, and a conduit insertion method using this tool.

The conduit tube insertion tool according to the present invention is used when inserting / attaching a conduit tube for inducing the presence of a wire in the indirect hot wire method to the wire, the conduit tube is formed of an insulating elastic material, A notch is formed along the longitudinal direction, and the first and second operating members and one end of each of the first and second operating members can be rotated around a rotation axis extending in a predetermined direction. 1st and 2nd action members respectively attached to the first and second action members, and the first and second action members can be rotated around a rotation axis parallel to the predetermined direction between one end and the other end. And a connecting member for connecting the first and second action members.

The conduit tube insertion tool of the present invention is provided with a mounting adapter for mounting the tip of the Yatco to the rear ends of the first and second operating members.

In the present invention, the electric wire tube is, for example, a bellows tube, and a protruding portion protruding outward in the radial direction is formed at a tip portion of each of the first and second action members.

In the present invention, when the conduit tube is inserted and attached to the wire, the distal ends of the first and second action members are inserted from the open ends of the conduit tube, and the first and second operation members are inserted. Is operated in a closing direction, the first and second operating members operate in a direction of opening around a rotation axis parallel to the predetermined direction to open the cut portion.

The conduit insertion method according to the present invention is used when inserting and attaching a conduit to an electric wire using the above-described conduit insertion tool in the indirect hot wire method, and the conduit is formed of an insulating elastic material. A notch is formed along the longitudinal direction, and a first step of inserting the distal ends of the first and second action members from the open end of the conduit, and the first and second A second step of opening the cut portion by operating the operation member in a closing direction to open the first and second operation members, and inserting the conduit from the cut portion into the electric wire. And a third step.

As described above, according to the present invention, the first and second operation members are attached to the first and second operation members in such a manner that the one end portions of the first and second action members can rotate about the rotation axis extending in a predetermined direction. In the second action member, the first and second action members are connected between the one end and the other end so as to be rotatable around a rotation axis parallel to a predetermined direction. When the second operation member is operated in the closing direction, for example, by being gripped, the first and second action portions are rotated in the opening direction around the rotation axis, and the first and second operations are performed. If the tip of the working member is inserted from the opening end of the conduit, a force acts in the opening direction on the conduit, and the notch can be easily opened. As a result, there is an effect that the conduit can be easily attached to the electric wire in the indirect hot wire method.

According to the present invention, since the mounting adapter for mounting the tip of the Yatco is provided at the rear ends of the first and second operation members, the Yatco can be easily mounted on the conduit insertion tool, Furthermore, there is an effect that the conduit insertion tool can be easily operated.

According to the present invention, when the conduit tube is a bellows tube, the protrusions projecting radially outward are formed at the tip portions of the first and second action members, respectively. Since the protrusion is caught by the bellows, there is an effect that the cut portion of the conduit can be easily opened.

Hereinafter, an example of a conduit tube insertion tool according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. This conduit insertion tool is used when inserting / attaching a conduit for inducing the presence of an electrical wire in an indirect hot wire method. We will explain how to insert and attach a wire protection tube that protects the wire to the wire.

Referring first to FIG. 1, a conduit insertion tool 20 (hereinafter simply referred to as a tool) 20 is attached to, for example, the tip of a Yatco (not shown in FIG. 1). 1A is a view of the tool 20 viewed from the side, FIG. 1B is a view of the tool 20 viewed from above, and FIG. 1C is a view of the tool 20 viewed from the rear.

As shown in FIGS. 1A to 1C, the tool 20 has first and second operation portions (operation members) 21 and 22, and the first and second operations are described later. At the portions 21 and 22, the end portions of Yatco are respectively attached. First and second action parts (action members) 25 and 26 are connected to the distal ends of the first and second operation parts 21 and 22 via first and second rotating parts 23 and 24, respectively. The first and second action parts 25 and 26 are respectively around the first and second rotating parts 23 and 24 (around a predetermined direction: around a direction extending from the front side to the back side of the paper surface in FIG. 1A). Can be rotated.

As shown in the figure, the first and second action portions 25 and 26 are respectively formed with first and second connection portions 25a and 26a between the rear end and the front end, respectively. The parts 25a and 26a are connected by a pin member (connecting member) 27, and the first and second action parts 25 and 26 are rotatable around the pin member 27 (around a direction parallel to a predetermined direction). . And the 1st and 2nd protrusion parts 25b and 26b are formed in the front-end | tip part of the 1st and 2nd action parts 25 and 26, respectively, and these 1st and 2nd protrusion parts 25b and 26b are radial direction outer sides. Protruding.

Referring also to FIG. 2, FIG. 2 is a view showing a state where the tool 30 is attached to the above-described tool 20, and the front end portion of the tool 30 is attached to the first and second operation parts 21 and 22 (attachment method) Will be described later). As is well known, the YATCO 30 closes the tip when the grip lever on the rear end side is gripped, and opens the tip when the grip lever is released.

Here, referring to FIG. 1A again, if the grip lever of the lever is now gripped, the tip of the lever closes. When the tip of the Yatco is closed, the first and second operation parts 21 and 22 are also moved in the closing direction, but the first and second action parts 25 and 26 are connected by a pin member 27 and around the pin member 27. Since the rear end sides of the first and second action portions 25 and 26 are rotated around the first and second rotation portions 23 and 24 and moved in the closing direction, respectively, The distal end sides of the second action parts 25 and 26 rotate in the opening direction around the pin member 27. As a result, the first and second action parts 25 and 26 move in the opening direction. That is, when the grip lever of Yatco is gripped, the tip of the tool 20 opens as shown in FIG.

2 and 3, FIG. 2 is a view showing the tool 20 in a closed state, and FIG. 3 is a view showing the tool 20 in an opened state. When opening the notch 11a of the bellows poly pipe 11, the tip end of the tool 20 from the opening end of the bellows poly pipe 11 to the bellows poly pipe 11 without gripping the grip lever of the yatco 30, that is, with the tool 20 closed. Is inserted (see FIG. 2).

Subsequently, when the grip lever of the Yatco 30 is gripped, the tool 20 is opened as described above. Since the projecting portions 25b and 26b projecting radially outward are provided at the distal end portion of the tool 20, the projecting portions 25b and 26b are caught by the bellows of the bellows poly pipe 11 and the tool 20 is opened, that is, the YATCO 30. As shown in FIG. 3, the notch 11a of the bellows poly pipe 11 is opened, and an electric wire (not shown) is inserted from the notch 11a thus opened. What is necessary is just to attach the bellows poly pipe 11 to an electric wire in an indirect hot wire construction method.

Here, attachment of the bellows poly pipe in the indirect hot wire method will be described. Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, FIG. 4 is a diagram of the utility pole viewed from the side, and FIG. 5 is a diagram of the utility pole viewed from the front. The utility pole 31 has a height of about 12 meters, a high voltage underline retainer 32 is attached to the vicinity of the top thereof, and an electric wire support (for 4-wire) 33 is attached to the lower side.

Further, the utility pole 31 is provided with a low-voltage pull-up line 34 and a high-voltage under-line 35, and a high-voltage cutout support arm 36 is provided with a transformer 37. The transformer 37 is connected to the power pole 31 by a transformer mounting band 37a. It is fixed to. Then, the high voltage underline 35 is drawn into the transformer 37 via the high voltage cutout 38, and the low voltage upline 34 is pulled up from the transformer 37 and connected to the lead line 39. A pull-in armature 40 is disposed below the transformer 37, and a high voltage cutout operation scaffold 41 is provided on the utility pole 31.

When the bellows poly pipe 11 is attached to the electric wire, for example, the high-voltage underline 35 and the lead-in line 39 by the indirect hot wire method, the insertion tube and the guide clip in the direct hot wire method described with reference to FIGS. It is not possible. For this reason, here, the notch part 11a of the bellows poly pipe 11 is opened using the tool 20 described above, and the electric wire is inserted into the bellows poly pipe 11 from the notch part 11a.

First, the tool 20 is attached to the Yatco 30 (an attachment method will be described later). The tip end side (that is, the first and second action portions 25 and 26) of the tool 20 is moved from the opening end of the bellows poly pipe 11 to the bellows poly pipe in a state in which the grip lever of the yatco 30 is not gripped (that is, not gripped). 11 is inserted. Subsequently, when the grip lever of the yatco 30 is gripped, the tip of the yatco 30 is closed, and thereby the first and second action portions 25 and 26 are operated in the opening direction.

As the first and second action portions 25 and 26 open, the first and second protrusions 25b and 26b are caught by the bellows of the bellows poly pipe 11, and a force in the opening direction acts on the bellows poly pipe 11. And if the 1st and 2nd action parts 25 and 26 are opened further, the notch part 11a will open. After the cut portion 11a is opened, an electric wire is inserted from the cut portion 11a, and the bellows poly pipe 11 is attached to the electric wire.

Thus, by using the tool 20, if the grip lever of the Yatco 30 is gripped, the cut portion 11a of the bellows poly pipe 11 can be easily opened by the tool 20, and an electric wire is inserted from the cut portion 11a. The bellows poly pipe 11 can be easily attached to the electric wire even in the indirect hot wire method.

Then, the attachment adapter used when attaching the tool 20 to the Yatco 30 is demonstrated. In addition, although the following description demonstrates the example which attaches a radio pliers to a yatco instead of the tool 20 using an attachment adapter, the tool 20 can be similarly attached to a yatco using an attachment adapter.

Referring to FIG. 6, FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing the mounting adapter, and the mounting adapter 50 has a casing 51, and a radio pliers that constitutes a radio pliers on the bottom outer surface of the casing 51. 52 is fixed.

One surface (side surface) of the housing part 51 is open, and an insertion space 53 is defined in the housing part 51. A cylinder portion 54 extending upward in the figure is formed on the upper surface of the housing portion 51, and a screw is cut on the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder portion 54. A bolt body 55 is screwed onto the cylinder portion 54, and when the bolt body 55 is rotated, the bolt body 55 moves in the vertical direction along the cylinder portion 54.

Next, referring to FIG. 7 and FIG. 8, FIG. 7 and FIG. 8 are views of the mounting adapter viewed from the opening end side, respectively, and in the state shown in FIG. 7, the bolt body 55 is moved upward. On the other hand, in the state shown in FIG. 8, the bolt body 55 is moved downward, and its distal end portion 55 a protrudes into the insertion space 53.

When attaching the yatco to the mounting adapter 50, the tip of the yatko is inserted into the insertion space 53 from the opening end of the mounting adapter 50 in the state shown in FIG. And after inserting the front-end | tip part of a Yatsuko into the insertion space 53, the bolt body 55 is rotated manually, for example, and it is set as the state shown in FIG. That is, the tip end portion 55 a of the bolt body 55 is projected into the insertion space 53.

In the state shown in FIG. 8, the tip end portion of the yatco is sandwiched between the tip end portion 55 a of the bolt body 55 and the inner bottom surface of the housing portion 51, and the tip end portion of the yatco comes out of the insertion space 53. Nothing will happen.

When using it as a radio pliers, the other tip of the Yatco is attached to another attachment adapter. That is, as shown in FIG. 9, the pair of attachment adapters 50 may be attached to the tip of the Yatco 30 as described above.

Radio pliers 52a and 52b are attached to the pair of attachment adapters 50, respectively, and the radio pliers 52a and 52b constitute radio pliers. Then, opening the yatco 30 opens the radio pliers, and closing the yatco 30 closes the radio pliers.

As is apparent from the above description, if the above-described mounting adapters 50 are provided at the rear ends of the first and second operating portions 21 and 22 of the tool 20 described in FIG. When the tip of the Yachco 30 is inserted and the tip of the Yatco 30 and the mounting adapter 50 are coupled as described above, the Yatco 30 and the tool 20 can be easily connected. Then, the tool 20 is closed when the yatco 30 is opened, and the tool 20 is opened when the yatco 30 is closed.
