Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、内側のすべり層26と外側の支持層28を有し、すべり層26と支持層28が巻回された繊維複合材料からなる、球面すべり軸受20用の外輪22に関する。外輪22はちょうど1個の切れ目を特徴とする。また本発明はこのような外輪22を有する球面すべり軸受20、ならびにプラスチック含浸繊維からなるすべり層26および支持層28を1個の巻き取り心棒に逐次巻きつけ、硬化の後にこうして作られた巻回体に外輪22を形成する外輪22の製造方法に関する。すべり層26と支持層28は本発明に基づき1本の円柱形巻き取り心棒に巻きつけられ、外輪22にこれを開くちょうど1個の切れ目を設け、相補形の内輪24を収容するための部分球面状の輪郭が得られるように、その内側のすべり層26材料を削除する。

Claims (16)
- 内側のすべり層と外側の支持層とを有し、すべり層と支持層とが巻回された繊維複合材料から形成されている球面すべり軸受用の外輪において、外輪を開くちょうど1個の切れ目を特徴とする外輪。
- すべり層は強化部材としてプラスチック糸を含み、プラスチック糸はポリエステルフィラメントおよび組み込まれたPTFE粒子を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の外輪。
- PTFE粒子を複数のポリエステルフィラメントに紡ぎ入れたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の外輪。
- プラスチック糸中のPTFE粒子の割合が2重量%ないし60重量%、ポリエステルフィラメントの割合が40重量%ないし98重量%であることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の外輪。
- プラスチック糸中のPTFE粒子の割合が30重量%ないし36重量%、ポリエステルフィラメントの割合が64重量%ないし70重量%であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の外輪。
- すべり層は合成樹脂のプラスチックマトリックスを有することを特徴とする上記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の外輪。
- プラスチックマトリックスがエポキシ樹脂からなることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の外輪。
- プラスチックマトリックスがPTFE粒子を含むことを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の外輪。
- 切れ目が半径方向内側へ狭まる断面をもつくさび形に形成されていることを特徴とする上記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の外輪。
- 上記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の外輪と内輪とを有する球面すべり軸受。
- 内輪が表面硬さ120HB超の鋼表面を有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の球面すべり軸受。
- 内輪が表面硬さ180HB超の鋼表面を有することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の球面すべり軸受。
- プラスチック含浸繊維からなるすべり層および支持層を巻き取り心棒に逐次巻きつけ、硬化の後にこうして作られた巻回体から外輪を形成する球面すべり軸受用の外輪の製造方法において、すべり層と支持層を円柱形の巻き取り心棒に巻きつけ、外輪にこれを開くちょうど1個の切れ目を設け、相補形の内輪を収容するための部分球面状の輪郭が得られるように、外輪の内側のすべり層材料を削除することを特徴とする方法。
- すべり層をポリエステルフィラメントおよび組み込まれたPTFE粒子を有するプラスチック糸から直接または間接に巻回することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 半径方向内側に狭まるくさび形断面を有する切れ目を作ることを特徴とする請求項13または14に記載の方法。
- ウォータジェット切断により切れ目を作ることを特徴とする請求項13ないし15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
