Description

The present invention relates to a plastic bottle such as a plastic bottle, and more particularly to a plastic bottle whose internal volume can be changed by expansion and contraction in the height direction by pushing out and pushing a movable part formed at the bottom.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a plastic bottle (for example, a plastic bottle) capable of changing an inner volume by expansion and contraction in a height direction by pushing and pushing a movable portion formed on a bottom is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1). The volume of the plastic bottle is reduced in the process of cooling the liquid drink after filling the hot drink such as tea drink (high temperature filling) with the movable part at the bottom pushed out and tightening the cap. Along with this, the decrease in internal pressure is absorbed (prevented) by pushing in the movable part and reducing the internal volume.
JP 2006-501109 A

By the way, it is preferable that such a plastic bottle can stably stand by in a state in which the movable part is pushed out in consideration of individual conveyance when filling the inner solution. Thus, in order to improve the self-supporting property of the plastic bottle in the state where the movable part at the bottom is pushed out, it is necessary to make the diameter of the outer edge of the portion to be grounded of the movable part in the pushed state as large as possible. However, if the diameter of the outer edge of the portion to be grounded of the movable part is increased, the inclination of the movable part with respect to the bottom part of the plastic bottle becomes tight, and it becomes difficult to push and push the movable part.

The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and it is possible to prevent as much as possible that the movable part is difficult to be pushed out and pushed in while maintaining the self-supporting property in a state where the movable part is pushed out. A plastic bottle is provided.

The plastic bottle according to the present invention is a plastic bottle formed with a movable part that can be pushed out and pushed into a bottom part formed following the trunk part, and the movable part is inclined from an outer edge part of the bottom part. A line that has an annular inclined portion that extends and a stationary portion that is surrounded by the inclined portion, and an outer edge line portion of the inclined portion that is a boundary with the outer edge portion of the bottom portion connects each vertex of a regular polygon The inner edge line portion of the inclined portion that becomes a boundary with the stationary portion is substantially parallel to the outer edge line portion, and can be bent in each direction of the extrusion and the close-in. It can be bent in each direction of the closet, and the inclined portion has a V-shaped groove that connects each vertex of the outer edge line portion and a corresponding vertex of the inner edge line portion.

With such a configuration, the outer edge line part and the inner edge line part of the inclined part of the movable part formed on the bottom form a line connecting the vertices of a regular polygon that are similar to each other, and each direction of extrusion close-in Since the V-shaped groove is formed between each vertex of the outer edge line portion and a corresponding vertex of the inner edge line portion, each vertex of the outer edge line portion and the inner edge line portion of the inclined portion and The V-shaped groove makes it clear where the inclined portion is deformed in the plane of the inclined portion, and when the movable portion is pushed out and pushed in by bending at the outer edge line portion and the inner edge line portion of the inclined portion, the inclined portion Inverting operation can be easily performed.

Further, stress is easily collected at each vertex of the regular polygon, and the inclined portion can be easily reversed by being a cause of bending.

Moreover, the plastic bottle which concerns on this invention WHEREIN: It can be set as the structure by which the cut surface toward the edge | side between each vertex of the said outer edge line part of the said inclination part was formed from the said trunk | drum to the outer edge part of the said bottom part.

With such a configuration, the protrusion of the outer edge portion at the bottom portion is reduced by the cut surface, and therefore it is possible to easily bend the outer edge line portion of the inclined portion that becomes the boundary with the outer edge portion of the bottom portion.

Moreover, the plastic bottle which concerns on this invention WHEREIN: The said stationary part can be set as the structure which has the flat part extended from the inner edge line part of the said inclination part, and the recessed part continued from this flat part.

With such a configuration, the self-supporting property of the plastic bottle can be reliably maintained by the flat portion extending from the inner edge line portion of the inclined portion in a state where the movable portion at the bottom is pushed out. Further, the movable portion can be pushed in by inverting the inclined portion by inserting and pushing a rod-like instrument into the concave portion continuing from the flat portion.

Furthermore, the plastic bottle which concerns on this invention WHEREIN: The boundary line part of the said flat part and the said recessed part can be set as the structure which becomes substantially parallel with the said inner edge line part of the said inclination part.

With such a configuration, in addition to the outer edge line portion and the inner edge line portion of the inclined portion, the boundary line portion between the flat portion and the subsequent concave portion becomes a linear shape connecting each vertex of the regular polygon. Can be formed integrally with a uniform shape.

According to the plastic bottle of the present invention, the outer edge line portion of the inclined portion, the respective vertexes of the inner edge line portion, and the V-shaped groove make it clear where to deform in the plane of the inclined portion, and the outer edge of the inclined portion. When the movable part is pushed out and pushed in by bending at the line part and the inner edge line part, the inclined part can be easily reversed, so the diameter of the inner edge line part together with the outer edge line part of the inclined part is reduced. Even if it is made large and the self-supporting property in a state where the movable part is pushed out is maintained well, it is possible to prevent the pushing-out and pushing-in of the movable part from becoming difficult as much as possible.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

A plastic bottle according to an embodiment of the present invention is configured as shown in FIGS. FIG. 1 is a partially cutaway side view of a plastic bottle in which the movable part formed at the bottom is pushed out, and FIG. 2 is one of the plastic bottles in which the movable part at the bottom is pushed in. FIG. 3 is a side view of a part cutaway, FIG. 3 is a plan view seen from the bottom side of the plastic bottle, and FIG. 4 is a perspective view seen from the bottom side of the plastic bottle.

1 to 4, the plastic bottle 10 is formed by, for example, PET biaxial stretch blow molding, and has a structure in which the diameter gradually increases from the mouth portion 11 to the bottom portion 15 through the shoulder portion 12 and the trunk portion 13. (See FIGS. 1 and 2). A movable portion 20 that can be pushed out and pushed in the vertical direction of the plastic bottle 10 (the vertical direction in FIGS. 1 and 2) is formed on the bottom portion 15. The movable portion 20 includes an annular inclined portion 21 that extends from the outer edge portion 15 a of the bottom portion 15 and an stationary portion 22 that is surrounded by the inclined portion 21. An outer edge line portion 211 of the inclined portion 21 that becomes a boundary with the outer edge portion 15 a of the bottom portion 15 can be bent in the longitudinal direction of the plastic bottle 10, and an inner edge line of the inclined portion 21 that becomes a boundary with the stationary portion 22. The part 212 is also bendable in the longitudinal direction of the plastic bottle 10. In this way, the outer edge line portion 211 and the inner edge line portion 212 of the inclined portion 21 can be bent, so that the inclined portion 21 is reversed in the vertical direction of the plastic bottle 10 (the state shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2). The reversing operation of the inclined portion 21 allows the movable portion 20 to be pushed out and pushed in the vertical axis direction.

The stationary part 22 extends from the inner edge line part 212 of the inclined part 21 and has a flat part 22 (1) that is substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the plastic bottle 10 and a concave part 22 (continuous from the flat part 22 (1). 2). The stationary portion 22 is maintained without changing its shape during the aforementioned reversing operation of the inclined portion 21.

3 and 4, the outer edge line portion 211 of the inclined portion 21 has a linear shape connecting the regular vertices 25a, 25b, 25c, 25d, 25e, 25f, 25g, and 25h. The line connecting the vertices has a shape slightly bulging radially outward. The line connecting the vertices 25a to 25h that determines the shape of the outer edge line portion 211 may be either a straight line or a curved line as long as the vertex clearly appears. The inner edge line portion 212 of the inclined portion 21 is practically parallel to the outer edge line portion 211. That is, the inner edge line portion 212 is also in a linear shape connecting the regular vertices 26a, 26b, 26c, 26d, 26e, 26f, 26g, and 26h. In addition, the inclined portion 21 has a V-shape that connects the vertices 25a to 25h (regular octagon vertices) of the outer edge line portion 211 and the corresponding vertices 26a to 26h (regular octagon vertices) of the inner edge line portion 212. Grooves 27a, 27b, 27c, 27d, 27e, 27f, 27g, and 27h are formed. By changing the V-shaped angle of each of the V-shaped grooves 27a to 27h, the inclined portion 21 can be deformed in the plane.

Further, in the stationary part 22, the boundary line part 221 between the flat part 22 (1) and the concave part 22 (2) is practically parallel to the inner edge line part 212 of the inclined part 21, and is a line connecting each vertex of the regular octagon. It has become a shape. A V-shaped groove is formed in the recess 22 (2) so as to extend from each apex of the regular octagon toward the bottom of the recess 22 (2). The recess 22 (2) is reinforced by the V-shaped groove.

Further, the cut surfaces 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d, 16e, and 16f from the body portion 13 of the plastic bottle 10 to the outer edge portion 15a of the bottom portion 15 toward the sides between the vertexes 25a to 25h of the outer edge line portion 211 of the inclined portion 21. 16g and 16h are formed. Each of the cut surfaces 16 a to 16 h is a plane that extends from the lower portion of the body portion 13 to the outer edge line portion 211 of the inclined portion 21 through the outer edge portion 15 a of the bottom portion 15.

In the initial state, the plastic bottle 10 as described above is in a state where the inclined portion 21 protrudes from the outer edge portion 15a of the bottom portion 15 and the movable portion 20 is pushed out, as shown in FIGS. In this state, the plastic bottle 10 is self-supporting with the flat portion 22 (1) of the stationary portion 22 being grounded. The self-supporting plastic bottle 20 is filled with an internal solution such as a hot tea drink. Then, after the lid is wrapped around the mouth portion 11 of the plastic bottle 20, in order to compensate for the volume reduction accompanying cooling of the inner solution, for example, by pushing the rod rod inserted into the recess 22 (2), the inclined portion 21 reverses as shown in FIG. 2, and the movable part 20 is pushed in. Thereby, the plastic bottle 10 is reduced in volume and maintains its shape, and the outer edge portion 15a of the bottom portion 15 is grounded and maintained in a self-supporting state.

In the reversing operation of the inclined portion 21, when the inclined inclined portion 21 is pushed into the plastic bottle 10 while the outer edge line portion 211 and the inner edge line portion 212 are bent, the size of the inclined portion 21 is the bottom 15. Therefore, the V-shaped grooves 27a to 27h are deformed so as to be folded and the inclined portion 21 is deformed so as to be contracted in the plane. Then, when the outer edge line portion 211 and the inner edge line portion 212 are bent and pushed further inwardly from the outer edge portion 15a of the bottom portion 15, the inclined portion 21 is released from being restrained by the outer edge portion 15a of the bottom portion 15 and folded. The V-shaped grooves 27 a to 27 b that have been spread expand to the original state at once, and are inverted to the inside of the plastic bottle 10. Thereby, it will be in the state where movable part 20 was pushed in.

By positioning the inner edge line portion 212 of the inclined portion 21 more outward in the radial direction of the plastic bottle 10, the ground contact diameter of the flat portion 22 (1) becomes larger and the self-supporting property becomes better. However, if the inner edge line portion 212 of the inclined portion 21 is positioned more outward in the radial direction, the radial position of the inner edge line portion 221 and the radial direction position of the outer edge line portion 211 approach each other. The inclination angle becomes larger. Thus, when the inclination angle of the inclined portion 21 is increased, an angle for reversing the inclined portion 21 (see the movable portion 20 indicated by a solid line and a broken line in FIG. 2) is increased and it is difficult to perform the reversing operation. That is, it becomes difficult to push out and close the movable portion 20.

In the plastic bottle 10 described above, the outer edge line portion 211 and the inner edge line portion 212 of the inclined portion 21 of the movable portion 20 are linearly connected to the respective apexes 25a to 25h and 26a to 26h of the regular octagon, Since the V-shaped grooves 27a to 27h are formed between the vertices 25a to 25h of the outer edge line portion 211 and the corresponding vertices 26a to 26h of the inner edge line portion 212, the inclined portion 21 can be bent. The outer edge line portion 211 and the inner edge line portion 212 have their vertices 25a to 25h, 26a to 26h, and V-shaped grooves 27a to 27h to clarify the locations of deformation in the plane of the inclined portion 21, and the outer edge line of the inclined portion 21. When the movable portion 20 is pushed out and pushed in by bending at the portion 211 and the inner edge line portion 212, the inclined portion 21 can be easily reversed. Therefore, even when the inner edge portion 212 of the inclined portion 21 is positioned more outward in the radial direction of the plastic bottle 10 to improve the self-supporting property, it is difficult to push out and push in the movable portion 20. Can be prevented.

Further, the cut surfaces 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d, 16e, and 16f are directed from the body portion 13 of the plastic bottle 10 to the outer edge portion 15a of the bottom portion 15 toward the sides between the vertexes 25a to 25h of the outer edge line portion 211 of the inclined portion 21. 16g and 16h are formed. Since each of the cut surfaces 16a to 16h reduces the overhang of the outer edge portion 15a in the bottom portion 15, it is possible to facilitate bending at the outer edge line portion 211 of the inclined portion 21 that is a boundary with the outer edge portion 15a of the bottom portion 15. .

In the above-described example, the outer edge line portion 211 and the inner edge line portion 212 of the inclined portion 21 have a linear shape connecting the vertices 25a to 25h and 26a to 26h of the regular octagon, but other regular polygons. It is also possible to form a line connecting the vertices. Moreover, although the boundary line part 221 between the flat part 22 (1) and the recessed part 22 (2) in the stationary part 22 has a linear shape connecting the vertices of a regular octagon, Since the movable portion 20 is not deformed during the push-in and push-in operation, the shape of the boundary line portion 221 can be an arbitrary shape.

In addition, the plastic bottle 10 may be formed by blow molding from the beginning in which the movable portion 20 is extruded (see FIG. 1), or may be used after the movable portion 20 is pushed back (see FIG. 1). 2) is preliminarily formed by blow molding, and the plastic bottle 10 is pressurized with a fluid inside, or the movable part 20 is pushed out from the inside of the plastic bottle 10 with a rod rod, and then used. Also good.

As described above, the plastic bottle according to the present invention can prevent as much as possible that the movable part is difficult to be extruded and pushed out while maintaining good self-supporting property in a state where the movable part is extruded. It is useful as a plastic bottle that can change the internal volume by expansion and contraction in the height direction by pushing and pushing back a movable part formed on the bottom.
