Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a self-help device used by a tremor patient, for example.
Conventionally, several tablewares such as spoons, toothbrushes, writing instruments, and the like that have been devised so that elderly people and those with reduced grip strength are easier to handle have been proposed (for example, see
Some configurations using a shape memory resin as a self-helper have been proposed (see, for example,
。 Also, some configurations having a feature in the grip shape have been proposed (see, for example, Patent Documents 5, 6, and 7).
However, the self-help device according to the above-described conventional configuration is not effective for tremor (4 to 6 Hz) often seen in stroke and Parkinson's disease patients. Specifically, the vibration of the hand of a tremor patient is more than several tens of times that of a healthy person, and such a tremor patient grips the grip part (pattern part) of a conventional self-helper. In this case, there is a problem that the tip of the instrument is severely shaken due to the tremor and the meal cannot be smoothly eaten. In particular, the configurations disclosed in Patent Documents 5, 6, and 7 have a special grip shape and are significantly different from the tableware shape that is normally used by healthy people. There was a problem of not getting used to it. Moreover, since it is difficult to divert a general-purpose product to such a special shape, there is a problem that the manufacturing cost increases.
Then, an object of this invention is to provide the vibration suppression self-help tool effective in a tremor which can solve the said problem.
The present invention detects a state of a cylinder that is held by a tremor patient whose hand is shaken, and a state quantity that is fixed in the cylinder and indicates movement in a specific direction caused by the vibration of the cylinder, Based on a state quantity detection device that generates an output voltage proportional to the state quantity, a rotary drive device that is fixed in the cylinder and that can rotate forward and backward, and an output voltage of the state quantity detection device A voltage control means for applying a voltage to the rotary drive device, and a bowl-like shape whose tip is located outside the cylinder and whose end is linked to the rotary shaft and rotates when the rotary shaft rotates. And the rotation driving device rotates the rotating shaft based on the voltage applied by the voltage control means so that the work tool is in a phase opposite to the vibration direction of the cylinder. It is a vibration suppression self-help device characterized by being rotated. .
In this configuration, when the tremor patient has the cylinder, the cylinder vibrates with the vibration of the hand, and the state quantity related to the cylinder is detected by the state quantity detection device provided in the cylinder. Is detected. For example, when a tremor patient whose hand trembles left and right is used, it is monitored how the cylinder is displaced in which direction of the left and right directions. Furthermore, if the work tool is rotated to the left or right in the opposite phase to the movement of the cylinder based on the detected state quantity, the vibration of the cylinder and the vibration of the work tool cancel each other, and the work tool is damped. It becomes possible to do. Thus, the vibration suppression self-help tool of the present invention can suppress vibration at the tip of the work tool, facilitate handling of the work tool, and smooth work by the tremor patient. In addition, since the vibration suppression self-help tool according to the present invention includes a cylindrical body that can be gripped by a tremor patient and controls the work tool, the shape of the work tool that is normally used by a healthy person is almost the same. It becomes possible to do. Therefore, the design of the entire instrument can be a universal design. Moreover, a general-purpose product can be used for the work tool, and the manufacturing cost can be suppressed.
Further, in the above configuration, the state quantity detection device is an acceleration sensor that detects acceleration as a state quantity indicating movement in a specific direction caused by vibration of the cylinder, and the voltage control means includes A / The microcomputer includes a microcomputer having a D conversion function and a PWM signal generation function. The microcomputer converts an output voltage signal of the acceleration sensor into an AD value by an A / D conversion function, and further converts the AD value into a PWM signal. The rotation may be controlled by converting the PWM signal by a generation function, inputting the PWM signal to the rotation drive device, and applying a voltage to the rotation drive device.
With this configuration, the work tool can be damped with a simple structure.
The vibration damping self-help device according to the present invention is configured to detect a state quantity indicating movement in a specific direction and rotate the work tool in a direction opposite in phase to the vibration direction of the cylinder based on the state quantity. Therefore, even if the tremor patient grips, the work tool is damped, and the operation of the work tool becomes easy, and there is an excellent effect that smooth work is possible. In addition, since the gripping portion of the vibration suppression self-helper has a simple cylindrical shape, there is an effect that a universal design that does not cause a sense of incongruity to a healthy person can be obtained. Moreover, since a general-purpose product can be diverted to a work tool or the like, there is an effect that manufacturing costs can be suppressed.
Further, the microcomputer converts the output voltage signal of the acceleration sensor into an AD value, further converts the AD value into a PWM signal by a PWM signal generation function, and inputs the PWM signal to the rotary drive device to the rotary drive device. When the rotation shaft is controlled to rotate by applying a voltage, the work implement can be damped with a simple structure. Thereby, there exists an advantage which can suppress manufacturing cost.

The

Next, the function of the

The
Further, the microcomputer has an amplitude amplification function by calculation. That is, processing for amplifying the signal waveform after A / D conversion is executed.

Next, the signal path | route which concerns on the vibration suppression self-
When the tremor patient grips the
Specifically, when the
As shown in FIG. 7, when the output voltage a <b> 2 is output by the
Next, the signal from which the high frequency noise has been cut is converted into a 10-bit AD value by the A / D conversion function of the control board.
Further, the signal converted into the AD value is smoothed by the moving average filter function of the
Next, the signal is amplified to an amplitude necessary for driving the
Further, the amplified signal is converted into a PWM signal which is an angle signal for the
When the signal converted into the PWM signal is input to the

Further, in the above configuration, the rotation direction and the rotation angle of the
That is, the rotation direction of the
In FIG. 8, output voltages b1 and b2 indicate the driving mode of the
Thus, by rotating the
By the way, the vibration suppression self-
Of course, the rotational drive device may have a configuration other than the
Moreover, the structure which carries out software processing of rotational drive apparatuses, such as
In addition, as a work tool, various things can be applied as long as they are intended for tremor patients. In addition to tableware such as a fork, a work tool, a tool, a toothbrush and other everyday items may be attached. Of course it is good.
