Abstract
【解決手段】圧縮部20から電動機30側の空間17に流入する冷媒を、電動機30の円筒状に形成されたステータ32の中心軸方向一端部に向かって上流側の空間35に対して下流側の空間36を流通する冷媒の流速が速くなるように流通させるようにしたので、ステータ32の中心軸方向一端部に向かって上流側に対して下流側の流速が速くなるように流通する冷媒によってステータ32のコイル32cを冷却することができ、電動機30の冷却性能を向上させることが可能となる。また、ステータ32の中心軸方向一端部に冷媒を衝突させて、冷媒に含まれる潤滑油をステータ32に付着させることができ、冷媒に含まれる潤滑油を効率的に分離することが可能となる。

Claims (4)
- 冷媒を圧縮する圧縮部と、圧縮部を駆動する電動機と、圧縮部及び電動機が内部に収納されるハウジングとを備え、圧縮部において圧縮した冷媒によって電動機を冷却し、電動機を冷却した冷媒をハウジング外に吐出するようにした圧縮機において、
前記圧縮部から電動機側の空間に流入する冷媒を、電動機の円筒状に形成されたステータの中心軸方向一端部に向かって、上流側の流速に対して下流側の流速が速くなるように流通させるための冷媒流通手段を備えた
ことを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 前記冷媒流通手段を、圧縮部と電動機との間の冷媒流路を閉鎖する流路閉鎖板と、流路閉鎖板に設けられた冷媒噴出孔とから構成した
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の圧縮機。 - 前記流路閉鎖板を、ステータの中心軸方向一端と間隔をおいて設け、
冷媒噴出孔を、互いにステータの周方向に間隔をおいて複数設けた
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の圧縮機。 - 前記冷媒として二酸化炭素を用いた
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の圧縮機。
