Description

The present invention relates to a concrete mold for an outer wall, the outer frame on the outdoor side also serves as a heat insulating material, facilitates the heat insulation work, eliminates the work of removing the mold, and the inner frame on the indoor side is constructed. After removing the concrete, it can be used repeatedly after it is removed.

Conventionally, the concrete formwork for placing concrete is often composed of a plywood formwork facing inside and outside, and although it can be used several times to 10 times, it has been dismantled and discarded after that. It was.
For this reason, metal molds have been proposed and actually used, but they are heavy and inconvenient to handle.
Plastic formwork has also been proposed, but if the plate thickness is insufficient, it may not be able to withstand concrete placement and may be deformed or damaged.

In general, a technique in which a heat insulating material arranged along the inner and outer walls of a concrete after curing and solidifying a concrete wall is used as a concrete form is proposed to be presented in Patent Document 1, shortening the work period, It is supposed to contribute to cost reduction.
JP-A-2-346536

With the means presented in the conventional patent document 1, the heat insulating material made of foamed resin becomes the formwork inside and outside, and is left as it is after placing, curing, and curing the concrete, so that the finish after placing the concrete can be confirmed. However, it had the disadvantage that construction defects due to lack of experience were concealed.

Therefore, according to the present invention, the outer wall of the outer heat insulation, which gives a comfortable living environment, can be made with a shortened construction period and cost reduction without using plywood, and the concrete placement surface can be confirmed. In addition, the inner formwork can be disassembled and used repeatedly.

The present invention is to solve such problems, and the concrete form for an outer wall according to claim 1 is formed by sequentially fitting side edges of a polystyrene foam plate into a plurality of plastic couplers. And an inner frame constructed by sequentially connecting hollow panels made of plastic translucent material. The outer frame is used as an external heat insulating material, and the inner frame is disassembled so that it can be used repeatedly. It is characterized by.

The concrete form for an outer wall according to claim 2 is a substantially earth-shaped cross section having a vertical edge which receives side edges in the longitudinal direction adjacent to each other in a vertical rectangular foamed polystyrene plate and has holes for separators formed at predetermined intervals. An outer frame formed by sequentially fitting side edges of a polystyrene foam plate to a plurality of plastic couplers, a separator having a hook-like hook piece at one end, and a slot at the other end, and a dam plate portion Through the reinforcing plate between the facing back parts, the side plate part is inside the weir plate part and protrudes from the back part, so that the whole is a hollow panel, and on both side edges of the weir plate part is half the thickness of the separator The inner frame made of a plastic translucent material that has a slot corresponding to the slot of the separator at the protruding portion of the side plate portion, and the outer frame, the inner frame, and the inner frames Next to connect It is made of a wedge fitting for fixing by pierces the long hole wedge bracket and the wedge bracket plugging across the separator slot in the inner frame of the slot fit.

The present invention is configured as described above. According to the first aspect of the present invention, it is possible to economically provide an external heat insulating concrete wall that gives a comfortable living environment. That is, the outer frame is basically made of a polystyrene foam plate so as to serve both as a mold and a heat insulating material, and since the outer frame is connected by a plurality of plastic couplers, the strength can be maintained.

Moreover, in general concrete forms made of plywood, the forest resources of the rainforest are often used as the material, but in the present invention, reduction due to the cutting can be avoided.
Although the outer frame and the inner frame are resin molded products, since the inner frame is a translucent member, the filling state can be confirmed while placing concrete. Moreover, since the inner frame is repeatedly disassembled and used after curing and hardening of the concrete, the finish of the concrete wall can be visually confirmed, and construction defects are not overlooked.

In the invention of claim 2, since the separator is assembled by being hooked on the connecting member constituting the outer frame, the configuration is simplified, and the number of parts can be reduced and the labor can be saved. That is, since the conventional separator penetrates the concrete formwork, the work must be done inside and outside, but the work can be done only inside.
Also, since the separator slot is sandwiched between the slot of the panel constituting the inner frame by using the wedge fitting and the wedge fitting is driven into the slot of the wedge fitting, the work is not performed because the rotating screw is not used. It becomes very simple.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a schematic sectional view of a concrete formwork according to the present invention.
The concrete mold 1 is composed of an outer frame 2 on the outer side and an inner frame 3 on the inner side, and the outer frame 2 and the inner frame 3 are opposed to each other with a predetermined interval, that is, with a concrete wall thickness separated. 4 and a wedge fitting 5 for connecting and connecting them. 6 is a butter material that is passed to the outer frame 2 in the lateral direction, 7 is a butter material that is passed to the inner frame 3, and 8 is a support material made of a turnbuckle arranged from the butter material 7 to the floor surface. is there.

As shown in FIG. 2, the outer frame 2 is formed by vertically arranging vertical rectangular expanded polystyrene plates (EPS plates) 21 with a number of plastic couplers 22.
The expanded polystyrene plate 21 is relatively hard with an expansion ratio of about 40 times, has a thickness of 65 mm, and a width of less than 300 mm. In the flame retardancy test stipulated in JIS A9511, a grade that “fire goes out within 3 seconds when the fire source is moved backward” is used as a heat insulating material.
The connector 22 is made of a plastic molded product, and has a cross-sectional H-shaped plate 221 that accepts adjacent side edges in the longitudinal direction of the expanded polystyrene plate 21 and a vertical edge 222 that has holes 222a formed in the separator 4 at predetermined intervals. As a whole, the cross section has a substantially earth-shaped cross section. In addition, you may make it provide the vertical edge 222 intermittently only in the location which provides the hook hole 222a.
In the assembled state, the height is 2850 mm, and the connectors 22 are arranged at intervals of 300 mm in the center. After assembling on the ground, which is a flat surface, it is built on the foundation formed in the ground. At this time, it is supported from the outside by the butterfly material 6 as necessary.

The inner frame 3 is manufactured by extrusion molding using recycled plastic such as polypropylene resin (PP) or vinyl chloride resin (PVC) as a raw material, and is preferably a transparent material or a translucent material. 3a are connected sequentially. The panel 3a has a height of 2700 mm, a width of 300 mm, and a thickness of 55 mm.
The panel 3a is provided with a reinforcing plate 33 between a back surface portion 32 facing the dam plate portion 31 and the side plate portion 34 is located inside the dam plate portion 31 and protrudes from the back surface portion 32, so that the entire panel 3a is hollow and maintains its strength. I am doing so.
Concave portions 311 for receiving half of the thickness of the separator 4 are arranged on both side edges of the dam plate portion 31, and a slot 341 corresponding to the slot 42 of the separator 4 is formed in a protruding portion of the side plate portion 34.

When a plurality of panels 3a are arranged, the side edges of the dam plate portion 31 come into contact with each other to form a wide dam plate, and the through holes of the separator 4 are formed at the contact positions of the recesses 311 and 311 of the two adjacent panels 3a and 3a. Will be composed.
Although not shown, the concrete component may be prevented from oozing out by being placed in this through hole so as to be closed with a cone integral with the separator 4.
The side plate portion 34 is protruded from the back surface portion 32 by providing a slot 341 as a means for sequentially connecting the panels 3a and 3a, which integrate the outer frame 2 and the inner frame 3 together with the separator 4 therebetween. Because.

The separator 4 shown in FIG. 4 is composed of a strip-shaped metal plate, and has a hooking piece 41 bent at one end in a hook shape and a slot 42 at the other end.
The hook piece 41 is inserted into the hook hole 222 a of the connector 22. See FIG. 5. The notch 43 provided so as to face the side edge is a fold when the inner frame 3 is removed after curing the concrete and when one end including the slot 42 of the separator 4 protruding from the concrete wall is knocked down. It will be.

As shown in FIG. 6a, the wedge brackets 5 and 5 are formed in a flat plate shape, and the main body portion 53 and the pointed end portion 54 having the slot 52 formed in the wide head portion 51 are formed by punching a metal plate or the like. . A round hole 55 formed at the tip of the slot 52 is used for connecting a pair of wedges 5 and 5 at the same time.

In order to connect the outer frame 2, the inner frame 3, and the panels 3 a, 3 a constituting the inner frame 3, the wedge metal fitting 5 is inserted horizontally in the slot 341 of the adjacent panel 3 a with the slot 42 of the separator 4 interposed therebetween, First, the other wedge fitting 5 is inserted from above into the upward slot 52 of the wedge fitting 5 that is inserted, and the head 51 is pressed against the inner surface of the side plate portion 34 and fixed. The wedge brackets 5 and 5 may be struck with a wooden mallet or a kanazuki.

Next, the assembly of the concrete formwork 1 according to the present invention will be described.
First, the expanded polystyrene plates 21 and 21 and the plastic connector 22 are arranged on a wide floor surface, and the desired outer frame 2 is formed by sequentially fitting the side edges of the expanded polystyrene plate 21 into the connector 22. At this time, it is desirable to prevent the connector 22 or the expanded polystyrene plate 21 from falling off by applying a sealing material to the side edges.

Next, the outer frame 2 is built in a desired location. The outer frame 2 is prevented from wavy by the butter material 6. Then, the hooking piece 41 of the separator 4 is inserted into the hooking hole 222 a of the connector 22, and the separators 4 and 4 are arranged so as to be orthogonal to the outer frame 2.
Further, the separator 4 is built in the recesses 311 and 311 on both side edges of the barrier plate 31 of the panels 3a and 3a constituting the inner frame 3. Then, the slots 341 and 341 of the adjacent panels 3a and 3a and the slot 42 of the separator 4 are correspondingly rectangular through holes. The wedge metal 5 is inserted here, and the slot 52 of the wedge metal 5 is exposed. The other wedge fitting 5 is inserted into the exposed slot 52 from above so that the head 51 is pressed against the side plate 34. Use a wooden mallet to stab them.

Subsequently, the wave of the inner frame 3 is pressed by the butter material 7 made of square pipe or square material, and the support material 8 is passed to the floor surface and the butter material 7 to keep the concrete formwork 1 vertical. To do. Although not shown, a reinforcing bar is disposed between the outer frame 2 and the inner frame 3.
In this way, the concrete is cast from above after the assembly of the concrete formwork 1 is completed. At this time, since the inner frame 3 is a translucent body, it is possible to confirm the concrete filling state. After checking the strength after curing for the required period, remove the support material 8 and the butter material 7, remove the wedge brackets 5, 5 by tapping them with a wooden mallet etc. from the pointed ends, and sequentially place the panel 3 a constituting the inner frame 3 horizontally with the concrete wall surface. Move to and peel off. Since the tip including the slot 42 of the separator 4 protrudes from the concrete wall surface, it is struck with a hammer and dropped from the notch 43.
The outer frame 2 is left as it is only by removing the butter material 6. Since the expanded polystyrene plate 21 of the outer frame 2 tends to adhere to concrete, it becomes an outer heat insulating material as it is integrated with the concrete wall surface.

Insulation material is integrally formed on the outside of the concrete wall, but as it is not weather resistant as it is, apply mortar, coat it with tiles for outer walls, attach siding materials of metal and other materials To do.
Similarly, the interior of the concrete wall is covered with various interior materials.

8 and 9 show an L-shaped corner concrete formwork 1, which are a schematic plan view and a perspective view, respectively.
The connecting tool 22 in the case of a corner is formed by integrally forming a longitudinal groove 225 that receives a side edge of the expanded polystyrene plate 21 via a square cylindrical column 224. The vertical edge 222 is not provided. Although not shown in the figure, prismatic expanded polystyrene is inserted into the prismatic cylinder 224.
A horizontal butterfly fitting 61 having a flat surface and an L-shaped cross section is assigned to the outside of the outer corner of the outer frame 2 and screwed into the connector 22 with a screw (not shown) to prevent jamming. The panel 3b constituting the corner of the corner is assumed to have a plane L shape.

Even when the concrete outer wall is T-shaped, as shown in FIG. 10, the inner frame 3 is formed by connecting the flat panel 3b to the rectangular panel 3a.
In addition, in invention of Claim 1, it is not limited to embodiment of illustration to join the panel 3a which comprises the inner frame 3 to a horizontal direction, and it can also be made with the means employ | adopted conventionally.
