前記被検体をはさみ前記X線管と対向配置され前記被検体の透過X線を検出するX線検出器と、
前記X線管とX線検出器とを搭載しそれぞれを前記被検体の周囲を回転するスキャナと、
前記X線検出器によって検出された透過X線を投影データとして収集するデータ収集手段と、
このデータ収集手段によって収集された投影データに対しエア補正を含む前処理補正を行う補正手段と、
この補正手段によって補正された投影データから前記被検体の断層画像を再構成する再構成処理部と、を備えたX線CT装置において、
上記補正手段は、計測角度、X線スキャナの設定可能な回転速度、X線スキャナの設定可能なチルト角度毎に求めたエア補正データを格納する格納手段と、実際の被検体計測で得た被検体投影データに対して、実際の計測角度、設定したX線スキャナ回転速度、設定したチルト角度に対応して前記格納手段から読出されたエア補正データによって、エア補正を行うエア補正手段と、を備えたことを特徴とするX線CT装置。 An X-ray tube that exposes X-rays to the subject;
