Claims (20)
- 高温で加圧硬化された、樹脂含浸グラファイト製品を含む、樹脂/グラファイト複合材料。
- 前記樹脂がエポキシである、請求項1に記載の複合材料。
- 前記グラファイト製品が、少なくとも約90℃の温度で、かつ少なくとも約7MPaの圧力で、加圧硬化したものである、請求項1に記載の複合材料。
- 前記硬化した複合材料の密度が、約1.8g/cm3よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の複合材料。
- 前記グラファイト製品が、約200℃未満の温度で、かつ約35MPa以下の圧力で、加圧硬化したものである、請求項1に記載の複合材料。
- 高温で加圧硬化された、剥離グラファイトの圧縮粒子からなる樹脂含浸シートを少なくとも1つ含む、電子熱マネイジメント装置。
- 前記グラファイトシートが、少なくとも約90℃の温度で、かつ少なくとも約7MPaの圧力で、加圧硬化したものである、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 熱伝導性に異方性があり、かつ、少なくとも一平面において300W/mKよりも大きい熱伝導性を有する、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記熱伝導性の異方性が、熱伝導性が高い方の面と、低い方の面との間において、少なくとも15倍異なる、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記加圧硬化したグラファイトシートの密度が、約1.85g/cm3よりも大きい、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記グラファイトシートが、少なくとも3重量%の樹脂含有量を有する、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記グラファイトシートが、約5〜約35重量%の樹脂含有量を有する、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 面内熱伝導率が約300W/mKよりも大きく、かつ面貫通熱伝導率が約15W/mK未満である、高温で加圧硬化された、剥離グラファイトの圧縮粒子からなる樹脂含浸シートを少なくとも1つ含む、異方性電子熱マネイジメント装置。
- 前記樹脂がエポキシである、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記樹脂含浸シートの密度が、少なくとも約1.85g/cm3である、請求項13に記載の装置。
- グラファイト製品を樹脂で含浸し、加圧かつ高温下で前記樹脂を硬化させることを含む、樹脂/グラファイト複合材料の製造方法。
- 前記樹脂がエポキシである、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記グラファイト製品が、少なくとも約90℃の温度で、かつ少なくとも約7MPaの圧力で、加圧硬化したものである、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記硬化した複合材料の密度が、約1.8g/cm3よりも大きい、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記グラファイト製品が、約200℃未満の温度で、かつ約35MPa以下の圧力で、加圧硬化したものである、請求項16に記載の方法。
