Description
Claims (18)
- トルクを一方のシャフトから他方のシャフトに伝達するためのギアアセンブリーであって、それぞれのシャフトに取り付けられた2つの噛み合ったギアを有し、該ギアの一方は、シャフトの一方を受け入れるためのハブ部材と、ハブ部材と一緒に回転可能に取付けられた歯付環状部材と、ハブ部材と環状部材との間に設けられ、且つギアの少なくとも一方の偏心によりギアの回転中に誘発されるねじり振動及び騒音を減らすことのできる剛性を有する手段と、を有するギアアセンブリー。
- ねじり振動及び騒音を減らすための手段は、ギアの限界偏心を増すための手段からなる、請求項1によるギアアセンブリー。
- ねじり振動及び騒音を減らすための手段は、ハブ部材と環状部材との間の弾性カップリングからなる、請求項1又は2によるギアアセンブリー。
- ねじり振動及び騒音を減らすための手段は、ハブ部材の半径方向面と環状部材の向かい合いの半径方向面との間に配置される、請求項1ないし3のいずれかによるギアアセンブリー。
- ねじり振動及び騒音を減らすための手段は、ハブ部材と環状部材の間にトルクを伝達するための駆動機構内に配置される、請求項1ないし4のいずれかによるギアアセンブリー。
- ハブ部材及び環状部材の一方は、ハブ部材と環状部材の間にトルクを伝達するための、ハブ部材及び環状部材の他方の回り止めを受け入れるための凹部を有し、ねじり振動及び騒音を減らすための手段は、凹部及び回り止めの向かい合い面の間に配置される、請求項5によるギアアセンブリー。
- ハブ部材及び環状部材の前記一方は、ハブ部材及び環状部材の他方のそれぞれの回り止めを各々受け入れるための複数の凹部を有し、ねじり振動及び騒音を減らすための手段は、各凹及び回り止めの向かい合い面の間に配置される、請求項6によるギアアセンブリー。
- ねじり振動及び騒音を抑制するための手段は、ハブ部材及び環状部材の向かい合い面の間に配置された少なくとも1つの弾性部材からなる、請求項1ないし7のいずれかによるギアアセンブリー。
- ねじり振動及び騒音を抑制するための手段は、各々、ハブ部材及び環状部材のそれぞれの向かい合い面の間に配置された複数の弾性部材からなる、請求項9によるギアアセンブリー。
- 各弾性部材はねじり抵抗をもたらすためのばねからなる、請求項9によるギアアセンブリー。
- 各弾性部材はねじり抵抗をもたらすための複数のばねからなる、請求項9によるギアアセンブリー。
- 各弾性部材は粘弾性部材からなる、請求項9によるギアアセンブリー。
- ねじり振動及び騒音を減らすための手段は、ハブ部材及び環状部材の向かい合い面に設けられた互いに反発する磁石からなる、請求項1ないし7のいずれかによるギアアセンブリー。
- ねじり振動及び騒音を減らすための手段は、シャフト間に位相関係を維持するように構成される、請求項1ないし13のいずれかによるギアアセンブリー。
- ねじり振動及び騒音を減らすための手段は、一体駆動を所定駆動トルク以上でハブ部材と環状部材の間に確立させるように構成される、請求項14によるギアアセンブリー。
- 請求項1ないし15のいずれかによるギアアセンブリーによって互いに連結された少なくとも2つのシャフトを有する真空ポンプ。
- 一方のシャフトから他方のシャフトにトルクを伝達するためのギアであって、シャフトの一方を受け入れるためのハブ部材と、ハブ部材と一緒に回転可能に取り付けられた歯付環状部材と、ハブ部材と環状部材との間に設けられ、環状部材の偏心によって使用中誘発されるねじり振動及び騒音を減らすことのできる剛性を有する手段と、を含むギア。
- ギアの少なくとも1つの偏心によってギアの回転中に誘発されるねじり振動及び騒音を減らすギアアセンブリーのギアに設けられた少なくとも1つのばねの使用。
