Description
Claims (5)
- 少なくとも500μFの容量をもつ電解コンデンサを、もう1つのエネルギ蓄積電解コンデンサに対して、制御された態様で並列的に切り替えるための切り替え装置であって、
半導体装置と遅延部とによって形成される電子スイッチを備えるとともに、予め設定された範囲の切り替え遅れを有していて、
上記半導体装置は、RC型の遅延部を介して、切り替え信号を供給する制御入力部(VS)に接続される制御入力端を有し、
上記半導体装置は電界効果トランジスタ(FT)であり、
上記電界効果トランジスタ(FT)の主回路は、第2の遅れを惹起する誘導性素子(L)を介して、切り替えを行うべきコンデンサ(C1)に接続され、
上記誘導性素子は、高周波数フェライト磁心(11、12)によって囲まれた、所定の長さをもつ導電体(10)であり、
上記RC型の遅延部によって惹起される遅れは、上記電界効果トランジスタ(FT)の負荷限界内の負荷に対して要求される所定の切り替え遅れの一部分のみを確保し、残りの切り替え遅れは誘導性素子(L)によって惹起されるようになっていることを特徴とする切り替え装置。 - 上記フェライト磁心(11、12)は、互いに予め設定された距離に位置し平行な軸をもつ2つの穴部を有し、上記導電体(10)は、上記穴部を通り抜ける2つの脚部を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の切り替え装置。
- 複数の積層された短いフェライト磁心(11)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の切り替え装置。
- 上記RC型の遅延部においては、容量性素子が、電界効果トランジスタ(FT)の入力容量と避けられない散在性容量とによって形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の切り替え装置。
- 切り替えられる電解コンデンサの容量が10000μF以内の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の切り替え装置。
