Description
本装置の使用前の状態を、図1に示す。ここで、押しボタン(3)は上死点にあり、易破壊ウィング(17,18)は破壊端(19)に支持されている。ランセット(20)の刺し部(21)のシールド(22)が取り外された後に、押しボタン面(6)が押されると、駆動スプリング(11)が圧縮されていき、図2のように、駆動スプリング(11)が最も圧縮された瞬間に、ウィング(17,18)の破壊が生じる。そして、駆動スプリング(11)が伸長することにより、ランセット(20)と刺し針(5)がハウジング(1)の下部開口(4)内に移動すると共に、刺し針(5)の突起側部(15,16)が、図3のように、戻りスプリング(13,14)を押さえ付ける。次に、図4のように、ランセット(20)の刺し部(21)が、ハウジング(1)の下部開口(4)から突出して、患者の皮膚を穿刺する。この時、刺し針(5)の突起側部(15,16)が、戻りスプリング(13,14)を最も撓ませる。皮膚を穿刺した後、戻りスプリング(13,14)は、突起側部(15,16)を保持したまま引き上がり、図3のように、刺し針(5)がハウジング(1)の下部開口(4)に位置して、駆動スプリング(11)と戻りスプリング(13,14)とが自然姿勢となる。
Claims (7)
- 押しボタンと刺し針とが配設されたハウジングを備えてなり、押しボタンが、ハウジング内で押しボタンを案内するアームと、一端を押しボタンと連結して、他端により刺し針を押し出す駆動スプリングとを具備すると共に、刺し針が、ハウジングの破壊端部に支持される易破壊ウイングを具備するものであって、
押しボタン(3)のアーム(7,8)に接続された、少なくとも一つの戻りスプリングと、
刺し針(5)に設けられ、戻りスプリングと駆動スプリング(11)の他端との間に配置された、少なくとも一つの突起側部と
を備えたものであることを特徴とする穿刺装置。 - 夫々に別のアーム(7,8)に接続された二つの戻りスプリング(13,14)と、
駆動スプリング(11)の他端と各戻りスプリング(13,14)との間に夫々配置された二つの突起側部(15,16)と
を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の穿刺装置。 - 戻りスプリング(13,14)が、押しボタン(3)のアーム(7,8)の下部とほぼ垂直に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の穿刺装置。
- 駆動スプリング(11)の第一端部が、押しボタン面(6)に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の穿刺装置。
- 駆動スプリング(11)の他端に、刺し針(5)を押圧する押圧部材(12)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の穿刺装置。
- 駆動スプリング(11)が、“S”字状に形成されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の穿刺装置。
- 戻りスプリング(13,14)が、板バネであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の穿刺装置。
